Everything I thought they would be! So comfortable! Great support and arch. Love the colors!

I have been wearing the "Nimbus" for several years. The 17 repeats all the same comfort I have grown to love. I don't have to shop around for shoes. These are the ones I buy every time. Order 1/2 size larger.

I love my new shoes. They are super comfortable and are a great replacement to my Asics Cumulus 16's. I walk a great deal and am in the gym 3 times a week. These are perfect for both activities and even great for every day walking as well.

This style from Asics is my favorite! They provide cushiony comfort while at the same time excellent arch support. I really look forward to putting them on every chance I get. I often even wear them at home instead of slippers!

Just wore these to a kick boxing/ strike workout for the first time. They were extremely comfortable and light. they responded well when pivoting, and lunging into a squat. I will definitely but another color.I always but a 7.5 in Asics, I bought this sneaker in a 7.5...It fit perfect.

Gel-Nimbus are the best workout shoes for my feet. I have tried to save money on others but none are as comfortable or give my feet enough support. They do run a bit large, so I suggest if you are between sizes like me to size down.

I love these shoes! I've had 5 knee surgeries (one of which was recent), and these shoes definitely make PT tolerable. Awesome support and cushioning... You'll love them!

I am happy with these shoes. They feel great and fit well. I got several compliments on the colors. They are a bold blue and orange. Picture looks more purple but still love them.

These shoes are great! My heals & shins were hurting with other shoes during my run. These shoes have resolved that issue. I would highly recommend them!

I adore these shoes, and only wish that the blue was actually "powder" as noted. (Or at least as light as it looked on my screen). They showed up, and the blue is definitely a bright, bold royal. It's a bit to masculine for my taste (whereas a light blue would have been gorgeous). Exchanging for a different color, as the shoe itself is super comfortable.

A former devoted GT-2170 wearer, I tried over 10 shoes from Zappos to find a comparable shoe to replace them. Although I'm not delighted about spend more for a pair of runners, the Gel-Nimbus 17 are like stepping onto clouds. I am pleased with the purchase and will be running in these shoes moving forward. Also I typically wear an 11-11.5 women's (ugh. I know). And I wear a 12.5 in Asics.

I have narrow feet, high arches and tend to roll my ankles. These were fitted for me about 10 years ago (Other versions of the nimbus gel) and these continue to out perform any other shoe for running and walking. The colors are usually very obnoxious (fashion suffered for comfort and performance), but I managed to find them in black for once and love them.

I've tried switching to other shoe brands but keep coming back to ASICS. They fit me well, provide the best support, and this particular model is comfortable for my regular 4-mile walks. I lace them with "puppy-dog ears" so I can pull them tight up top, while leaving my toes free to wiggle around. Very happy with these shoes.

The Asics gel nimbus are my favorite shoes out of all the tennis shoes I've ever worn. I have a permanent ankle injury and resulting pain and these shoes feel great to wear every day with my custom orthotics.

I am on my feet as a medical professional for 10 + hours and this shoe saves me. Truly they run one half size smaller so size up 0.5 size. I buy the best and these truly are the most light weight, cushioned shoe right up there with any shoe in the world.

I LOVE these shoes. I ran 4, then 10 miles right out of box. This is my 3rd pair of nimbus (nimbus 15 and 16 also) and they are only better. I have a wide foot (a pronounced ball of foot area) and struggle with other shoes. These are great. As with the other nimbus, I order a half size up. In normal shoes I wear a 7.5 wide. Running shoes an 8W, but in these an 8.5W. Also, love Zappos quick delivery and free returns! They are worth using instead of shopping for sales.

I have worn ASICS Nimbus for many years. I have always been very happy with the Nimbus models that I have purchased. The Nimbus 17 is among the very best if not the best Nimbus I have purchased. Running on clouds! Love them! I read a review that this model felt narrower than previous. I did not experience that. I have a wide toe box and I found this new model had more than enough room for my wide toe box. Excellent running shoe!

Bought these for my mom along with brooks dyad 8, asics cumulus 17, and brooks glycerin 13. She had the brooks glycerin 12 (or maybe 11 before) and had liked it. As a nurse she's on here feet a lot so she was looking for cushioning and of these four shoes the nimbus is the best according to her. She's a neutral walker and all these shoes are neutral.

I have a long, narrow foot, and this shoe comes in N and fits me very well. I tried the Nimbus lightning in regular width and it was too wide. This shoe feels great on my runs. I wish the other colors were available in my size because the color is the only thing about it I don't love. But, what matters most is the fit and the wear. I love it!

This shoe worked great for me. I usually order a size 8 1/2 M in Asics because I like to have a little extra toe room in my running shoe. These fit great, my toes can move around a bit and I have not experienced any slippage in the heel area. They were a little snug around the top of my foot at first and then they stretched a little after the first use. My new go-to running shoe!

I love these shoes. I have narrow feet. I had the previous model that I bought at a store. I wore those so much the tread was bare. I bought the 17 at the shoe store again and with shoelaces, I can tie them tight to fit my feet. I realized the Asics made narrow shoes and I ordered the narrow and I am going to keep both. They feel great, lots of cushion. I tried several other shoes before buying this one and returned all the other shoes.

These shoes feel as if I am walking open a nimbus cloud. tHey are so comfortable. I have a very narrow flat food. With my custom inserts these felt true to size and width. I love Them! One very small detail, the shoelaces are short. I can usually double knot my shoes but these don't allow for that. I can live with that because these shoes are perfect for me.
