Classic shoe. Very happy with the purchase.

I ordered a few different heels to try, and ended up going with these. I love the color and the height is perfect without feeling too high and obnoxious. I also tried both the Medium and Narrow as my feet are pretty narrow, but I ended up going with the Medium as it was more comfortable.

So disappointed to return these beautiful shoes. I got the black leather in a 7N which is usually fine for me. They are so comfortable, the heel is a perfect height, but the back is too loose for me. When I walked they popped off my foot. I actually had a gap on the sides of the back of the shoe. Also there was a gap between the top of my foot and the top of the shoe. All in all just didn't fit my 7N foot. So sorry......but will try the Sam Edelman Hazel. The heel is taller but they are usually comfortable.

Loooooove. I struggle mightily to find high heels for my feet, especially a pointed toe. I have annoying bunions, that were operated on as a teenager but still give me trouble. I get so dang sad not being able to slip into cure, professional, stylish looking shoes. But now I’ve found them! The wide is wide enough in my normal size to NOT hurt the width of my foot or squash my toes. And the heel is a good side, not too big like a lot of wides are. And they look good, real leather, polished and sophisticated. Just a beautiful shoe. Love it.

Love these shoes. I’ve ordered at least 7 pairs of heels trying to find comfortable pumps for work. These are the only ones I kept. Wish they came in more colors!!!

I love these shoes! I wore them for the first time to an interview where I didn't anticipate the parking situation (lack of parking situation). I ended up walking ~1.5miles in these shoes downtown, over bricks and cracked sidewalks, and my feet did not hurt at all aside from a little bit of pinching in my toes. MIRACLE. I then drove back home wearing them in 2.5hours of traffic (yes, it was a very long day) and yet I still can't wait to put them back on. They come with replacement bases for the heels, which I'm likely to need based on how hard I wore them the first day. It's worth noting that I normally wear flats with no cushion or arch support, so I can't really comment on the overall foot support of these shoes, but I really really love them.

Reading reviews and trying on a smaller non-wide size in a store I chose to purchase up 1/2 a size. I typically wear a 9W and got the 9.5W. Overall they were comfy both in the footbed & the upper. No pinching or rubbing as some uppers do to me. However, I had enough room in the heel where I wasn't secure. I like them enough to try the 9W and see if my heel stays in place without sacrificing the comfy toe box.

Fit is perfect. This is my third pair of Juliana pumps. These are the only heels I can wear all day without even thinking about my feet. Sooooo comfortable.

This is my 2nd pair, I also have them in maple sugar. They look great on my wide feet and they are comfortable. What more could I want?

Well constructed, beautiful shoe. I, too, hate heels. These are amazing. The narrow width lets my heel stay put, but the toe width is wide enough to be comfortable.

Beautiful shoes, really versatile color, usual excellent Zappo service - but alas, even the wide width was still too narrow for my feet.

Love this shoes! They went perfect with my holiday outfit. Wore them all night and they were very comfortable. Would recommend these for sure!

Fit true to size and quite comfortable for my bunions, which is a miracle. Only problem was that the heel was higher than I would be comfortable with. Sad to send back.

Finally!! A beautiful quality pump that comes in narrow width! Lovely shoes and a great heel height. Please continue to carry narrow width shoes!!!

I am giving full stars because it's not the shoe's fault it doesn't fit but I am desperate to find a pair of narrow black pumps and I had high hopes for these but they're just too wide. I bought the 9 based on my "suggested size" as well as an 8.5 and the 8.5 was gigantic and wide. The shoe itself is well constructed and has a classic pump styling but the width was WAY off. I am finding that "narrow" doesn't mean "narrow" anymore, even in my beloved Stuart Weitzman brand...it means "average" and that's just too wide for me. Back to the drawing board....

These are the whole package. Gorgeous and comfortable. Worth every penny if you want a good looking shoe that is comfortable for a wide foot. I’m going to order more colors.

These are beautiful and relatively comfortable for heels. I ordered both the b and c width in my normal size and preferred the fit of the wider shoes.

At this point i haven't worn them out of the house so I can't yet speak to their "all-day" comfort. I was very pleased with how they fit when I tried them on, though. I have a narrow foot and a very narrow heel so any time I can find shoes in a narrow width, I'm thrilled. These fit well, they didn't pinch my toes and didn't slip off my heel. I can tell that I might have to put heel pads in when they stretch out a little bit, though. I like that the leather looks nice and that the whole shoe looks well made. Even the insole looks like it was finished out well. The shoes aren't "comfortable" necessarily. They are high heels, after all. But when you walk in them they feel sturdy and well made and that goes a long way toward making them comfortable. They do have some padding under the toes so that's nice but it's nothing compared to a Rockport or Aerosole. I wish that it were a little higher and a little sexier but I bought this for a work shoe so neither of those is a deal breaker.

This pump is awesome! Perfect nude color, perfect heel height, comfortable, great that it comes in a wide width. I usually take a 7B in pumps but it was too long. The 6 1/2 fit comfortably and has a little extra room if I want to add an additional pad under the ball of my foot. I was looking for a nude pump with pointy toe (elongating!) and this pump is exactly it!

I love this shoe for work, in fact, as I am writing this review I'm buying another pair. They are the perfect fit and the perfect height for work. They took a little while to break in but now my current pair has worn out because I wear them so much. Perfect for a suit or a dress.

I also bought the 7B (my usual size in a pump). The 6 1/2 C fit much better, roomy in the toe box and narrow enough in the heel. I usually can wear a 6 1/2 in sandals & boots so these shoes run slightly big. Seem very comfortable and the style, heel height and color are exactly what I wanted. I've been searching for the perfect nude pump, ever since I saw Megan Markle rocking hers, and these are it!

I've now bought these shoes in two colors. I have a small foot with a high arch and recently shoes have been feeling too tight across the base of my toes. These shoes fit comfortably right out of the box and are able to be worn around the office all day. The heel height is higher than I had been wearing lately but are still quite comfortable. In all, they are really comfortable heels that go with anything - a great investment!
