Perfect pump for work.

This is a great pump, maybe not for young women, but for those of us who are a certain age. The heel is just right, not too high or low. Best of all, it comes in a narrow width. Zappos is the only place that I can still find shoes in narrow.

Generally comfy except the toe box seemed too short, somehow. I felt like the shoe fit overall in my regular size (8W), but at the same time it crunched my middle toe a bit. Tough to explain, but I don't think these would be comfortable for me for long periods of time.

Big fan! Came back to buy the black.

These shoes are so comfortable I even forget they're 3 inches high. They look very stylish and of great quality. I love them so much that I bought another pair! Size is pretty precise, I wear a 7 medium on most brands and I got the 7 medium on this one which was perfect.

These shoes are very comfortable and fit well. The classic style and versatility will allow me to wear them for years to come.

This shoe is a wardrobe staple, the perfect pointy toe pump. It's reasonably comfortable and would be a good shoe to wear around the office. I wish it had a more padded sole, which I expect from a higher price point shoe. It runs narrow but is true to size. I typically wear medium width shoes, but the wide fit much more comfortably.

These shoes are gorgeous and just what I was looking for. I ordered Maple Sugar and Maple Sugar Patent. Both felt a half size smaller. I am a 6.5W/C or even a 7B if the shoe brand runs wide (like Paul Green and Aquatalia). However, I needed to bump up to a 7W for the shoe to fit comfortably. Both leathers were nice, but I went with the patent, especially since wide width patent shoes are difficult to find.

Perhaps I just can't find pumps to fit my odd feet. I've tried at least four pair of different brands and sizes. I generally wear a six wide. These really pinched my toes. Perhaps I need to look for double wide.

I love these pumps. I wear them 10+ hours a day - no foot pain. I highly recommend.

I usually run between a 7.5 or 8N when I order shoes. I ordered the 8N knowing I could return hassle free. The 8 was a little big so I returned for the 7.5 and they were perfect. Very comfortable and easy to walk in. Very stylish shoe and recommend ordering in your true every day size. Very classy shoe and easy to wear with anything.

I love the construction and comfort of this shoe. I have it in 3 colors. Just love it!!!

These are the perfect pumps! I had another pair of Cole Haan pumps called the Bethany, which I wore in a 6 normal width. However, in these I chose the 6.5 in narrow width and they fit like a glove. I need to order in more colors ASAP!

These shoes are everything I could have hoped for. They fit true to size which is difficult for my narrow foot. Though I have not worn them outside of the house yet they are very comfortable. No toe pinch or foot sliding down in the shoe when walking. Overall they are great. Thinking about getting another color but will wait until I actually wear them for the whole day to see how that goes.

Versatile and classy!

These shoes are beautiful! Disclaimer: I did have to return them because the wides were not wide enough for my very wide foot. They are very well made and I think they would be comfortable to walk around in if my foot wasn't so wide. I do have a hard time finding shoes, so I think you should give them a try. I ordered the Maple Sugar Patent and the color was lovely.

Finally found a pair of attractive heels that ARE comfortable.

VERY comfy, considering the 3" heel. I bought a pair in black and was so impressed with the comfort level that I turned around and bought the same in maple. The 6.5C were perfect as I need a wider shoe to accommodate the 'slide effect' of a high heel. Absolutely love both of them!

Beautiful shoe with all the quality you'd expect from Cole Haan, but unfortunately, it was cut too low on the inside edge by toe and cut into my foot there. I'm so sad to send them back.

I don’t wear heels a lot anymore. Loved these shoes. I wore them all night for an event we attended, including during dancing. I would recommend these to friends.

Obsessed with these shoes. Ordered them in wide and regular in case they were narrow. So happy I did as the wide fit really well. Wore them for an all day affair. Can’t wait to wear them again!

This is a gorgeous shoe. The leather has a sheen as if well oiled, but not shiny. The design is feminine and elegant. The fit was spot on for me. There is a little binding for me across the bunion on my right foot, but it isn't painful and after walking up and down the hardwoods in my house several times, there is a crease formed on the right bunion, but no pain. The most shocking thing is the stability. I tried four pumps. I first unpacked the pumps I thought were most practical. Then I opened the Cole Haans and thought there was no way they would work. But to my surprise, they are the most stable. I couldn't believe it. There is room in the toe box for all my toes without a squeeze. They don't wobble at all. The heel cup fits without rubbing. I look amazing in them and I can walk! Hooray. But I am concerned about the pressure that this high of a heel is putting on the area across the lowest joint of the big toe where I have a bunion. I live in a hilly mountain town and have to walk on steep declines regularly. I just don't know if these will work. I am looking for a shoe to wear with pencil skirts and slim work dresses. I normally wear a 7.5 B or M. I am 5'6, 127 lbs, bunion on right foot, slender heels and ankles.
