I ordered the recommended size 10.5. I wear a 10. The boots were too big so I exchanged for a 10. The 10’s are a little big and I debated trying a 9.5. They fit pretty well with a thicker sock so I decided to keep the 10. The length fits but the width feels wide. Comfort for my daily walks in cold weather.

They feel good enough for me to try again in a smaller size!

These run big, so order a half size (or even a whole size) smaller than usual. I wear my custom orthotics in them and thick hiking socks. I’d prefer the bottom edge and sole to be black (it’s brown). I like the style, adjustability (thanks to laces), and that I can wear my orthotics in them.

Overall I liked the style, textures, overall look and feel. My only issue is the left boot is causing discomfort to the pinky toe and that side of my foot directly below and on the side below my pinky toe. It seems I need a wide width fit... and sadly that is not offered in this style.

Cute boot, just did not provide much arch support for my problem feet.

The toe area is wide. I do love the color and the feel of the of the boot but the toe area is wide enough to allow your foot to slide

My only complaint was that similar to others. The side by the little toe where all 3 strips of fabric come together seems to press into side of foot. I’m hoping this will stretch out tho, since I really like them!

Cute but not really what I was looking for so I am sending back. They felt a half size larger than stated.

So far, I'm very happy with these boots. I have some hiking shoes by Chaco that they no longer make so I was glad to find a substitute.

I normally wear a 10.5 but had to exchange for a 10, which fit well. I wanted to like the style. I have several pair of Chacos and love their footbed, but the toe is very square and looks like a men’s loafer to me when my jeans cover the tops. Also the mahogany color is much more brown than the burgundy I hoped it would be. I will be returning.

The boots look great on the outside. I should of listened to the other reviews. I have flat feet and these have a very big arch and no cushion. They would not be comfortable if worn for long periods of time. I needed something that’s going to last 8-12 hours a day without hurting my feet. These were returned.

These are super cute. When you have them on and look down, they look a bit wide for your foot but they are just more bulky than what I typically wear. Love them. Comfy and warm. Seem to be very well made. I’d recommend for sure.

I have several pairs of size 11 Chacos. I really need 11.5 or 12. Love the footbed of Chacos and wear 11s if they are just a smidge on the longish for that size. These were just too short, so I'm returning them.

I love Chaco's and these boots were great - well made with great support and comfort. Unfortunately, the toe box in my size was too narrow. I ordered a pair a half-size larger, but the shoe was too big. So disappointed. Really wish this could've worked for me.

I ordered a half size down, but it was still large. Bummed they didn’t fit, but don’t really want to risk another order not fitting either (they didn’t have a smaller size in stock to try. regardless). There was arch support, but without the smaller size I can’t be completely accurate on my review on how it felt. Seemed fairly lightweight and probably water proof. Love the sustainability approach.

Very clunky looking boot, material is stiff not feminine at all. Returning.

Wanted to keep these boots, but inside stitching was uncomfortable.

The fit seemed good and I wore them around the house but then I noticed that my foot was being rubbed by the stitching on the outside of the shoe. Had to return them and I felt bad because I really liked the look of them with the collar that flips up. Cute shoe!

They fit well. True to size and width.

these shoes are a big ok. not fantastic but they don't suck. for what i spent i was expecting a bit more. the seam on the outside of each shoe seem to rub a bit. i wear an 8 in athletic shoes and dress shoes but always order thr 7.5 in boots and booties and have no problems. i ordered the 7.5 and feel like i would have been better off ordering the 7. wide in the toe, narrow at the seams and a little loose on the heel. the arch support is great and i really liked thst feature. also the boot top flips up but there are no lace holes when yoy wear it this way so i didnt like that. i probably wont order this brand again as they were costly and no wow factor. i give the shoe a 2.5 overall.

So weird - They are huge! I ordered my normal 9 and it felt like a big 10. I hesitated but decided to try an 8 1/2 and they are still too long, but the rest of the boot feels good. I like the arch support in it, and it felt like a good fit around the heel. The heel was definitely too sloppy in the 9 but nice in the 8 1/2. So, now I'm waiting on an 8 which I simply cannot recall buying in a shoe or a boot probably ever. They are cute, I like the mahogany color. Funny thing is that when I look down at them on my feet I don't think they are overly attractive, but from every other angle, I really like them. Here's hoping the 8 will finalize this purchase for me.

I received these yesterday, and out of the box the left shoe fit perfectly. The right was a little tight on the side of my foot as others have mentioned. I do have a wider foot, but not so much that I have to buy every shoe in a wide. I took out the insole and replaced with another and now they fit fine. Might see if they stretch a little so I can put the original insoles back in because they are definitely more cushioned than the ones I replaced them with. But overall I am pleased. I wear a 10 and these fit true to size.

I originally bought the Mink color, but found it to be lighter than pictured and match my skintone almost perfectly. Then I ordered every other color, because the comfort level was so great, I was determined to find a color that suited me. The other four colors look the same in the website pictures as they do in person. Chaco has excellent arch support. I have high arches, but have generally gotten used to little to no support in the shoes I wear. When I slipped these boots on, I audibly sighed because of how great it feels to actually have a shoe hug the bottom of my foot. These hold great potential to be my go-to everyday Fall and Winter shoes. I may never order another brand again. One con I found in the 5 pairs I tried on (hence the loss of one star): some pairs dug in a little on the sides of the toe box, where the seams are. They fit generally exactly the same, other than that. The pair I kept is the most comfortable of the bunch, with no digging-in seams.

My left foot is just a tiny bit larger than my right, and in this particular pair of shoes the arch support in the insole fit perfect on my left foot, and in just the wrong place on my right foot. It's not the shoes fault, it's my stupid feet. I do think the pair was maybe as much as half size larger than I'm used to for a size six.
