I have chronic foot problems from an injury, and these shoes have caused no pain at all from continuous wear after a few weeks of getting them. These are the best shoe! The arch support is really good and I have room to wiggle my toes from side to side. I ordered my typical size 8 and it feels true to size for me.

Absolutely love these! A little loose in the heel, but other than that they're the most comfortable shoes I've worn. These keep your feet warm & cozy.

I bought a 9.5 (1/2 size up)so I could fit my 3/4 orthotic. Unfortunately the insole inside the shoe is so supportive that my orthotic felt very weird on top. Luckily the insole is removable! Felt great without it and I will buy a sheerling insole to put under mine. Sad to take out what came with it since it was so nice, but the boots are so awesome it is worth keeping them to add my own. These boots are so roomy and comfortable that they do not feel like they have to be broken in. Beautifully made. The colors are more harmonious in real life. What looks like purple in the photo is more of a dark brown wine color.

I have gotten so many compliments on these boots and have worn them only 3 times. Good support, comfortable fit right out of the box. What looks like tan in the picture is actually a deep purple, but very attractive.

I love these shoes! Been wearing them for almost two weeks now. They are so comfortable and warm. They do run a bit large. I usually wear 8-8.5 depending on the brand and type of shoe. I got these in a size 8 and there is still a bit of space in front of my toes, I think I could have gotten a 7.5 and been okay. They have loosened up as I have been wearing them. I get compliments on them everywhere I go, I got them in the pinecone color. They have great arch support as well! It's a very versatile shoe, stylish enough for everyday wear and durable enough that I would wear them on a day hike.

I really like these boots - I had been looking a long time for something that was not quite a winter boot but would be waterproof and warm enough to wear in the fall/spring. The have a lot of arch support and are very comfortable. I have pretty small/narrow feet so I did need a half size smaller than usual, and they are not super snug around the ankle but that has not bothered me.

These are ridiculously comfortable with the best arch support ever! There is nice space in the toe box for thick wool socks. The definitely run half a size large. The colors are more muted than in the photograph but the boots are keeper sin any color combination. I love these!

It snowed last night, so we went for walk in the six inches that we got and these boots did great! The wool repelled the water from the snow, which my mom was worried about (she brought these for me as a Christmas present). My feet were very toasty. I have very big calves, so most boots do not work for me; however, these fall right above the ankle and can be laced up. They are definitely worth their cost!

Got the same size I usually wear, and it is perfect. Was very slightly tight the first day of wearing; loosened up like a charm to be perfectly comfortable. So far they seem very warm, but I haven't experienced any temperatures below freezing in them yet. They have stood up as waterproof to average puddles and rain. Would highly recommend.

I saw this boot in a sporting magazine...and had to have it! So, I looked at my favorite shoe company, Zappos, found it & ordered it. Cute, cute, cute style -- what fun! Also has enough room in toe area for my bunions!

Cute and comfortable boot. Yes, it runs large, but my usual size fit okay with thick boot socks. I needed it to be warmer, so I am returning it.

I have high arches and I've never tried on a shoe with better arch support. They're almost worth it just for that reason alone. Very comfortable all around, warm, and have personality to boot. I got the plum and brick ones, great colors, and love the rock star yellow laces. I used to be a teacher and these would be excellent teaching shoes for fall/winter--comfortable but snazzy. Hard decision but ultimately will be returning because for the price (a) I can't make them work with enough of my wardrobe, and (b) I foresee maybe having a hard time keeping them clean, especially in wet Seattle winter weather. I would be afraid to even walk outside in them or get the suede wet at all. I would pay less for them but not this cost. Runs at least a half-size large to me. I'm a 6.5-7 and I got the 6.5's, which to me fit like 7's or 7.5's.

I love Chaco sandals and decided to try a pair of shoes. These are incredibly comfortable, supportive arch, wide enough in the toe box and flexible sole. I usually wear 9-9 1/2 and after reading reviews went with the 9, too big, exchanged for 8 1/2 and they are perfect!

I was looking for a boot that would serve my needs when the weather is in between, not cold enough for snow boots but still want to remain cozy. The Chaco footbed has excellent support, the boots are very easy to get on/off and I love the style. I wear an 8 1/2 (EU 39) and that size fit me perfectly. I bought the pinecone color and it goes with absolutely everything! I now want the sandstone color as well. Thank you Chaco for the best boots I've had in many years and Zappos for the exceptional service. I absolutely love them!

Super comfortable and cute especially with skinny jeans. I bought these iso cute weekend shoe with the kids. These are wonderful. I'm 9.5-10 typically. I ordered 9.5 and its perfect!

These were so cute! Unfortunately they are very wide. I have a normal width foot and these, even with thick socks were too wide.

Usually wear a 9.5 or 10 US and 40 EU. Wear 9 in Chaco Z-2. Very surprised this shoe was so large.

Cute, hip looking boot. Good materials. Not enough arch support or ankle stability for my Fred Flintstone feet. Returned them.

There are slight bumps, maybe caused by glue(?), under the leather shoe lace tabs that dug into my foot a little and felt uncomfortable. I don't know if it would have worked out if the leather softened as I wore the shoe but I did not want to take a chance.

Shoe was too big for me, I needed a 1/2 size smaller, although it was nicely made. I had to send it back. It also was a bit too masculine.

Very comfortable with a wide toe bed. Might be a bit too big but overall I am satisfied. I think I might add another thin pad inside. I have planter fasciitis and problems with my big toe so I feel this is a good boot for me. Wish you made walking shoes. :)

I ordered the recommended size which was definitely long enough. I usually wear 9 wide to 91/2 wide. 8 was recommended. Any bigger would have been too long. They felt fine at first. After wearing them for a while at work ( on carpeting) I realized that they are not going to work because they have a seam inside the boot that hits the side of my foot right where I have a corn. If these came in wide they may have worked but I usually try to avoid shoes that have a seam inside the shoe because usually that bothers my feet even in wide width. The insoles felt like they would have been good for my plantar fasciitis. Nice arch support.

I normally wear 9.5 in sneakers but based on reviews I ordered a size 9. It was super comfortable with the arch support but felt a little narrow and definitely too long. I returned them and ordered an 8.5. I have skinny feet and the 8.5 was almost too narrow but the insole and arch support are amazingly soft yet supportive so I kept them. The stitching on the side panel is hard and thick and hits the base of my pinky toe (where bunions form). This is where it feels narrow and it is the part of my foot that gets sore after several hours of wear. It still feels just a little too long but I don't think I could tolerate the boot being any narrower. I guess I should have checked if the boot came in 8 Wide and tried those. I have trouble with plantar fasciitis so it's really hard to find a shoe with enough arch support that I don't need a special insole. So, aside from that minor discomfort, these boots are amazing. I figure that the side of the boot will eventually stretch out since these are leather. And even though the boot is still a tad long, it doesn't make my foot look huge and manly. These look cute with skinny jeans and boot cut jeans. I was hoping they would be more red but they are dusty reddish brown - closer to brown than red. I'll probably put some leather cleaner or polish to darken them up a bit. I wish there were loop holes in the folded-down part. When I fold them up, that part is loose and floppy and looks weird so I'll just keep them folded down. They are waterproof and mostly warm in cold wet weather. Not sure how they'd do in snow since I live lower Texas. So, in spite of these minor complaints, these boots are keepers.

I usually wear a size 10, but once in a while a 9 1/2. with this shoe I had to return the 10 and order the 9 1/2, it fits perfect with a thick sock. Bought this shoe for wearing in cold areas with some ice to worry about, hoping they will not slip. comfortable shoe with some arch support.
