I have high arch and instep and wide feet. Size 8. I went up 1/2 size for thick socks. Very comfortable, felt good the arch support. just not crazy about the style unless I were just hiking. Bulky toe masculine looking. Im going to try another style of Chaco boots because these were so comfortable.

These shoes were perfectly comfortable and true to size, but I returned them due to the way they look. There's "confetti" style colored specks in the rubber tread that I didn't even notice in the pictures- it's a little too obvious and kid-like for me so I returned them. I guess it's supposed to be emphasizing the "recycled materials" part, but it looks ridiculous to me.

Great gray color, nice soft leather --- the only thing was the arch of the insole was way too much/high for me. It's a very long arch lengthwise, felt like my arch was on some huge ball. Cute style though! If you can wear that Chaco arch shape, they're great. Thanks Zappos for your fantastic return policy!

Fairly comfortable but arch support was just too high for me.

I really wanted to keep this boot but I couldn't get the fit I needed. The footbed of these is so comfortable! All in all they are very supportive and comfortable, but the 8.5 is just too big and the 8 isn't right either so back they both go even though I really wanted to keep at least one of them. And they are very cute too looked great with jeans.

I love the look of these but they ran too narrow and hurt my feet once on. I was so sad because I love my Chaco sandals, I’ve worn my sandals everywhere and was looking for a boot that I could do the same with. I don’t think I can go up a size without having too much toe room. Bummer!

I loved this boot! The 10.5 was a little larger than usual (which my larger foot liked), but my smaller foot just swam in the boot. Had to return.

Typically I wear a 7.5 but 7 were long enough but too narrow. Reminded me of the old penny loafer fit that gave us all bunions. I went up to 7.5 and width was fine but boot looked very long on my feet. I didn't like the orange/grey ties. They do not look like photo. Loved the arch support. I will keep looking for something with that.

Super cute, but runs tight. I'm normally an 8W but thought maybe an 8.5 would be okay in a boot. Sad it won't work.

I loved everything about these shoes except for one thing; the stitching at the top of the shoe is very stiff and made it uncomfortable to walk in. This may not be a problem with narrow feet, but with mine being wide, there was no avoiding contact. So unfortunately, I had to return these.

Nice support in arch. I wear a 7N and got by with a 6.5 M. It is a chunky shoe but if you want a little boot, warm boot, for running around on weekends, it is perfect.

I like the style of this boot, and it is well made and of quality materials. I ordered a half size smaller according to previous reviews and this was the correct size. Unfortunately the arch support was too large and rigid, and they were uncomfortable due to this structural choice. I returned them.

Cute and great arch support. Roll the cuff up with skinny jeans or keep it down. Love the different looks.

Great boots keep you warm but are a bit slippery, that is why I can't give them 5 stars. Love how light-weight and comfy they are, but on snow, they do slide more than my other boots.

Wished the insole it came with fit with thicker socks. I thought that I would be able to wear thicker socks with a size 8 but I guess my feet are too wide-- was still too tight across the balls of my feet, and even worse-- they were loose in the heel! Ultimately I went back to the 7.5, and are wearing them without an insole (which, since I'm used to minimalist, zero-drop shoes, is quite comfortable).

I have size 10 feet, these looked ungainly on me. The arch felt almost too high, some people might like that. I have wide toes, toebox not quite wide enough.

So cute - and OUCH! Narrow in the toe box - I even ordered a whole size up and it was too narrow and painful. (I normally wear regular width shoes, but am on the wider side in the toes) But they are so cute and lightweight.

Pretty, fun boots,very different! They are kind of a mix between hikers and sneakers. Nicely made, they run a little big. I normally wear 7.5, even 8 in some shoes. The size 7 fit fine with plenty of room. However, the inside stitching rubbed on the top of my foot (left boot only for some strange reason) and so I am returning them.

The reviews seem to be all over the place with this boot!! I read that they ran smaller and to order down, so I did. I usually wear an 8 but have begun wearing insoles due to plantar fasciitis and usually order 8 1/2 to accommodate the insole. Unfortunately, the 8 was WAY too tight across the widest part of my feet. (I should say here that I have the beginnings of a bunion on one foot and I'm sure this didn't help. However, the shoes were too tight on both feet.) I called Zappos and they shipped an 8 1/2 to me that very day, even before I returned the original pair. Zappos is #1 in customer service as far as I am concerned! The larger size fit...although after wearing once for about 4 hrs, I had to take them off because they were hurting across the widest part of my foot. I did not wear my insoles with the larger size, as they would not fit with them. I wore thin socks too. I feel like the shoe will stretch with wear. I am hopeful, anyway. Love the look of these boots, just not sure if they're for my foot.

These boots deliver, great arch support ( which is a must for me). I wish they were a bit warmer but OK for Cape Cod winter. Overall I am very happy with their design.

These are comfortable walking boots. They feel like sneakers but they are light and warm. They are not close to the arch support of the Chaco sandals. They are large enough to wear with heavy wool socks. Snow sticks to fabric top, but has not melted through at all. Overall, I am pleased and hope they last a long time. The Chaco sandals set a high standard for the shoes they brand.

I loved these and really wanted them to fit. Unfortunately, they were too narrow in the toe box for my feet, even though my heel slipped in them a bit. My feet are on the wider side, I wish they were available in wide! They sure are cute though. The color was a tad darker than pictured (I ordered the Sandstone colored ones). Back to shopping the not nearly so cute men's Chacos in search of a wider toe box.

I was looking for a lightweight weatherproof boot that would look stylish enough to wear around town. The construction and craftsmanship seemed solid, and the colors of the Sandstone model were lovely. However, it just looked too much like a rugged hiking boot, and felt too stiff and clunky to be comfortable for walking any distance.

Way too wide. I do not have narrow feet, but these were so wide and I had thick socks on.

I thought these were floppy, felt like rubber. I didn't like the way they felt at all. I felt they did not support my feet, more like rubber boots than a shoe.
