new balance last long time,have a pair over 10 years.ill be back again.

I am very pleased withe the New Balance 813s. They are comforably fitting, and good quality for a good price. The only minor issue is that because they use velcro straps instead of laces, the tonge of the shoe has a tendency to push down into the shoe over time, making it a bit uncomfortable. There could have been a simple fix to this problem by adding a small strip of velcro to the top of the tonge, thereby holding it in place with the same velcro strap.

My 813's are discontinued!! Joe's had one pair left! Thank you.

Very hard to walk in. No padding. Most uncomfortable shoe I've ever had. A total waste of my money.

I finally started wearing these shoes last Thursday morning to clean my house. I'm amazed at how wide the toe box is--much wider than my black pair AND much more comfortable!

So far these shoes are great. Fit is perfect. Love that the straps have Velcro their entire length so that I can trim to the right length and still have them work. Other similar shoes are not made that way.

I wear these all the time, have been for years. I wish they would stay in stock went to order another pair and couldn't

For golfing, swimming & working out, these velcros strapped shoes are perfect for a quick change into athletic gear. No laces to negotiate! Also, excellent for walking. They provide special support for walkers feet.

I have weak ankles and these have a wide flat bottom making it easier to walk on uneven ground. Also one of the few velcro closure shoes where the velcro strap is long enough.

Are you shoes are beautiful they are very comfortable. The only issue I had was that there was a crease from one end of the shoe to the other on the top left foot. The other one was making an indent, so I returned them.

This is an excellent option for those of us who are having trouble tying our shoe laces.

I wear the NB shoes because I have to wear ankle and foot orthotics on both legs and the easy fastening of this model make them my only footwear.

The 813 shoes have great support and I use a 4E width. The width identified in your app were x and xx wide with no cross-reference so I ordered xx. That ended up being 6E. I missed a extra discount and am waiting for money back.

just got shoe, a little tight at 4e, why don't u make them in 6e?

Excellent shoe for an old fart like myself I had a major stroke in 2006, these work very well.

It's hard to find tennis shoes with Velcro . At my age and stature I need it. Great shoes, great value and great delivery dates !!!

I ordered the extra wide sneaker but the are not very comfortable. Not cushiony , if that's a word.

I found the shoes to be perhaps the most comfortable that I've ever worn, which is important due to my neuropathy (w/ pressure point sensitivity). Velcro straps are great for the long-standing neuropathy in my hands as well as allowing snugness of fit to be adjusted across foot at two areas.

I've purchased men's walking sneekers model 813 in the past and really liked their feel and quality -- this pair I ordered and received are okay - just not as comfortable as I've was expecting -- don't know if they are manufacture d in the same way - or what the difference is - I doubt I will order online again - I prefer to purchase in a shoe store where they are fitted - and get a chance to wear -- unfortunately the store I used for years - sold their location and moved to a more distant location - and smaller quarters with fewer varieties to choose from. I've enjoyed the New Balance for many years -- but will now look for an alternate brand and hopefully one who manufactures in the USA --

This is my "go-to" shoe for years. Subtle changes over that time, but still works, and fits well.

My husband likes his new 813s with velcro fastening! His fingers have no feeling, and tying his shoes is really difficult. So these are great. Good fit. Shipped and arrived very quickly.

I bought the Wide size, unfortunately but It's run smaller every time!
