Usually I am an 11M in Clarks. With this style, the 11M was too big and slightly loose in the width. I exchanged for a 10M, which seems like a normal size 10M. I had hoped it would somehow run big as the 11M did. There is some arch support, but not enough for people who really depend on that. These are comfortable shoes that are a bit frumpy, but if you have a need for this type of shoe, it is one of the better options.

To me these weren't exactly what I expected. The style is ok but I should have sent them back, I didn't realize till I wore them the shoes just fit quite right. Big disappointment as usually Clarks fit me well. With the insole they have in them, which you need they sit too low on your foot.

I liked the color and styling of the shoe. Alas, the leather across the top of the foot was a bit tight, and I thought this would become a problem if I had to walk all day in them.

I loved these shoes the minute I put my foot into it, they were so comfortable, but the back slips off as I walk I tried two different sizes and still slips off so unfortunately I have to return them.

Rather disappointing in terms of comfort. Definitely not sized as marked. Rather uncomfortable for those who have a higher arch.

I bought these shoes because I try to do a lot of walking to counteract my desk job. I wanted to love them unconditionally, and really, when you step into them they are like walking on a cloud, BUT the heel slips so badly I had to stop at a shoe repair shop on my way to the subway and buy some of those stick-on rubber heel liners. This helped, but didn't quite solve the problem. They still slip too badly to consider them comfortable for walking. I will give them a few more days and minor adjustments before I give up on them.

Cute, very lightweight and attractive, but sadly I needed to return them. They are cut very wide, half a size too long and slip in the heel. Too bad.

When I started initially wearing it, it felt really comfy. Then I wore it for a couple of days. My arches atarted to hurt. No arch support. Just some flat foam making it feel comfy when you try initially. Returned.

I thought I was ordering a pair just like some that I have that are sooo comfortable. These were not the same at all. They fit very high on the foot and unlike the ones I have, the sides do not stretch at all. That and the back of the heel was higher than sides and rubbed. Didn't seem to be the same quality of Clark's that I have been used to.

Cons: toe box too narrow/cramped while mid-foot too wide, too easy for foot to come out of shoe when walking, so unsafe for me. Pros: attractive perforated red color, good length, fits heel and deep enough to take your own orthotic -- removable liner puffy/cushy but not supportive.

I really wanted to like this shoe but my foot is too wide and with a high arch. The top rubbed my foot and the ball of my foot rolled over the edges

Ugh these may be the ugliest shoes I have ever purchased online (and of course I sent back). I expected the shoe to have more of a firm structure. It didn't. The shoe was bendable and towards the the toe area there were these stretchy pleat like things which made the shoe look like something that my great-grandmother would wear. The low rating for comfort was because the size I purchased wasn't large enough.

I love the style but these were too short, I normally wear a 9.5 narrow but I ordered the 10 based on other reviews. The 10 was too short and baggy in the heel so a 10.5 wouldn't work either.

I ordered the metallic black in my normal 7 1/2 wide but found the front and the top to be too narrow. There is a cushy insole, but no arch support.

These are not very comfortable; unfortunately, I found this out only after I'd worn them and scuffed the bottoms. They are very stiff and don't give and the top leather part is almost too soft. Padding inside is nice but I'd expect a Clarks shoe to bend when you're walking in it. It felt very clunky. I'll keep them around for short errands where I don't need a very comfortable bendable shoe. Was really disappointed in these.

I purchased this shoe in both medium and wide widths. My R foot is a little wider than L and I find myself having to now buy a wide. This medium width shoe was tight, even on my normal L foot. I was barefoot, too. Forget putting in a littler liner socklette. My R foot didn't like it at all. Returning and keeping the wides.

These were wide and long enough for my awful Barbie rubble feet, but I have a high arch, and like another reviewer remarked, the front of the shoe cut into the bone across the top of my foot, so I have to return them :-(

Shoes run small. Order at least a 1/2 size up.

These shoes are very comfortable! Unfortunately they run quite small, at least in the 12AA. Usually Clarks 12AA are okay (not great) for length, but never narrow enough. These shoes are finally narrow enough, but my toes hit the front. I am glad Clarks makes more and more 12AA, I just wish they would get the sizing right.

I liked the shoes and everything was fine with them until I had to take a trip out of town for a couple of days. It was hot so I decided not to wear socks. The man made fiber slowly rubbed against my skin and abraded it to the point that my entire foot (both) were swollen the evening of the second day. I only noticed something was wrong when the shoes started feeling snug at the middle of the second day. Don't ever wear these or any other plastic shoes without socks.

I love Clark shoes sadly I am dissappointed in this shoeThe shoe rubs at the back of my heel and runs small and my toes hurts because the front is too short .I would not recommend this shoe.

For narrow shoes, they are not staying on my feet.

Way too small for the size ordered.
