This is a very well made shoe and has a nice soft supportive insole. However for me, the left strap hit at a spot on top of my arch that was very uncomfortable and I couldn't loosen it to make any difference. The leather is also a little bit stiff so it was not as comfortable as my Ecco shoe was. Unfortunately, Ecco apparently doesn't make the Mary Jane shoe any longer so I tried this as a replacement. It is a nice looking shoe but not as comfortable for my feet.

Perfect right out of the box. However, I usually wear a wide shoe and this is a medium shoe and the width was perfect so this particular shoe must run a little wider than usual.

The Cobb Hill Petra is a 9 out of 10 for fit, size, comfort, having worn them for couple of hour indoors with thin socks. I have difficulty finding any shoes that fit my < narrow size11 feet, but these are keepers! I will continue to search other styles in this collection. Thank you Rockport and Zappos!

I have extremely wide feed with a very high arch and instep. Most WW shoes I try from here I have to return. These FIT, a bit tight at the edge, but they should stretch, being leather. The footbeds are great - they actually seem to have a metatarsal pad on them which I really like. It's really depressing trying to find shoes - happy to find this pair, just wish they were available in more colors in the WW sizes. I'd love these in a raspberry or light green color!

These shoes are very comfortable. I replaced the insert that comes with the shoes with an insert with arch support built in to address the lack of arch support in the shoe. I have a hard time finding walking shoes that fit well (my heel slips in many shoes) and these shoes, with my own insert, are perfect.

These were attractive shoes and almost wide enough for my wide foot. I thought they were going to work for me. I have so much trouble finding wide enough shoes that aren’t too wide in the heel and these were pretty good. Unfortunately the toe box wasn’t high enough for my turn up big toe.

I bought these shoes as I wanted a cute pair of Mary Janes to wear with jeans, dresses, etc. I already had a pair; but they just weren't as fantastic as the pair I had previously. When I saw these, I knew they were what I wanted. The cut detail on the shoe is so traditional and gives the shoe that extra wow factor that I was looking for. I also love the non-slip sole detail.
The only things that I would change about this shoe is the strap closure. I wish that it was an actual button instead of velcro; but this seems to be the standard these days with most of the shoes I've seen.
All-in-all, it's a fantastic shoe; pretty and comfortable to wear.

These shoes are soooo comfortable but sooo...old looking? I pulled a muscle in my foot (severe tendinosis) last April and it is still healing. I needed a pair of flats to wear to a conference and came across these. I did a lot of walking and standing for 3 straight days. My feet didn’t complain! I wore them with pants (full length and ankle) and they looked fine. Will I buy another pair? Probably! I will just giggle to myself every time I look down.

I have a narrow foot and have difficulty finding shoes to fit. I was so hopeful for these shoes because of the velcro strap. The toe box was too wide for me, but the heel and mid section were a good fit. The color is so pretty and the style very cute! Would look good with a skirt, cropped pants or jeans.

The shoe is very comfortable. I tried on a 6.5 in the store and it was very tight. So I ordered a 7 W thinking it would be better. It is .25 Inches longer than my regular size shoes and not any wider. So be aware when buying W, it's actually longer not really wider.

These have light arch support, but that was not a choice. These were my favorite shoes: cute, stylish, and comfortable on initial wearing; however, after a long day, they start to rub on my big toe joint and I was afraid the shoes would give me bunions.

This is a nice looking shoe and fits well in the toe box where I need it. Unfortunately, the heel is much wider than I need so I have placed two non-slip pads in each heel. This is working but not ideal. An orthotic can be used for better over all support.

I have a number of Rockport Cobb Hill shoes, and I normally wear a 10 wide. After ordering these in that size, I returned them because although they were comfortable, when I slid my foot into the shoe, there was 3/4 of an inch between the back of my foot and the shoe. I reordered in a 9.5 wide and there was still a gap in the back of the shoe. They were extremely comfortable, but I was still walking out of them. So the 9.5 size goes back also.

I purchased these shows for a trip to Italy I am taking in October.
I originally ordered the 10 R but found them a little long and I didn't like how tight the strap felt across the top of my foot (I was trying to pull it far enough over so the Velcro was not showing on the side). I exchanged that pair for a 9 1/2 W. These are really comfy. I like the way the strap fits and that I can make it tighter or looser. I look forward to having these on my trip!

I have only worn these shoes a couple of times, but they are very comfortable and attractive. They are just right for skirts, casual dresses, or slacks. The strap across the top is rather short. It barely reaches across my foot. If you have a high instep it may not reach for you.

Another Cobb Hill flat that runs big, at least in length. Width seems true to size. I usually wear 9.5 and the shoe in this size felt more like a 10.5. The W width is ok for my wide forefoot, EE would probably be better but then my heel would be way too loose. Going to exchange for a smaller length and see if that works better. The Pewter is a very dark gray, not as shiny or silvery as expected.

I am a huge fan of the Rockport Cobb Hill Pearl, but my size has not been available to purchase a 2nd pair. I bought the same size in this style, however, it is slightly narrower in the forefoot than Pearl & just too narrow for my wide feet, seems to squeeze my little toe. Otherwise, I would have purchased this shoe! It is nice and light, has decent support, and the floral pattern on the buckle is pretty.

Because of my very wide feet, I am not an easy person it fit. However, the Petra felt good right from the start. The only change I made was placing my metatarsal support under the removable sole. I actually gambled and went shopping all day with brand-new shoes. To my pleasurable surprise, all was well. Although they are not exactly "dainty", neither are they clunky "orthopedic-style" in in appearance. I am happy.
