I am a dentist who has been looking for comfortable, supportive shoes to wear both at work and at play. I absolutely love the Brooks Addiction Shoes both the Walkers and the Addiction 11 and 12. I have worn just about every other manufacturer's comfort shoes and these are by far the best. In fact, I wore my Vionic shoes on Tuesday and I felt noticeably more tired and achey. I must say that I am very happy with my service from Zappos.

My husband says comfortable and had to have narrow. These were not out at Christmas and he had to wait. He likes Brooks but they need more larger narrow shoes. We recommend.

When I first put them on, they were extremely comfortable like they were already broken in. I walk several miles everyday and buy three pairs of these shoes at a time. I love them!!

I've had excellent experience with Brooks. I've owned several pairs of Beasts. This is my first pair of Addictions. They feel rock solid. I remove the inner sole and replace with my orthotic. Instantly comfortable. No need for lengthy break-in period. These Addictions were ready to go the moment I put them on. The only con and it's a small one, is the style is a little heavy-looking, but it's not bad. Mine are all-black so I can wear them this summer in Paris. Great shoes!

I wear a size 16 and have been very loyal to another brand for years. However, my wife recently ordered a pair of Brooks. She is very hard to fit and please where shoes are concerned due to a small arch and other issues. She loves her Brooks so I felt I would give them a try. I have had these about two weeks and have worn them everyday. I am a teacher and on my feet 10 hours a day on a hard surface. Additionally, I weigh around 390 pounds. So, my feet take a pounding. The shoes are wonderful. I could not figure out why they felt so strange when I first put them on. It was the cushioned feel you get with these shoes. They are the best.

I have plantar fasciitis and I'm just recently recovering fro a peroneus brevis longitudinal tear. My podiatrist recommended Asics, New Balance or Brooks for the support I need. One day in and my feet feel great. Best shoes I've ever owned!

I will just say that Brooks Addiction 12 are the most comfortable shoes I have had on my feet. They feel wonderful.

I decided to try these out based on the description and couldn't be more happy. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable with lots of room for my size 2E feet. Easily the best pair of walking shoes I have purchased. 5 Stars for the fit, style and feel.

I have worn Brooks Addiction for many years for short to moderate runs. The latest version is one of the best I have bought!

These shoes have great cushioning but I usually wear a 13D. I ordered a 13EE and had to return them. They are especially tight around toe area.

I'm on my feet all day, so I need a good shoe. I'm a woman with very large feet, which is why I get men's shoes. This is my second pair of Brooks Addiction shoes. My first pair were great except a tad short. I ordered a half size larger (11 1/2 men) and these fit perfect! No breaking in time. Good arch support and very comfortable.

These shoes have the widest toe box of any Brooks models. I tried the Dyad and Adrenaline and found them to be a bit narrow. Good stability without being overly stiff.

Bought these for my husband he wears them to work in a plant on a cement floor he says he loves them. His feet feel so much better. It is hard to find shoes to fit him (square feet) he is very happy with the fit and feel.

I have had several pairs of Brooks shoes, and the Addiction 11 and 12 are very comfortable. They fit well, hold my foot perfectly. As always, Zappos is the best!

When I first bought a pair of these shoes I thought the name "Addiction" smacked of drug use. It wan't until I ordered another pair the following year and another after that, that I realized I was addicted to these wonderfully comfortable shoes. If you have to be addicted to something, this is a good form of addiction!

I really like these tennis shoes. Very comfortable and well made. Feel good look great.

Fits great, good support. I late stage pronate, and this shoe handles that very well. A little on the heavy side, but that translates to good support and cushioning.

My wife and I both have used Brooks shoes for at least 10 yrs. She found them while working in a hospital. 43 years is hard on your feet. Me, 41 years walking in a warehouse. We found Brooks and they are the most comforting shoes we have found. Also 4e is hard to find Zappos is the only place I can get them. Keep on Zappos and your employees.

I'm 6'3, 255 with very flat feet. It's a struggle finding sneakers that don't feel awkward - especially when inserting orthotics. The first time I wore these they were uncomfortable and I thought I'd have to send them back. But I gave them another couple miles. What I've found is they broke in nicely after only a few uses and are very comfortable and very supportive. My guess is the stiffness I felt during the first use was the extra support from manufacturing not yet settled. I just got back from another couple miles and after a week, I would would highly recommend to someone who needs more support like me.

Brooks always fit true to size, and I found these shoes to fit just as expected. The Addiction 12 are much lighter than the Beast model and I found them to be just as supportive. I was looking for a lighter sneaker for everyday wear and also supportive enough for light workouts at the gym. For heavier workouts, especially leg days, I still prefer the support of the heavy duty Brooks Beast.

These are great shoes! They are the only shoe my podiatrist recommends to work with my orthotics. The larger toe box is imperative. The only complaint that I have is that the toe stitchig wears out and these shoes always wear out with a toe hole in the mesh. Other people have noted the same problem. Still keep buying the shoe, since nothing else works as well for me.

I run ~35 miles/week, and these shoes are great! Plenty of support and bounce, my only complaint is that they are a tiny bit heavy, but that's the Catch 22 of having plenty of support.

Great shoe! I'm on my feet all day, and these were extremely comfortable and professional looking. My only complaint is that they don't last all that long (11 months in my case).

I love the fit of the Brooks' Addiction, and have found this shoe to be the only reliable one for me, what with my 4E flat-as-a-board feet. I do wish Brooks would come out with some more flashy and interesting colors for the Addiction - they have for other models. I buy 3-4 pairs a year, and would appreciate a little variety. One last thing: Why are the laces so bloody long? I have to QUADRUPLE tie the bow just so the loops aren't dragging on the ground!
