I bought these Chaco Barbary's for my sister and she ABSOLUTELY LOVED them! They are very comfortable and super cute. I even bought a pair for myself after she raved about them. :)

I love this shoe. I ordered it to take up North for warmth. These are great and kept me warm. I would buy more casual shoes from Chaco...I thought they only did sandals.

Attractive shoe and warm. Arch support was excellent. Wish these came in wide. Although the toe box is fairly generous, it was still too tight for my wide foot. Sadly, I will be returning these.

I LOVE these boots! They are true to size. They are super super warm. And they are very comfy. If they were ever to wear out (& they wouldn't) I would order another pair asap-- because I couldn't so through a winter without them..

Comfy and stylish, I love these boots! When I saw that my favorite sandal brand Chaco had a boot, I thought I would like it. I like it a lot! It's warm and has great arch support.

Bought these for my daughter so she would have comfortable sturdy boots to wear at college. She has worn them every day since. Size is spot on. She sometimes wears a 10,but mostly 11. I got these in 10.5 and they are perfect.

I love Chaco's! When I saw these I knew I had to have them. I could have sized down to an 8.5 but kept the 9 since I typically wear thicker socks in the winter.

I bought these as a gift for my college student daughter who is an avid wearer of Chaco's. She ears the sandals in summer, the mules in autumn, and now she will have a great looking boot for winter. These are sturdy, warm, and practical while still being stylish in that unique Chaco's way. I cannot comment on the fit since I have yet to gift them to her, but I bought them with confidence knowing that she already wears and loves Chacos.

Such a stylish cute shoe that I really wanted to keep as my warm daily winter shoe. My mantra this year-- blue is for skies not toes. I have been a perfect 8.5 across brands for my adult life. Suddenly at 60 when things start wearing out I need roomier toe boxes, easy access and slip prevention. Ugh. This would likely fit better with a lighter wool sock, I generally wear a mid weight sock. A few health issues ago I would have snapped this up in a heartbeat. Today the toe box size and my edema are probably my biggest drawback. Love the wool, love the laces. Thought about sizing up but not sure the prominent arch support which is great by the way, would fall as well. Sadly, had to return.

I'll be honest as to why I even wanted these boots - I sat next to a young girl wearing them on my flight home from Seattle and they were SOOOO cute! That said, the topaz color shows off the style best, I think. After reading the other reviews, I decided to order down a half size since I won't be wearing thick socks and am usually a size 9 in most shoes, especially due to my longer second toe. Well, I was glad I did. The 8 1/2 fits perfectly and since the boot is rather wide, even adjusted with the laces, my foot would have been swimming in a size 9. The color is extremely attractive with skinny jeans, and as pointed out by another reviewer, they feel quite lightweight. I am happy to have them in my closet as soon as our weather gets a little chillier!

LOVED this boot! It was so cute and the footbed was very cushy. However, there is lots of arch support which my feet did not like so unfortunately I had to return them. Bummer.

In LOVE with these shoes! Fit is excellent. Lightweight, rugged style and oh so comfortable!

Just bought these to take to Europe to walk around in and stay warm and dry. So far I've worn them to a big ten football game where the weather was in the low 40s. My feet were nice and toasty and they were very comfortable to walk in. No break in required. They're super cute with skinny jeans with the top folded or with regular jeans. Hope they live up to their reports are weatherproof since it's going to be rainy in Europe. Ugh!

These are So cool! I just love them! There is some great arch support. They fit true to size. Perfect rugged shoe for the Fall/Winter. This color combo goes with everything! Highly recommend!

These are really nice boots. I ordered Barbary and the colors were true to the photo. Also,really great support. But sadly the arches didn't hit my foot in the right spot. They were also a little tight for my wide feet. I'm so bummed. I really wanted these to fit!

Wow. What a great boot. Have a high arch and these boots support me like a charm. Also, am excited about the boots being waterproof in New England.

These are awesome!! Definitely order a half size smaller if you will be wearing regular socks with them. I had on a thicker pair at first and they felt snug, so I put a thinner pair on and they worked great. They are super cute with skinny jeans, and very funky and stylish. At least for me. There is great arch support. It felt a little stiff at first but quickly seemed to warm up and form better to my foot. If you are a Chacos fan, I think you will enjoy this shoe.

Not fall yet so have not worn these good-looking and unique boots. Colors are fantastic. Without heavy socks, I could have gone down a half size. These will bring lots of positive comments from friends!

These are super healthy! They have arch support. They come in fun colors yet are a neutral. They look cool folded over. They run a little large. My only problem was that I like to wear them without socks and the boiled wool was exposed on the inside, so they are scratchy if bare.

These boots are so fun! Look great with skinny jeans. Bought these for a trip to Alaska and have been wearing them to break in. Guess what? No "breaking in" needed. They're comfortable and sturdy, should be perfect for walking through beautiful Alaska!

I now own five sets of Chacos! These are my first pair of (winter) boots by Chaco. I have and love the pine cone colors. The wool and leather keep my feet extremely warm. I usually wear a 9 in Chaco sandals but I needed to return the boots for a 8½. After owning them a month, I have worn them in my classroom and out hiking in the hills and there is definitely a break in period. They are narrow enough to irritate my left foot pinky toe but I am anticipating that they will stretch with a bit more wear. The sole is not as tacky/grippy as the Vibram sandal but it is still quality (and recycled)! The support is substantial for my very high arches! I am a very happy camper!

Best winter boots ever if you live where it is cold and icy. I did have to go a half size smaller for a comfortable fit.

Bought this bootie for a winter trip to Montana. This is the only shoe I took (except for snow boots). I wore them constantly. They are very comfortable and the cuff can be worn up or down. They look great with leggings and fun socks. I usually get a size 9 but it was a little snug with thick socks so I went up to a 9.5. I received lots of compliments on them.
