Not as comfortable as i thought a cole haan would be, but very classy and cute.

I don't typically have to order a wide shoe, even in pointed heels. BUT this shoe was just a hair too narrow in the toe box and had my pinky toe curling under a bit, making it super uncomfortable. I could tell these shoes would've been perfect otherwise. I'm returning for the wide, but have a feeling they'll be too wide.

I first ordered the 9 W usually my size and it was too big. I then returned for the 8.5 W and it was perfect. They are a beautiful shoe. A little narrow even with the wide. Great staple work shoe.

I have worn Cole Haan heels for years and find them to be much less durable now. Most notably, they went from a wood composite heel to a leather-wrapped heel that dings and scuffs easily if you do any walking on city streets. And, the plastic tip of the heel on a couple of the pairs I ordered cracked off when they were still fairly new. That said, I just ordered two new pairs because I like the style, fit and comfort. I'm glad they were on sale, since I know I'll have to order them again within six months.

This is a beautiful shoe--the patent leather is not too pink or too taupe for my light olive skin. The shape and height are nice--could dress way up or somewhat down. but the toe box narrows too soon. Some pointy shoes elongate the toe box so the point is out in front of your toes and doesn't squeeze so much but these are to toe-squeezy for this 50 year old.

These are really pretty shoes. I ordered the black patent size 8. The length of the shoe caused all the pressure to be on my big toe area rather then the ball of my foot, so I am returning. They seemed a little big in the heel as well but I’m not sure I can go a 1/2 size down with the pointy toe style. Beautiful shoe, classic style that will never go out of style, but fit just wasn’t right for me.

This is a very well made shoe, true to the Cole Haan brand. Heel height perfect . Good support and balance. I sent the shoes back because of the big gap between the top of my foot and the vamp of the shoe. (One customer photo of the shoes actually shows this.) The fit was fine, but I did not like the look.

I ordered the 6.5 C (same as Wide) but it's still very tight although I can fit into most 6.5 Medium. The color and style are great. I hope Zappos will continue to carry Wide in width options for heels.

The detailing was quite cheap looking. These are not comparable to Cole Haan’s I’ve purchased before direct from the store.

For the first time, I am very disappointed in Zappos. The shoes arrived dirty inside - clearly having been worn. Gross. They did not even have the stuffing inside that new shoes always have. I will be returning these used shoes, I would have kept them had them been brand new.

Very comfortable.

Very comfortable heels. I go through heels quickly because I wear them so much and these last longer than others. I’m usually a size 9 but the 8 1/2 fits me best.

Have these shoes in 4 other colors. They are very comfortable and stylish. I can wear them for a full 8 hour day with most of that spent on walking and/or standing and my feet do not hurt.

I ordered a 10AA and it fit perfect. My feet are on the narrow side too. These are the most comfortable heels I’ve ever worn! Very stylish too.

Feels pretty good and looks great. Shows more toe cleavage than expected for the coverage of the shoe but looks great. My arch, which isn’t particularly high, shows when walking but doesn’t feel sloppy or unsupported.

These are beautiful shoes, quite comfortable for heels, with nice interior padding, but am forced to return them because there is a finger’s-width of space at the back of each heel which completely erases the elegant look of the shoe. Unfortunately, they are out-of-stock in both a whole and half-size smaller, or I would try again.

Very comfortable and stylish. They are about a half size larger than i expected based on my older pair of cole haan pumps.

Love the shoes. Very high quality heel and extremely comfortable. Cole Haan is a great brand.

I wear a medium width shoe usually, but found these to run narrow in the toe box, so I found the wide width to be a better fit. I wish that I’d gone 1/2 size smaller since the wider shoe felt looser all around, but decided to keep and wear the pumps since I needed them right away. They are a nice nude color, an easy to manage heel height, and comfortable to wear. Shipping was very quick!

Love Cole Haan for making wide width pump. I love heels but most shoe companies don’t make heels in wide width. Haven’t worn them for any length of time but I think they will be comfortable.

This is my 5th pair of Juliana pumps. They are the perfect heel high, and the fit is spot on. I love this shoe and hope that Cole Haan does not stop producing it.

I haven’t worn these shoes yet. I bought them to wear with my anniversary dress in April. I had to reorder in a half size smaller. But, I was excited when I got them. Classy looking shoes that can be worn with ANYTHING

Fit is true to size. Heel height is absolutely perfect for me. Would buy other colors if they were available.

These are lovely shoes. To find a true narrow with this much style is great. So many narrow pumps either look like comfort shoes or old lady shoes. These are neither of those! Nice cushioning for a pump. Elegant basic heel with a nice quality leather and expensive look. A dressy heel but I can stand and walk in these comfortably. I got these to wear to my daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner. For that I will be wearing with a cocktail dress. These shoes look as nice with a dress or with dark jeans for a date night. Highly recommend!
