Perfect fit. These were my go-to footwear for the winter. Comfortable and kept my feet dry in rain and snow.

I spent a couple of months of this winter trying to decide on the right pair of boots for me. I wanted cute but sensible--shoes I could walk a couple of miles in comfortably, without sacrificing too much style. Boots I tried were either too clunky or too narrow and uncomfortable. All that to say, these were the right ones for me! I don't think they're huge---I am usually an 8.5 in boots and that size worked well. They look good on---esp. with skinny jeans or leggings. I've walked through snow and slush in them without any problems. They wipe off easily if they get dirty. Very happy with them!

The boot was 1/2 size too small and the arch was too high for my foot. They are a nice quality casual boot

I bought these for my daughter so we could go in college visits to central New York. The temperatures reached -11°, and she remained toasty. We did a lot of walking, and she said they were very comfortable throughout our trip. And, best of all, they had her size (11!).

I really wanted to love these but as some other reviews mentioned there is a small protrusion where the materials meet and it rubbed the outside of my foot at my tailors bunion and I imagine it would be the same for anybody with wider feet

Love the style and comfort, however, they run a bit big and wide so I am returning for a 1/2 size smaller.

Love the style and color of this shoe. Amazing arch support and quality too! I ended up having to get a half size larger as the width of one of the shoes was a bit small and rubbing on my foot. The half size bigger took care of that. I can’t wait to show them off!

Boot looks good, arch support is decent, the only issue is where the boot should flex is tight. I’m hoping they’ll loosen with wear. The boot also seems a bit long in the toe area... would rather it be slightly wider in the toe box. Overall I’m keeping them but likely won’t buy another.

I love Chacos leather sandals..wear them year around in the house because my feet feel great in them. So, I was super excited about these boots hoping they would be my go -to shoes. They are more narrow & yes I agree..where the stitching is was uncomfortable. I am so sad!

These are my first Chaco boots and are surprisingly comfortable. I have old boney feet so I will stick in a slightly padded insole, but the sizing is perfect. I am glad a 10.5 was offered. I wore them this morning in very wet grass and my feet stayed dry.

great boot! I returned them ONLY because the fit of the toe box was a bit too tight on my bunion.. :{

The style of this boot is a cross between a work boot and a fashion boot. It’s lightweight which is nice. The insole support however is way too much. It raises your foot too high and the boot top then presses on your foot. I’ve removed them and will replace them with thinner, though supportive insoles. Otherwise, the boot is fine - though on the pricey side for the quality.

i originally ordered size 11, even though reviews indicated they run big... and yep, they run big. exchanged for size 10.5 and the fit is perfect, arch support is great, but where the seams meet over the joint on one foot's baby toe is kinda tight/painful. will try with different socks, & maybe wear around the house a bit too see if it stretches out, but i'm afraid i may end up returning these cute boots. (at a certain age it's all about total comfort!)

I ordered these because I read reviews that these would be good for wider feet. I would disagree, at least in terms of the toe box. I have small/moderate bunions and the toe box was very tight in that area and too uncomfortable. Otherwise, the footbeds are amazing and I thought these were really cute. I wish they made a wider toe box or wide widths.

It's a great looking boot, but the loops holding the strings are not strong. 2 have popped loose. The boot itself is comfortable, but doesn't add any ankle support, so I would not suggest for a serious hiking boot.

These are great-looking boots, but like other reviewers said, the seam on the outside part cuts into your foot and pinkie toe. If you have wider feet, these won't work.

The shape of the toe of these boots made my size 11 feet look even bigger than normal. I think they would be cute on smaller feet.

These run large. I had to return for a smaller size. Very comfortable. I am sensitive to wool, but hopefully with socks it won't be an issue. Feel warm, even though I just wore them in the closet for a few minutes before deciding to return. I am a standard 8, but am going to exchange for a 7.5 if I can. Feel wide. Good support

These shoes should be perfect for outside in the snow. I love the style. They do run large in both length and width. Order a half size or full size smaller than your normal size. I will be wearing thick socks with these.

They run big. If in doubt, go with the lower size. The other reason I’m returning them is that as soon as I pulled the laces tight on the left, two of the loops that held the laces broke. I wonder if something sliced them prior. There was a comfort to them. The support felt nice. They were just too long and had faulty loops.

I didn't like the location or height of the arch support--it felt like a lump pressing into my foot. They will have to go back.

Really like the boot but the toe box was way too big. Had to return and am ordering in a 1/2 size smaller. Hoping that works.
