These shoes in gray were adorable! Like feminine hiking boots. But they felt a bit slidey sloppy on my avg. width foot. The sole was too hard with no give, and the fabric of the shoe quite stiff as well. The non-removable insole was not as cush-y as I expected it to be either, too firm for my neuropathy. I was so disappointed as they looked great with my winter casuals.

I bought this in an 8.5, my normal size shoe and boot and the length fit great, but it was too narrow for the width of my right foot. I have a wider right foot and the boot/stitching was hitting/rubbing my pinky toe bone the moment I put it on, so I knew these would not work for me. Other than that, these would have fit me. The arch support felt great and these would be a good boot to walk around in as long as they fit you correctly.

This shoe is cute and stylish and fit well even under thick wool socks, but I found it didn't quite have the non-slip support I needed for several days of a very icy Kansas winter, after attempting to walk down slippery sidewalks a handful of times, I went back to my house after a few attempts on different days to change into my less stylish, but grippy Merrell hiking shoes. Hoping that Zappos will let me return after a couple hours of use. Big Chaco fan, but these just aren't up to the winter weather.

After reading in other reviews that the seam rubbed the outside of foot and was uncomfortable, I decided to walk around inside for a bit before making a decision on these. I wasn’t noticing it so decided to keep them. Unfortunately after just two wears outdoors, the seam on the side of my foot is all I can feel, and I had terrible foot pain after wear. They also seem a bit flimsy for the price paid for them. Disappointed overall.

I love this boot and it's super cute and comfy AF! Although, they are NOT waterproof whatsoever (water gets in at the sole). They also tore on the wool area at the top where they fold over. I'm hoping chaco makes some improvements to the thickness of the wool fabric on the upper ankle and makes them waterproof and i will buy another pair. For now, I will only wear them when there's no slushy snow and basically just for warmth.

Look of boot was exactly what I was wanting, Comfort was terrible, very hard insoles and stitching inside rubs feet. Not comfortable for walking or just standing.

Unfortunately, this shoe is not flexible. The sole feels rigid, and the arch support is overdone. I feel like I’m standing on a ball. These would be very difficult to walk in for my feet.

I was so excited about this boot, but sadly, it is not to be. I generally wear about a size 6, but this was enormous, and sadly...it doesn't come in a 5.5. Boo. Oh, whoa are we who have tiny feet.

Cute design, but a very uncomfortable shoe. Even with thick socks on the shoes were digging into the top of my feet just minutes into wearing.

When I first tried these on they seemed a half size too large, but after walking around in them I decided they probably were the right size, just a tad roomy. Unfortunately, after wearing them around more I realized that the seams on the sides rubbed my little toes which grew more and more uncomfortable the longer they were on. I have high arches and felt the arch support was too much for my feet. They are cute shoes, but I will have to return them as they are too expensive to not fit right.

I felt like I just threw money out the window! The shoe came promptly which was great. I needed them for my wet & cold outside job. The seem along the toe box on the outside part of the boot pinches to the point of severe discomfort. That was the 1st day, I stuck it out thinking they would stretch- no, I could not even wear them the second day. I do not have wide feet, I adjusted my socks, nothing helped. Very disappointed, especially considering the brand and price!

Very comfortable and supportive pair of shoes. Nice pair of lightweight boots.

I love these shoes. They are comfortable, warm, dry, and nice looking. Not trendy but not boring. I will be wearing these for years to come. Chaco is one of my favorite brands and I love having a pair of Chacos for winter.

These are my favorite shoes. This is my second pair, 5 years after I purchased my first. They can be a little stiff at first but that’s just the waterproof!

So comfortable. I can wear these when walking long distances.

I usually wear a size 7 but had to return and get a 6 1/2.

I took a chance on these, as they're a little pricier than I normally go. I needed a good bike commuting boot to get through New England winters, and these have not disappointed. They're warm and waterproof, the laces don't come untied, and they have good arch support. They're not too clunky and you can almost pass them off as sneakers, but they're sturdy enough for snow. I go through a lot of fast fashion shoes, as bike commuting is really hard on them, but these seem really durable so far.

I really thought I would love these shoes. Unfortunately they didn't look like I thought they would with what I was planning to wear with them. Great fit, great color.

Love these. Help keep feet warm

The materials are wonderful and authentic. It is a beautifully made shoe. They are cute and stylish. The arch support is the best I’ve worn. However, I have toe problems and needed more room in the toebox. I highly recommend them.

I have had trouble with plantar faciitis and need shoes with excellent arch support. Chacos provide that- without inserting orthotics. Love my Chacos boots and three pair of sandals.

I ordered a half size larger so I could easily fit my Thick Smart Wool socks in. Perfect. Love them.
