This shoe has great support. Unfortunately even though I have tried two different sizes I just cannot get the right fit. So I am returning them

A good looking and COMFORTABLE heel. From someone who hates heels and whose feet cramp up quickly, I felt like I could walk in them for hours! Great footbed support. Only issue is they run at least a half size, maybe a full size big, so keep that in mind. I ordered my usual size and had a huge gap behind my foot. If I hadn't found the Lifestride Parigi, which works well for my needs at half the price, I'd have kept these!

I have always been on the hunt for comfortable pointed toe, high heeled, classic pumps. I had pretty much given up until now. The style is sleek and the comfort level is superb. These pumps are flexible and light-weight with lots of padding at the ball of the foot. The soles are non-slip. I will be buying these in other colors.

Yeah, these are great. Classic look, not too high heel, but not too short. Crazy comfortable, for heels. I normally am an 8.5 and I've never bought a shoe in wide before. But these felt too tight in the toes box, so I decided to return them for an 8.5 wide. Now they are perfect. A tiny bit of toe cleavage, which I like. I like the pointed toe and skid free bottom.

I ordered the Smog Diamond Snake in a size 6W but the pattern was falling off so I exchanged it for the Warm Taupe in the same size. The Warm Taupe was significantly smaller and didn't fit so that's going back now too. So weird! Two identical shoes in different patterns in supposedly the same size but they aren't the same size. However, the Smog Diamond was really comfortable. I'm hoping 3rd time's the charm!

These shoes were very comfortable! Not the best looking pump but still attractive and comfort far outweighs any style concern. Unfortunately I ordered the snakeskin pattern and the fabric on the heels looked damaged and worn. I would recommend in a different color!

I did not find a needed a larger size as some other reviewers noted. I have not been able to wear heels in years, but these were comfortable enough to get me through a few hour cocktail party.

After reading through reviews, I ordered down half a size according to recommendations and found the shoes too small & had to return them. I think it fits true to size & am keeping my fingers crossed for the next pair. The shoes are lovely & seem like they'd be extremely comfortable if they fit properly.

I've worn this shoe in the cream color twice now, to church and work. I am a 7 1/2 in most shoes, normal width and this shoe was no exception. I felt as though my toes were a little cramped but I'm hoping they will stretch a bit with time. I didn't experience any slippage out of the back as some reviewers did. At work, I walked roughly 1/2 mile the first day I wore the shoes, outside mostly. It was warm out, so I felt my feet become a little more swollen than if it had been cold but overall, a comfortable shoe. The only part of my foot that I felt was slightly uncomfortable was the toe box and like I said, I hope that will stretch a bit. No blistering, no need to take the shoes off. I can say I've never purchased a more comfortable heel, but still, it's a heel and won't be as comfortable as a tennis shoe. Worth the money, although I will probably scope out sales next time.

A classic look and very comfortable. I'm glad I listened to other reviewers and ordered 1/2 size up. They do run small. I need a heel that feels like an old lady shoe without looking like one. This fits the bill.

They run big I normally wear a 5.5 had to return them for a 5, seem comfortable, I haven't worn them yet.

The most comfortable heel I've had in YEARS!!!! Wore them to a Bridal Shower and then the Wedding. Never a moment of discomfort. The shoe's fabric soft and the sole very cushy.

I read the reviews and ordered this item as well as another similar pair of Total Motion heels in size 10 1/2 rather than my usual 11. They are gorgeous - I so wanted them to work for me. However, unfortunately the right shoe was at least 1/2 size too big and the left was slightly big as well - but not so much that a 10 would fit. What a disappointment - they are lovely and the soles are so comfortable. Alas! Not worth a twisted ankle no matter how much I wished to keep them!

A lot of padding. They felt comfortable at first, but after a couple of minutes they seemed to be squeezing my feet too much. I am returning them.

I think I love them? I am wearing them around the house for a bit to decide if I need the wide size. I ordered normal 7½ they fit like a glove. It says they are supposed to fit like a glove but I have to make sure that they do not hurt pinky toe after awhile. Other than that they are very lovely and most comfortable.

These shoes absolutely do not run large - they run small! I normally wear a size 10 and so ordered a 9½ and can hardly get my feet in the shoes! In fact, if anything, these shoes run a full size smaller, so I am ordering a full size and a full size and a half larger to see if they will work.

Cute & comfortable pump but this particular pointy toe looks very odd with slacks & pants suits. It's a shame as I have to return them for this reason. Usually point toe shoes are very flattering with my slacks on my 5ft frame giving an elongated look.

I ordered a half a size smaller since reviews said the sizes run bigger and it fit, however; not a lot of toe room and it hurt my toes when trying them on. Cushion was good, but I prefer more cushion than I thought it had.

Love these shoes. I ordered 1/2 size smaller as suggested in reviews and that worked. What didn't work was the M width was too wide. I have to return!

I'm a 5.5, ordered a size 5, following the reviews here. It fits well (couldn't have gone even half a size up), but since one of my feet is some what bigger then the other, the toe box is too tight. I'm hoping it will expand as I wear them. All in all - extremely comfortable.

Sizing is accurate but too tight across big toe

I typically wear 9.5 or 10 M, sometimes 9.5 W. Got these in both 9.5 M and 9.5 W. The M was way too small, couldn't even take a step my foot was so smashed in there. The W was too big in both length and width, it was noticeably longer even though still 9.5 and my heel was falling out when I tried to walk. Neither one worked for me.

Loved the look of the shoes better than the ones I kept because I liked the rounded heel and slightly higher mid-height. I started out with my size of 8 1/2, went down to an 8, then down again to a 7 1/2 which was too tight. Just not for me I guess
