Glad to find a well made wide shoe in my size. The Velcro straps are great for a senior like me. so easy to put on and take off.

First of all, I LOVE ZAPPOS!!! I have a very hard foot to fit and to make matters worse, one foot is a full size longer than the other. I ordered several pair of different brands and none seemed to fit properly, so I called Zappo and was on the phone with their customer service for 45 minutes while she listened to my dilemma and offered suggestions. We settled on 2 different shoes and they arrived the NEXT DAY!!! The New Balance was the winner and it is working very nicely on my weird feet. I sent the second pair back the next day and the postage was FREE. The selection that Zappos has is wonderful and the service is phenomenal.

Bought for my 89 year old father, he was very pleased with the fit and the ease of not having to tie them. They are also stylish a combination of a dress/ tennis shoe! He still wants to look nice for his ladies:)

Bought these for my husband, and the 4E fit perfectly. I believe they're helping with his balance issues.

Have worn NB shoes for years---I find the 813 excellent and the service from Zappos is a 10 on a scale of 5---I will buy from Zappos again. Bob

These fit as well as my husband's old shoes, which are the same style. He says that they are comfortable and easy to fasten, everything he wants in an everyday shoe.

I had to exchange them for a 1/2 size larger, they were 11.5, but were so small I thought they might be mislabeled.

I have worn this model for years. The model I received has a rollbar. Good edition. However they are too tight in depth now. When I took the shoe off my foot was swollen exactly where and the shape of the tongue of the shoe. I also experienced severe pain across the joints of my toes. They are wide but need for me another quarter inch in depth. Unfortunately when I first put them on they felt fine and I threw away the box so I can’t return them I have now order the model 577 no rollbar but the fit is much improved.

I have been buying New Balance for several years. They are the best. They are the only ones that I have found that I can wear since they are true to fit and I have a very wide foot and a high arch. No other shoe, that I have found, compares to this shoe.

I buy these for my Dad and he really loves them. Little to no break in time needed and they hold up well.

Ordered these for my father who has sever arthritis in his hand. Easy to use and stylish
