Best pair of black heels I have ever owned. Purchased these to wear with a dressy holiday jumpsuit yet versatile enough to wear with a business suit. I can not believe how comfortable they were (especially compared to other shoes I tried on from Kate Spade, Ralph Lauren, etc).

Fit is true to size. These shoes look great and I love that they came with an extra heel piece. I’m in real estate and I do a lot of walking. I’m very hesitant to buy expensive shoes because the heels wear down to the nail so fast. These shoes are comfy for all day wear and with the additional heel piece I’m sure to enjoy them for a long time. Great purchase.

Such a pretty, classic pump I have them in black patent too! I wear a 7, ordered a 7 and they are perfect. NOT too high to wear all day to work but high enough to be sexy for a night out with the hubby! Great classic pump everyone should have in their closet!

I’ve had my eye on these for a while now, and finally decided to get them for an upcoming wedding. It was a little trial and error finding the correct size; I normally wear a 7.5/8, depending on the shoe, but have narrow feet. I was excited to see these in narrow width, however the 7.5 is still sold out (in black). I ordered a 7.5 narrow in the only option it had, as well as 7.5 medium and 8 in both narrow and medium. The 8s slipped right off the second I walked. 7.5 narrow fit like a dream, but again, isn’t available in the option I need. 7.5 medium still fits great, just not as tight. I decided to keep them, so we’ll see how they hold up after a 6 hour event this weekend!

Great shoe. I have wide feet and the C width was perfect. Very classy and comfortable.

These are very stylish and lady-like. The color is pleasant and the heel is just the right size so that it lifts you up but it’s comfortable to walk in. They did feel a bit too narrow... but I’ve chosen to ignore the fact that my wide feet never fit pointy shoes properly and to suck it up in the name of style :)

I got these in the nude color and they are beautiful, I only wish they were true narrow. Yes, the toe is very pointy but that is not what makes a narrow shoe work. Even with 2 insoles I could not make these work. So sad to return them.

I have a hard time finding narrows without paying 400. and that fit as well as these. I am going to order in suede and other colors available. Great Shoe. True to size and comfortable.

This is my third pair of this style by Cole Haan. These shoes helped me start wearing heels again, and I have worn these (mostly) comfortably for 12 hours of walking and standing. I ordered the regular black leather last year when the black suede shoes weren't available. Then the black suede came open in my size! These shoes are classy and go nicely with pants for work. I did have trouble with the material attracting every piece of white lint when I first opened them, but they aren't doing that after two wearings. I highly recommend these.

On my quest to find neutral shoes, these were in maple sugar and were too grey. Reference: My skin is light brown, mac 32/34. I like narrow toes, so these were comfy. I was surpassed they were big in a 9 regular because I can wear a 9 or 8.5 in Calvin Klein’s (normally runs small/narrow). The foot padding is acceptable but I got to feeling that if I wore them for a conference, my feet would be feeling it.

I know to order a half size smaller when I buy Cole Haan so the fit was perfect for me. The shoes are classic- perfect height and toe coverage. The black leather is the LBD of shoes- they are my go-to shoes for the office and for fun.

This is my go to shoe. I have a wide right foot with a painful bunion, this makes heels torture.. not that it has stopped me from trying to find a great heel. This one is it! I've worn them all day in the office and on our daily one mile "wellness walks". I will just keep buying more pairs.

This is my go-to travel work shoe. Meaning, it goes with literally everything and it’s comfortable enough to wear all day. I pack this pair when I travel and it never fails. I have this same shoe in black as well. Between the nude and black, it’s really the only two pairs of shoes I need to pack when I travel. They have enough of a heel to look elegant but low enough to be comfy. As someone with a slightly wide foot, this shoe is a life saver.
