Safe to say its my second pair and i love the stability they give me as a handicapped person. They fit and feel great and easy to put on and take off. I love the gray...ny fav.

He is dietetic and these were recommended by his doctor. This is his fourth pair in different colors. Will continue to buy as long as available.

i have ben wearing the 928 for a long time i injured my tendon and the 928 had a stick problem and i could not whare it any longer i ordered the 813 more comftehe extended tough is a great idia

I haven't bought any shoes except for New Balance for many years. I have several pairs still around the house. Usually by 991 but I needed Velcro closures this time.

These shoes are very comfortable except they do not have any ability to breath. My feet sweat profusely. It makes them unbearable to wear

I much prefer the old 813 design (circa 2013) with the breathable upper and different lace-up design. It was lighter, and much cooler.

I HAVE HAD MANY PAIRS OF NEW BALANCE WALKING SHOES AND I BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE THE VERY BEST IN A WALKING SHOE - I JUST DON'T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE WHEN I NEED WALKING SHOES. I LIKE THE FACT THAT I DON'T HAVE TO TIE ANY SHOESTRINGS WITH MY HOOK AND LOOP. THEY LAST SO LONG BUT, AFTER ALL, I HAVE TOO (82 YEARS YOUNG). JACK. BEST QUALITY!!!!!!!!!!!

I use these for cycling to replace an old pair of 811s with velcro (to keep laces out of the sprockets). They work for cycling, but I would not be happy if these were used more for walking. The elastic on the velcro does not allow a snug to tight fit of the shoe, which I prefer. The 811s do not have the elastic and allow a fairly tight fit, though never as tight as a laced shoe. These would be great if they did not have the elastic on the velcro. As it is, they are OK.

finally a strap that covers all the Velcro so no more frayed pant legs.

This is my casual and walking sneaker. Velcro closure is convenient and comfortable. They last forever. I've been loving them for years.lots of toe room, too.

these shoes are good if you have to be on your feet a lot.

This is a perfect shoe for me. It is so easy to put off and on.

I have bought this style many times. I wear them for work cause I'm on my feet and moving. I buy about 2 pair a year. They are nice and wide and don't pinch my toes.

Due to the size of the shoe required, we are some what limited to the shoe we can purchase. The ones we bought last year were the best, this month's purchase is as close as we can get to the others. They are a decent shoe.

I used to buy the white ones in this model. Me and my dirt where I live stick together. My Wife loved it when she heard me ask if y'all had them in black! I have had surgery on my feet and y'all have very comfortable shoes! I pray that y'all always make these!

The 928 use to be a great shoe until they started making the tongue way to short which makes the shoe a bother and not comfortable. I had to purchase the 813 because it has a tongue that is comfortable. It isn't the quality of the 928 as far as sole but at least it is wearable. I have complained for years about the short tongue on the 928 so finally had to try another. Next time will purchase a competitor.

I've been buying New Balance for years. Always satisfied with no problems. Only wish the #813 was made in the USA.

I love the Velcro closure of these shoes. I've been wearing them....probably....20 years. Wanted to try some lace up walkers. Got E...S... The shoes were fine, but I'm 81 years old and getting into them was difficult. Bought shoe horns. They were still difficult for me to get into. So...I bought 2 pair of my old familiar shoes. I'm a happy camper again.

The side of the shoe collapsed after 2 weeks. I have bought new balance for years and am now looking for a new brand. No support on the side. Very disappointed
