Love the look of this boot. Ordering a 1/2 size smaller. These still may be to wide for my narrow foot but I love how soft and flexible the boot is so I'll give them another try. I can't attest to the comfort since I haven't worn them.

I really like these boots. In general, I do not like winter shoes because I find them clunky and uncomfortable. However, these shoes are flexible while still providing great arch support and warmth. The laces provide more of a custom fit than a typical boot. Two thumbs up!

LOVE THESE SHOES!! I have somewhat narrow feet and these fit like a glove! They would probably stretch if you have a wider foot and I think they come in a wide width. The arch support is amazing. These were perfectly comfortable, like a sneaker, right out of the box. And so cute!!! Love love love.

This boot is so comfortable. I wore them all day yesterday for the first time, all around town, and total comfort. I like that they are waterproof and that I can wear them with jeans and leggings. I would prefer that the upper, fabric portion be leather and that they lace all the way up rather than having the option to turn them down, but when you have extremely narrow and thin feet, you don't always get exactly the style you want. But the comfort and practicality of these boots makes up for what I would have preferred in style. (Every year for many in a row, I have tried anywhere from 5 to 10 different pull-on style boots. Yet to find one that fits, even with inserts.) I have several pair of Chaco sandals that I wear for 6 or 7 months of the year. Only discovered this year that there are Chaco boots!

I purchased these boots because I need a wide toe box and after reading the reviews of people with similar issues, I knew these boots would work for me... and they do! I think they run a bit large, so if you're between sizes, I'd go with the smaller size and you'll still have room for thicker socks. The boots are very cute ( mine are the gray) and super comfortable! I bought them to wear with leggings or skinny jeans, but they'd honestly look good with most anything. You can't go wrong!

Love this boot. Ordered my normal size and they were perfect. Wore them hiking and climbing the day after I got them and they were comfortable with a thin sock. There is room for thicker socks later. The color Castlerock is a nice medium gray.

I have never worn Chaco"s before, but I am pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and supportive these are. I hiked with them right out of the box and they were great. They are also nice looking and can be worn with the cuff up or down.

Daughter said they were cuter in person than they are in the picture! She got them 1 day after we ordered them. We ??Zappos!

Amazing how comfortable these shoes are right out of the box! The description of color and styling was right on. The only problem I have experienced is too many of my co-workers wanting information on where to buy a pair for themselves! As always, Zappos was amazing to order from and I still an't believe the shoes arrived the day after I ordered them.

Love the rich mahogany color. I sized up a half size for sock and toe room.

I love these boots! They're quite comfortable, well-made and fit true to size. They style is definitely more casual, but I like having the option of folding down the upper part or leaving it up. I've only had the boots for a week or two, so I can't comment on how well they hold up over time, but so far I'm quite pleased with the quality and look.

I absolutely love these! I’ve always been a fan of chacos. Sandals and boots alike. I love them because I know that they will fit my wide foot. Will be wearing these most days through fall and winter.

These were so comfy out of the box! Great quality.

These boots are cute and they have great arch support, however, I am sending back because I overpronate and feel like these do not offer stability for me when out hiking. If your feet do not pronate I think you'll find these very comfortable.

Really nice casual boot ... replacing a pair of camper boots that I wore for years and years and couldn't find a replacement for. They don't have quite the arch support that I'd expect from Chaco but they are better than almost anything out there. Lovely blue/gray color. Width is perfect and I don't have dainty feet. 1/2 size smaller than my regular size fit just right.

Love these boots. Great arch support, cute when cuffed but my only concern was that it was just short enough to not hold my skinny jean leg inside of it.

Based on reviews saying that the shoe was narrow I ordered a half size up. It was way too big for me. I like the quality and comfort however.

These boots are so cute and oh so comfortable. I can wear them all day. They are not too hot, not too cold, they are just right. I love the arch support. I think I might have to get another pair!!!

These boots weren't as cute as they looked on line, and way too tight. I even ordered a half size larger than normal, but they were too tight across the in step, eve nun laced! So back they go. Thanks Zappos

These are by far the cutest, most comfortable shoes!! The arch support is better than most shoes but not quite as much as I’d like. If worn with thick socks they keep your feet warm!

I really liked these boots. They were very comfortable and I wanted to keep them. In the end it was the color I didn’t love. It was castlerock and they were a good color I just prefer a brown color and my size wasn’t in stock. These boots do have the Chaco footbed and it’s not for everyone. I usually wear and 8 and these fit well. My foot is a little narrow and these were perfect. A person with wide feet may not be comfortable.

I love these boots! They are very comfortable and look good too. They feel true to size for me, I can wear a 9 or 9.5 in shoes, and ordered these in a 9.5 and they fit great. They have a good arch support.

I am so happy I purchased these shoes. It took me a while to finally purchase these because of the price but I am so glad I did. They have kept my feet very warm, but not sweaty, in the major cold snap the Northeast recently had and I've only been wearing ankle socks with them. The seam on the edge of my pinky toe is slightly bothersome but I am able to ignore it. I've worn them all day doing errands and are very comfortable, not too heavy on my feet. True to size. I am so glad I purchased them, well worth the cost.

These boots are extremely comfortable. They provide an excellent amount of support! Definitely one of my favorite pairs of boots!
