I bought the Addiction 11s earlier this year, planning for an upcoming trip to Greece & Turkey. I have had another pair of the Brown Addiction walkers that I bought before two trips to Israel, they were great for putting five miles plus on then feeling a little worn so I wanted a second pair and went with these (look just like these 12s). They were amazing and wonderful. I took them all over Istanbul in the rain one day, in and out of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, plus a trek across town to the Grand Bazaar. Then over to Athens, where I took them up, down and all around at the Acropolis and Areopagus, then all around the Plaka and market streets. Perfect, like walking on pillows, they are so comfortable. The trip was two weeks and I have loved walking in these shoes. Can't say they're stylish, but comfort and traction they're great. Zaps got them right to me, just as before, no hassle, speedy service and a decent price.

I bought these for my UPS driver husband. He has super flat feet. The shoes combined with the Dr. Scholl's inserts have made him comfortable. A battle we have been fighting for years. I highly recommend them.

These are great shoes! They are the only shoe my podiatrist recommends to work with my orthotics. The larger toe box is imperative. The only complaint I have is for Brooks to have more color choices in men's sizes for people who need them. Basic black is awful...it will never be my second choice!

I have a pretty narrow foot, and have been buying B-width NB shoes for years. Decided to try another brand, and gave these a shot. It's almost like they were made for my foot. The width is spot on, better than anything I've worn in a while. My only nitpick is the tread. It's pretty deep and picks up a lot of dirt and debris that I then bring into the house with me. Minor annoyance for an otherwise great fitting and looking shoe.

I've worn Brooks Addiction shoes for almost 10 years. In the early years I would hunt from store to store to find them or someone that could order them. Then someone told me about Zappos. No matter what state the company sent us to I could get the shoe I wanted with great service and super delivery!

I have been wearing successive pairs of Brooks Addictions for at least 16 years. At first I wore them only for running. At 77 I no longer run (having replaced running with spinning, which is easier on my aging knees), but I now wear Brooks Addictions as everyday shoes. I live in an area with a high "walk score" and put many miles on them. The outsides of the heels wear down causing some discomfort after about a year or so and I routinely replace them. Shoe size had been 8.5 but on the advice of runner-salesperson at an excellent running store years ago, I wear a 9 Addiction. Fit and comfort are outstanding. Bought the pair I now wear from Zappos in August 2016. Will probably replace them in or around August 2017.

The shoe is very comfortable. I have some ankle problem and want to have a very supportive pair of shoes. I tried many shoes and Brooks Addiction is the best. The only thing that I am not that satisfied about this produce is the small piece of white color on the top of the shoe. It looks weird. I think it would look better if the shoe is totally black.

The first pair was a bit short, so I reordered a half size bigger and they are fantastic. I have flat feet and can only wear certain shoes. These will be added to the list. FYI, the return/exchange was simple, fast, and as advertised.

I walk up to 8 miles per day on sidewalks and in the woods. I have relied on Brooks shoes for quite sometime. These are a good fit, provide excellent support and are durable. Recent snowfall in the east has put the waterproofing to the test and these shoes passed with aplomb. They are slightly stiffer than normal a require some breaking in. Overall and excellent shoe for avid walkers.

Great shoes. I've always known that I have flat feet and I wear specially made orthotics, but this is my first pair of shoes designed for people who over pronate. I'm not 100% sure that I would be classified as an over pronator, but these shoes are very comfortable nonetheless. If you're flat-footed and love to run, give these a shot. I wear size 9 in most shoes, but found these to run small, a 10 fits me very well.

I thought I was ordering a pair of running sneakers. These are sneakers for off road type of running. I think they are called trail sneakers. That being said they are a pretty good pair of walking sneakers.

Nice sneaker...insoles junk. Always changing soles w/ arch support. At that price, why?

The styling is great, and the cushion is very nice. The shoe definitely runs narrow. I purchased the EE and had to return for the EEEE I have never purchased shoes that wide before. The width issue is in the toe box. I look forward to getting these in the correct size.

Tried the men's because the women's 2E rubbed my big toe on one foot so I wanted a 4E. The men's version is short and narrow as is the women's. Brooks has destroyed all their motion control shoes this year. Everything is narrow, tight, short and in the addictions case also poorly cushioned!

I'm an over pronator who wears size 10, B width and I have a high arch. This is the first shoe I have purchased that I didn't need to a change the insole. The arch support is very good. If you are like me and require arch support I think you'll like these shoes from Brooks. I'm ordering another pair for the future.

I had to exchange for a half size larger but other than that good cushioning. It's hard to find a running shoe with a lot of cushioning anymore.

Just what I needed. Great support.

My 17 y/o son likes these black running shoes. He wears them for comfort and exercise and has been ordering them in a larger size each year as his feet grow! Tried black Brooks in another style, but they fell apart after every day use. Hope these last better!

Been running with the Brooks Addiction since the 11 series. I've been running with them since 2013, so this is probably my 8th or 9th pair. The 12s are just as good, and provide plenty of support for someone like me with flat feet who pronates. The mileage ratings are pretty accurate, so you should have no problem getting 300+ miles out of them.

Great shoe, felt like a pillow on my foot when I tried it on. returned for next size up as it was a short.

Great fit. People tend to overlook brooks but I've gotten consistent results everytime and am very pleased with overall quality and lifetime. 6'2" 210 size 13 EE.

This shoe is terrific. It's my second pair. You just can't wear them out. I outgrew the last pair and gave them to a friend and he's still wearing them and loving them too.

I have plantar fasciitis. Since switching from Nike to Brooks, I have been able to ditch the dr ordered arch support and can be on my feet all day at work without pain.
