My favorite shoes!! I have very high arches, starting to get arch collapse, & arthritis due to injuries. Well placed, adequate arch support and space for my toes are my priorities. These boots nearly brought me to tears of joy. So comfortable, all day. Standing, sitting, walking 9000 steps according to pedometer & I didn’t want to take them off when I got home. I’m about to shop to see if Chaco makes bedroom slippers because the only flaw with these boots is they don’t go well with my PJs.... yet I am driven to wear them anyway as soon as I roll out of bed...

I really like these boots. Stylish, great leather quality with a touch of quirkiness because of the unusual sole.

These shoes are extremely comfortable and have very good arch support. My foot is in-between a medium and C width, and I can wear thick socks with these shoes. If your foot is on the narrow side of medium width, they may be too roomy.

These boots are awesome. They have excellent arch support and I wore them all day straight out of the box. They have a roomy toe box. My foot width is in between a medium and a wide and I am able to wear thick socks. But if your foot is narrow, they probably won't fit properly.

Loved the look of these shoes. The castle rock color is perfect. It would match a lot of outfits. I wanted something lightweight, waterproof with easy on and off that could handle some bad weather without being bulky. Unfortunately I had to send them back because they were way to big even with thick socks. I usually wear a woman’s 5.5 but with thick socks can get away with a 6, but these were sadly too big. Unfortunately they don’t come any smaller or in a youth version so I had to send them back.

I wore these boots for the first time to walk around Yosemite for a few days. They were super comfortable and required no break-in period. My feet didn't hurt at all at the end of the day. These boots fit true to size with excellent arch support, plus they're really cute!

I brought the green first, then the mink. Loved them soooo much, I wanted to get my sister a pair, but there were none left. Comfortable, even on my wide foot. I’m a nurse in the psych ER and we wear street clothing, no uniform. These are the FIRST pair of boots I’ve ever been able to wear all day. I hope they get more.

I love these shoes! They were by far my favorite casual shoes for last fall and winter. I have been wearing them on the weekends as well this spring. They are very comfortable. The width feels great! The toe box is nice and roomy (but not overly so). They don't get to warm or too cold. I wear them with merino wool blend socks.

This is my second pair of Chaco boots and I love them! They are stylish enough to wear to work but also comfortable enough for a day walking around the city. I struggle with finding shoes that fit my feet without cramping my toes, and these are roomy without feeling overly large.

These shoes are a perfect fit. They are very warm and comfy. And I was really pleased with the great arch support.

These boots were great. I liked the style and the gripe of the souls. However, my Neuropathic feet and legs could not handle the ankle length. Thank you Zappos for always indulging my purchases and returns. I don't know what I would do without you. Go barefoot I guess.

I bought the gray color and love the boots. They look great with skinny jeans and are stylish enough that i have worn them to work (on casual days.) I bought my usual size and they are a little big. I would have returned them for a smaller size but wanted to wear them right away. The boots are comfortable and warm. I am very happy with them.

Super comfortable and cute. They arrived the day we had a snow storm. Kept my feet warm and were remarkably comfortable. Will look cute with leggings and jeans. Very happy with purchase!

These are great boot! I wear a 10 or 10.5, went with the 10.5 they fit great and I can wear a thicker sock with them. The boots are super comfortable.

I wear an 8 in all regular shoes, and the 8 in these is roomy - big enough I can wear thick wool socks on cold days - but still comfy with regular weight socks too. I bought these for errands, work, walking the dog, outings with kids - winter things where I don't want to where sneakers in case it is wet out but I still want to be comfy - and these are perfect for this. I think of them as a "sneaker-boot" - comfort, ease, and versatility of a sneaker, with the waterproof benefits of a good boot. Traction is good on them too. All around very pleased with these.

Love this boot. I went down half a size because I don’t wear thick socks. Perfect right out of the box. If you wear thick socks your true size should work. I wanted something I could wear daily that wasn’t tennis shoes . These are comfortable right out of the box . Worth every penny!

I really like these boots! They are cute and don't look big and clunky. I took inserts out and bought different inserts knowing that I would need them. They have a strong arch support and I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis so I planned to change them out. I ordered in an 11 and sometimes need an 11.5 or 12. The 11's fit perfectly. I plan to do a lot of walking in these so I hope they continue to work out well. I wanted the gray but they only had the burgundy color left but I really like the color. Very happy with this purchase.

Oh my gosh I wanted these gorgeous boots to work for me, however they had too much arch support and were just too hard for my comfort. I need a neutral or under pronation shoe/boot and these seem more for the over pronator with allot of support with each step. They would be perfect for most people I suppose. Very nicely made and as you can see they are simply beautiful! I really wanted them to work for me and so bummed they didn't. I will continue my search for a perfect trail boot. Thank you to Zappos for making the return process easy.

Love my new boots! They are very comfortable. The first time I wore them all day. I was on my feet the whole time. My feet never bothered me. I highly recommend them!

Only like to wear sandals with good arch support! But going to Africa and needed boots. I put these on and didn't take them off all day! For me this is a big deal. Really comfortable! Maybe could have used a 1/2 size smaller but now will have room for a thicker sock. Totally recommend this boots if you want a good arch support.

Love it! I usually wear a size 12 or 13 women, But I have an 11 in sandals from this brand so I thought I would try…and the 11 fit me. I am so happy because a shoe like this didn’t come in my size. So excited and I absolutely love them!!!

Love chacos!! I usually wear an 8.5 but with their shoes I can wear an 8. You have to break their shoes in, takes a few wears but the shoes are a beauty and they are good leather. Looks like aniline leather but waterproof protected.
