Great shoes - wore them all day for a wedding and never wanted to take them off like I often do with heels

This is a nice leather pump, my heel did not slip, which is nice. These shoes are listed as comfort yet they lack the cushion of Clarks. my big toe was very cramped.

Opted for the wide which was still narrow on my bunions. But for heels this height they were surprisingly comfortable!

I bought these shoes in navy blue suede and they are just beautiful. They were comfortable right out of the box and I wore them to a conference the first day. I had a small blister on my right big toe joint that quickly went away. I usually wear block heels, but these are very stable to walk in. I am coming back for another pair.

Love the look of this shoe. The patent leather looks good year round and is of fairly good quality. The heel is the perfect height for off the rack pants. The foot bed is fine for heels. I have a narrow foot and the shoe fits well with the pointed toe.

Extremely comfortable. No breaking in needed. Classic style. The first day I wore to the office, I stood for almost two hours straight and also walked a lot. I realized at the end of the day when I took them off, I had no discomfort at all / no blisters. For new shoes, especially heels, this is rare for me. Would highly recommend.

I ordered these twice thinking the first pair was miss-marked. These are not a wide shoe. They are medium at best.

I ordered Cole Haan Juliana, Nine West Kristal, and Vince Camuto Savilla for comparison. I kept the Cole Haans based on overall quality and construction, and expensive look. The Vince Camutos were by far the most comfortable, because they have a memory foam pad at the ball of your foot, but the quality was terrible, especially for the price. I got the patent leather ones, with a shiny material that show all sins. the leather had ripples where it was stretched unevenly, and the right heel was put on crooked, and made it tip over when walking. The Nine Wests were very nicely constructed, and reasonably comfortable, they are best value of the three. The Cole Haans were least comfortable at first, but the buttery leather conforms quickly to your feet, and wearing them for the first time yesterday, I was perfectly comfortable. These are beautiful, classic shoes, that I expect will last a long time. PS - I tried all three in 8.5 which I typically wear in heels (8.0 in flat shoes) and all fit true to size.

2nd pair of these because I wore the first pair out...and I’m sure when I wear this pair out I’ll buy more. The most comfortable pair of everyday work heels I’ve ever worn.

I wear the Juliana Pump as my go-to everyday work shoe. Imagine my surprise to find them in Navy to wear for my winter wedding!! They were PERFECT. I could wear them all night and feel absolutely comfortable. I have problem feet and have to be very careful about what shoes I wear...No worries about sore feet or breaking shoes in before the day with these. And the Navy is a beautiful rich color and the suede was perfect for the time of year. Love love love!!!

I liked this shoe and was bummed I had to return it. I tried this in wide and medium, my foot is somewhere in between. I didn’t feel much of a difference in the width of the shoe between the two. The shoe is beautiful and has great cushion for the foot. Just didn’t work for me. If they fit, I would have kept them and loved them as my go-to work shoe.

Shoes are comfortable and goes great with business attire. I've purchased other Cole shoes and these are similar quality.

I LOVE Cole Haan but I have wide feet and slight bunions so I was so happy to find these pretties in a wide size online. Everyone needs a pair of black patent leather pumps in their closet. Am I right?

Classic shoe. But too big so didn't walk in them. Exchanging for a size 5M. Hope it fits but this shoe seems so large it may not work since 5 is smallest size and no narrow available.

I love, love, love this shoe! I wear a wide (C) and it can be hard to find stylish heels. I prefer a slightly pointed toe (check!) and a high but not too high heel (check!). I stand during a good portion of my work day and am seen by many people. This shoe has an elegant, classy profile without being so high that I'm wobbling around. I have it in the navy suede, cream and black. I tried the sparkly black too, but it's a little more glam than I can wear for work. Would be good for a night out.

These pumps are incredibly comfortable and will be my new "go to" shoes! They are the perfect mid height heel. They can be dressed up or worn with jeans. I was so happy with the first pair, I ordered them in another color.

Great and surprisingly comfortable shoes - wear them almost everyday to work. Heel height is perfect. Hate pointy toes - love these! Well worth the $
