I like the style of this shoe for casual wear. Unfortunately, it was too big and just didn't give the comfort I was looking for. The leather felt stiff and the footbed wasn't as supportive as I need.

The shoes are nicely made but the brown color is ugly in my opinion. I ordered the black shoes and they are much nicer!

These were pretty comfortable but the strap over the top of my foot just barely hit the Velcro and I do not have a fat foot. Just did not work for my feet. It is a lightweight shoe.

Shoes were comfortable to wear, and I was able to walk maybe 1/4 mile in them with no discomfort. I have neuromas on right foot, so need a wide toe box shoe, but have a narrow heel, so need the adjustable strap. The shoes were OK looking, given the parameters needed (above), can't say they were pretty, but not ugly.

Love these shoes, but not sure if they are good for me. I'm generally an 8.5N or 9N. Ordered these in the 9N and the heel slips. However, the toe box area feels small and not deep enough. I am sending them back and will try an 8.5M, but I have a feeling the toe box area just isn't cut right for my foot. Other than that, they seem to have very good support and are really cute looking!

These shoes are really cute and pretty comfortable. However, on my boxy foot the toe box started narrowing a tad too soon. If I'd not had another pair that fit me to a tee, I might have kept these in hopes they would stretch out. I couldn't find any reviews that indicated they would stretch after a few wears. I was looking for travel shoes so didn't want to take a chance.

These shoes were larger than I expected. I put a heel pad in them, but that didn't help much. Then I couldn't return them. At least there was a strap to hold my foot in place. Still not my shoe of choice.

I loved these - very cute and comfy - lots of support and great show interior - easy to where without socks if that's what you like - but also work with a coordinating sock. I wear them with skirts or office casual slacks. I typically wear a 7 1/2 which I've recently found is too small in some brands - I got an 8 here and they were a smidge loose so I added some heal slips and they are great. So I guess 1/4 size small (the 7 1/2) or large (the 8).

This was one of three Mary Jane shoes I ordered, hoping to find a worthy substitute for my Keen Presidio MJ's, which have been discontinued. This is a nice shoe, but I am returning because the heel height is too low for me.

Mary Jane shoes are typically wide. I ordered both the N and M. The Narrow definitely fits much better. The style is cute, not clunky. The shoe has a shank, giving it stability, a real plus in my book. The only downside: no support. I wanted a walking shoe. These aren't it for me. I am sure that my feet would ache after a mile or so.

Eh so so, but considering the given choices out there they are decent. I have plantar faciatis and halfway through the day my heels hurt really bad. Kinda wish I would of went a size up to add an insert in. Time will tell how these turn out. Only wore them a couple of times so far.

this shoe felt good, had enough arch support, and like so many shoes I get, there is no heel slippage. After trying on 6 shoes from Zappos ( thank you for your amazing service ! ), I missed the cushiness in the ball of the foot, that I liked in some of the other shoes. I have trouble finding shoes that fit well. This fit fine, and the strap is adjustable, but they just didn't strike me as AMAZING ! They were out of the black so ordered the pewter, and I actually liked it. Is is dark enough, and neutral enough that could be used in place of black, or other colors. Sending back, but would not discourage others to give this shoe a try.

Shoe is comfortable for me with a thicker sock. This is because I have to buy a 6.5 medium instead of Narrow to accommodate foot issues. I have been wearing them around the house and found very comfortable.

Comments on Fit: I have always found it hard to find shoes that fit; now that I have bunions, it is even harder. I have learned to keep track of which size fits me in which brand, but I have not worn Cobb Hill shoes before. In hopes that I could find some helpful info, I searched for size comparisons between Cobb Hill, Clarks and Hotter with no luck. In case it might help other folks with the same question, I can say that I wear Clarks 8.5 M, Hotter 8W and European 39. So I ordered this shoe in both 8.5 M and 8W to see which size fits me. The Cobb Hill is a very good fit in 8W. My other fit issue is arch support; these do not really have much arch support. General Comments: Although the 8W fits very nicely, they just don’t look good on me. My criterion for keeping items ordered is “would I buy this if I saw it in a store?” In this case, I don’t love this shoe enough to justify the expense so have decided to return both pairs of Petra. But I do LOVE Zappos! The delivery was amazingly fast and the excellent service policies mean I can take a chance on something without seeing it first.

Not quite as comfortable as other Cobb Hill shoes I've purchased. A bit narrower in the toe area. I've worn these for several weeks now and they feel the same as day one. I was hoping they would provide all day comfort but they could be a bit better in that department. It might just be this style.

After wearing them all day at work, constantly walking and moving, my feet feel great. I was skeptical when they had arrived but it turns out they are actually quite great.

Stylish, mostly comfortable shoe except for strap chafing on one foot. Shoe is one of the rare narrow shoes that actually fits.

The color was true to the computer screen, style is cute, but pretty stiff and the shoe was scuffed-looking as if it had been worn, even though the soles appeared to look new.

I like the shoe overall, but it has an uncomfortable bubble like area in the center.

It is cuter online. It was a heavier shoe than I wanted.

Fit was as I expected however the shoe material seemed cheap and stiff. I have older versions of this shoe which are higher quality. Disappointed.

My size is 10 1/2 the shoe didn't come in my size . The 11 was too large.
