I normally wear a size 8. I purchased these in a size 7 and they fit perfect. I have high arches and these boots give me great support. I have a regular width foot with a narrow heel and the shoe holds my foot nicely. Great addition to my winter shoes!

My feet run a bit narrow and these were a tad wide, but they are fine with thicker socks and tightening the laces. I love Chaco sandals and was looking for the same support and fit in their boots and I found it. Super cute too!

I’ve had a pair of these for a few years and I just Love them! So I bought a pair for my mother and she loves hers too! She says hers fit TTS (size 8). Mine are a tad long for a 9.5 but that’s no problem!

Nice arch support for my plantar fasciitis. Wish Chacos could make a shoe to wear with pants other than the boots. I , absolutely, love Chacos ‘ sandals and have 6 pairs. Now how about making the shoes? Thanks

This shoe was huge on me. This was my first pair of Chacos, so I'm unfamiliar with how they run. I will say this about the Barbary: the insole felt really good under my foot. If I can find the shoe in the correct size, I think I'll be very happy with how the foot bed supports my foot. I've ordered two more pair, one pair a half size smaller and the second pair a full size smaller, to see which is the better fit. I LOVE Zappos, so it pains me to say this: I ordered the other shoes from another seller. They were nearly half price, otherwise I would have ordered from Zappos. I will continue to do business with Zappos in the future, as they carry a wonderful assortment of shoes and are such a pleasure to do business with!

These are very cute. I ordered a 7.5 and an 8. the 8 was too big but the 7.5 rubbed on the outside of my left foot. I love my Chacos sandals and was hoping these would be equally comfortable. just worried my toes will rub and they will be uncomfortable

Was wearing the brown/wool ones for the last two years and am SO glad I found these. Easy on the eye, good for around the house or a casual dinner. Will buy a 2nd pair.

These boots run a tiny bit big. I usually wear a wide width but I’ve decided that with a tiny bit of stretch these are going to be perfect! Excited for a nice, waterproof boot that’s also stylish.

I originally sized up after reading other reviews. That was a mistake. Someone said the toe area was narrow, but there is plenty of room for my foot, even while wearing a thick sock. I love the way these fit my foot perfectly and I am sure I will be able to walk all day in them without discomfort. Thank you Zappos for your great description, and for allowing me to easily exchange these for the size you recommended in the first place! Oh, and forgot to mention how CUTE they are!

These boots run big and wide. I normally wear a 9 and bought these in 8.5 and they’re still quite roomy. Not much support or warmth. They’re more of a style boot. Wearing them for normal everyday errands and what not.

LOVE THESE! Tried alongside the Borealis and this had better/less jarring arch support. These remind me of the old leather Chaco sandals they used to make like 6-8 years ago which I bought in every color. Well done, Chaco!!

I am in love with my Chaco Barbary boots. True to size, comfortable from day one and stylish. I did have an issue with one loop that holds the laces coming unstitched but customer service exchanged my boots. I would recommend this pair to anyone considering them.

I typically wear a 7.5. Had to exchange these for 7 (which was super easy)!! The color isn’t quite as gray as I thought it’d be, but I love them. I thought I’d like them folded down more, but so far I like them not folded down! I’ve had these on my favorite list for quite some time, so I’m pretty excited about these! Seems like they’ll hold up long term too!!

They are so comfortable

I love these shoes. I'm normally a 10.5 or 11 in some running sneaks (and often need wide shoes). After reading reviews, I ordered a size 10 and they fit perfectly. There was a bit of snugness at first around my toe bridge, but the leather softened up nicely. As for support these are SUPER supportive and fit like my beloved Birks. If you do not like arch support, these will not be the shoes for you. And they're super cute with jeans or leggings. I'm officially a Chaco fan. I've had a hard time finding boots that look good AND are comfortable.
