Love! I am not young anymore and rheumatoid arthritis. I've been shopping for months and trying on many basic black pumps (thanks for your patience Zappos) with no success until now. I've worn these all day with no issues. I am going to order another same size and color so I don't have to hunt again and I am going to order every other color available so I can look good and feel good too!

These are the only pumps I've ever tried that are actually wide enough for the ball of my foot. They show a good amount of toe cleavage, so if you don't like that then this isn't the shoe for you. The maple sugar patent color is a nice match for my fair skin tone. I also like the rubber sole so they aren't slippery on hard floors. I can't speak to durability as I haven't yet worn them out of the house, but I'm very pleased to have finally found a pair of heels that don't make my feet unhappy as soon as I put them on!

Hardly wear a pair of high heel shoes (3inch above) thought there is no way I can walk in them - Ordered 3 pairs in similar color I like to try, a pair from Cole Haan, Newport and Ecco. I could not even stand up in the pair from Newport for my feet hurt so bad. The pair from Ecco looked and felt fine but had a small defect on the leather. The pair from Cole Haan fits really well was felt that I could run in them :) of course I give two thumbs up and a keeper!

Best heels ever. I hate heels. Like absolutely hate them. Never wear them. These are so beautiful and unbelievably comfortable. A few friends had recommended Cole Haan so I gave them a shot. So glad I did. I order them in black as well because I loved them so much.

I've had these shoes for a little over a year, and I still love them. I have a narrow heel, so while I usually wear regular-width shoes, with pumps I have to be concerned about my foot slipping out. So when I saw Zappos sold narrow-width Cole Haans, I figured I needed to try them out. I bought three pairs of varying height. Interesting, while these were the highest heels, they were also the most comfortable. I highly recommend.

For a wide show, these were too narrow in the toe box for me. At the same time, they were a bit wide in the heel. Some day, I would like to tell all makers of wide shoes to please make the toe boxes wider, but the heels "not" so much wider, because as one reads many reviews, there is a real need out there for shoes that fit this shape foot. In any case, this was way way too narrow in the toe. That said, it is sold and billed as a C width, with no option for a D or WW so I am not super surprised. I am glad it fits so many ladies who say they have wide feet. I do like the style For that it gets good marks, as many wide shoes look like an older lady or even orthopedic shoe. The height was just right, as is the look of "lift" and airy-ness under the arch of the foot, under the shoe. It was not clunky looking or heavy looking. Just was not wide enough in the toe box. So far, I find David Tate to have the most forgiving front of a toe box, and a few other brands with a heel pad can take up the too-wide heel width and other brands have worked for me in D or DD.

I have been searching for the perfect pump for work/play my whole life. I've had so many break-ups with shoes that I thought it was hopeless. UNTIL... I tried these. These pumps are utterly perfect. They are just the right height so that you look classy, but they are work appropriate AND comfy enough to wear all day! Hallelujah, this is a miracle! My search for the perfect pump is over! By the way, these are the only narrow pumps that fit me. I've tried other "narrow" brands and they just don't stay on as well as these do! Definitely going to buy them in nude, too. One note is that I had to order up half a size.

Love these shoes - however after only 2 months of occasional wear - the plastic heel detached from the shoe. Heartbreaking, especially since it happened at work. The adhesive was sub-par for a pair of $130 shoes.

I bought the black suede in a 7 and 7.5 C, and the 7 is a perfect fit. It’s the most comfortable pump I’ve worn in years because I have bunions that usually make me wince with every step. I honestly was able to dance in these in total comfort, and would highly recommend them to anyone with wide toe problems! They were also very pretty worn with black velvet bow clips.

Nice shoe however found elsewhere for $50 less!

Beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable. I tried 6 other similar styles and nothing compared to these. Worth the extra money. I usually have pain in the ball of my foot with pumps, but not with these, even after a full 9 hours at work. I wear 9.5 and have wide foot and the 9.5 medium was perfect.

These shoes will replace my 4+ inch hidden platform nude pumps which I really love but are just higher than I want to wear any longer, and they are probably a little dated now. All in all this was the pair I chose to keep out of 8 pair of shoes I tried. They are all leather and absolutely classic. This was the prettiest heel and high enough without being over the top. I have bunions and some mild hammer toes so I want a shoe that supports my foot. A different pair of pumps was cut too low and felt like there was too much pressure on my bunion. I will have the shoemaker add an arch support to these and feel they will serve me well.

Love these shoes!! They were handpicked as an option for deltas new uniforms and they are the perfect finishing touch..they are classy, classic, yet incredibly confortable. I definitely recommend of you want a comfortable classic pump thats high but not ridiculous

Great shoe!! I bought these for work to wear with suits and dresses. I have a narrow foot and ordered these in a narrow and regular size and went with the regular. I needed the extra room they provided. The narrow was just too snug. I bought these in nude (sugar maple patent) and they look great with everything. Very versatile and I’m thrilled to add them to my collection.

Love this shoe! I was looking for a nude heel that was not patent leather (I purchased the Maple Sugar Leather) - and this is it! I don't normally spend this much money on a pair of heels, but I think these are well worth it! They are comfortable and beautiful as well. I did have to go up a half size in order for them not to feel quite so tight.

I bought these along with the Rockport Total Motion Pump. I kept the Rockport and returned the Cole Haan. They look extremely similar. The Rockport had a black heel cap and black outer sole which I don't love compared to the Cole Haan's matching nude but am dealing with it. The Rockport interior sole has cushioned pads at the ball of the foot and along the foot. The Cole Haans were a tad tighter in the toe and my heel fell just the tiniest bit short of the back of the shoe and I knew they would rub. The interior foot bedding had no additional padding. I wore the Rockports to a wedding, reception, dancing for about 6 hours. Feet were tired by end of night but not bad considering the activity.

I have been looking for a versatile, nude pump for a long time. Heels almost never have arch support for my high arches, but I'm hopeful I can get away with these for special events. I found the medium width a bit wider than other heels by this brand and other heels of this style, so there was a bit more room in the toe box than usual for a pointed toe, which was nice.

Unfortunately the quality of the shoe was not up to my expectations.

Obsessed with these shoes. Flattering, comfortable, unfussy. The perfect work shoe.

Real leather was a huge plus for me. My feet sweat and in lower end shoes my feet smell bad. They never smell wearing these shoes. The leather is comfortable and the heel height is just right. I’m not one to be able to wear heels for long periods of time but at a desk job these are perfect.

beautiful shoe... wish it worked for me. I am a WIDE 7.5 -8. the length was just a tiny bit short... and the width was to narrow for my wide foot. The depth of the toe box was too short for me. the top of my foot puffs up at ... looks like rising bread dough. If I attempted to wear these I'm sure my feet would swell up... just like rising dough. please make these with a taller toe box These are beautiful shoes and worth the investment... give them a shot.

Perfect fit and a very elegant looking shoe. I wore it all day at work with no discomfort. The heel is a perfect height too!

Great shoes. I've worn Birkenstock clogs to work for the past year or so, but decided I needed to start making an effort and present myself a bit more professionally. I thought my feet would hate these, but I can make it through the day comfortably in these! I plan on buying more colors.

I was determined to find the perfect pump and tried on 11 different patent leather pumps in various sizes and widths from 7 different designers. This is the most comfortable pointed toe that I found. The wide fits like a regular in the toe box. It beat out Ted Baker, Coach, Sam Edelman for pointed toe. Rounded toe was hands down Clarks (1/2 size up). Peep toe was Cole Haan regular fit.

These are beautiful, classy pumps. The 3 inch heel is perfect for my work environment--whereas a 5-inch stiletto would seem rather tacky. They seem very well made and I expect them to last for years. Because pointy toe boxes are usually too narrow for my feet, I ordered them in the "wide" version of my regular size (8C instead of 8B) and they are perfect. I will probably add a full leather insole liner to them (as I do with all my work shoes--I walk a lot and need the added comfort) but they would likely be comfortable "as is" for anyone who does a regular amount of walking and standing.
