Very uncomfortable boot; am very disappointed. I have ankle and arch issues and my feet throb almost immediately when wearing.

Cute but returning. Although they feel like a Chaco, which I love, I couldn't lace them up tightly enough. The lace holes feel like they aren't very strong. I love the fold down style but they hit my ankle in a weird place. I really wanted these to be my new boot. Bummer. I'm a 9.5 and the 9.5 felt perfect.

I was underwhelmed by their comfort and support. I doubt they would have lasted long with daily use.

its an alright boot but the toe box is just too narrow for a winter boot with a thick sock . the leather is kind of stiff and not nice and soft

My sister and I both bought these separately and returned them for the same reasons - they are not as "polished" as they look in the pictures. Many reviewers noted the thin material (not warm) but they also look scuffed and worn right out of the box (from the material, not getting used shoes). I was hoping for a boot I could wear in a casual / business casual work environment, and these were not quite nice enough.

Shoes were well made and very sturdy with good, removable arch supports. However the toe box area was too narrow making walking in them painful. Sadly I am returning these.

The color is not a true black, more a very dark brown. And they’re pretty rustic looking, which I didn’t realize from the photos. But I returned them because they were too narrow.

Excellent arch support and high quality leather, but the edge of the stiff leather (around the ankle where the leather meets the fabric cuff) dug into my skin. At this price point I didn't want to take a chance and try to break these in. Style is okay. Definitely a clunky, hiking boot type of look. Returned.

I love the look of these boots but the toe box area was so snug and rigid that they weren't comfortable for me. Returned.

I really liked these boots. Simple, casual but they felt very sloppy on my foot. I wish they fit better, I really liked them.

There was nothing wrong with the way these shoe boots fit - I just found them a bit too clunky for my taste. They are very well made and warm, etc. it was just the look that caused me to return them.

Super comfy fit and love the style. Waterproof a plus. Downside is that the strap for the lace busted only after the 2nd time that put them on. Disappointed because they are so comfy. Will be returning and looking for something with similar but with different lace design.

I really wanted to love this boot. I love the style and the way it looked, but there was almost no cushion in the sole and no matter how loose I left the laces the top sewed seams cut into the top corners of my foot. I ordered my normal size of 9.5 and I thought it was a good fit, but uncomfortable in some places. A larger size would have been too big I think.

The shoes provided tons of room in the toe box but I have narrow heels so they were just too "sloppy" for me.

First I got my usual size - 8 1/2. Way too big. Returned them, got the size 8. Just fit, but they are really stiff and I don’t think they will ever soften up. The arch support is good tho.

I’m planning on returning these. I ordered a 9.5 and they are too long and too wide, especially in the toe area.

I thought I’d love this shoe. It looked like in the photo that it was made from smooth leather. I could just see how cute it would look after my feet had a chance to break them in. Instead, it was this dull, suede-like waterproof material (says it’s leather) that was stiff and looks cheap. The arch felt good and the size was perfect. Sadly, I returned this shoe.

Had the same problem a few of other reviewers did. Very painful on the bone of the forefoot where all 3 pieces of leather come together. It is too bad, the style was exactly what I was looking for. Sadly, I will be returning them.

Too narrow for me, made my little toes hurt. Ordered the recommended size, it's too long. Must return.

I ordered a 7 which is my usual size. They would fit okay if I were to wear thick socks but am returning them since I liked the pair of Uggs better that I ordered at the same time. I love the Castlerock color which is blueish-gray but the work-boot style is not was I wanted.

These boots look great but the arch support is like nothing I've ever felt in a shoe. I actually checked to see if there was something in the shoe that I needed to pull out. In addition to the exaggerated arch "support", the soles are rock hard. While they're great looking boots, not even soft insoles can save them.

I ordered the dark brown ones in a size 9. I already own a pair of black ones size 9.5, but they feel loose all around and too big. I got the 9's thinking they'd fit just right, but they are too small and they are very stiff and rubbed on the side/top of foot area so uncomfortably that I took them off as soon as I tried them on. Overall they are not the cutest shoe but Im looking for something casual with arch support and to keep my feet somewhat warm during the rainy season here in the pacific northwest. The search continues.

Length was fine but width of shoe was a little on the narrow side and fit tight around the top of my foot, cute shoe but not going to work for my foot shape

I love Chacos and was so excited to get these boots. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, the seam on the outside of my foot dug in painfully. The footbed was super comfy, as Chacos always are, but I had to return these boots due to the painful seam.
