Customer Reviews New Balance MW813 Hook and Loop

These have been my everyday shoes for years. Since I retired I usually walk between 8,000 and 10,000 steps a day, much of it in a nearby park, up hills and over forest trails (which need some repair in patches). These shoes have been ideal for those walks, quite comfortable and reliable. I can't say that I care much about "style". When I began experiencing arthritis is a couple of fingers I switched to the strap closures, which have worked well for me (and have proven to be an advantage when I need to get my shoes on in a rush)

Fairly good fit. Too bad they don't make a WWW instead of the WWWW. For me the WW is too narrow and the WWWW is a hair too wide, but they're still comfortable to wear. I've worn NB for years. Loved the 411 but they don't make it any more. 813 is about as close as I can find.

Too bad there is not a www as well as a wwww size. These are a great and comfortable fit but just a tiny bit too wide. Might be because I've lost some weight in the last couple of years. I used to wear the NB 411 which were a perfect fit but they aren't made any more.

Shoe fit great no problems

This is the third pair of these my husband has purchased. They are sturdy & easy to pull on, even with an artificial foot. The velcro is a big plus. They could use some improvement in style (too look less like old man shoes). One recommendation is more colors - dark brown would be nice.

I originally ordered a 2E width which was notr wide enough. I called to get an exchange for a 4E and the rep handled gthe exchange and I got the replacemennet the next day. Great service. The shoe are just what I need

I've been told by others how comfortable and supportive New Balance sneakers were, but until I purchased this pair, I didn't realize how right they were. Excellent fit, quality and great price/availability and ease of shopping from Zappos. The next day shipping is awesome. This is my second pair of the NB MW813 hook & loop shoes. The first pair I bought was white.

Had to return. They were slightly too large.

Great fit I am very pleased with the extra wide width

Hook and loop fasteners my kids had them on their first sneakers now I wear them because I have arthritis in my hands and the simple act of typing laces is painful. This is my second pair of New Balance 813s. I'm a repeat customer. Once we got the size dialed in I just order a new pair when I've worn out the old. Viva Zappos!

They fit perfectly. I have very high insteps, and the hook and loop adjusted to them very nicely.

Good walking shoe.
