These were about 1/2 size too small. This is very unusual for me; I am normally a solid 9 and I wear heels easily. Beautiful classic shoe though. Will return only due to being too small.

The footbed is really soft; however, I found the toe box to be a bit too tight.

These are gorgeous shoes but they are too small! I always wear a size 10 and these felt like a 9.5, ouch! I actually looked inside the shoe to see if they shipped the wrong size.

This is a tight shoe! I usually wear a 10.5-11, with a wide-ish toebox and a narrow-ish heel. The 10.5M felt tight everywhere (length, width), but more tight than a 10.5 should feel on my feet. The heel was surprisingly shallow, so it didn't hold me in at all. The footbed is quite comfortable (although it lacks arch support)! If you can find a size that fits, you'll be comfortable!

Very comfortable. A nice pair of black heels. However not as stylish as I hoped. Returning them.

I took the advice to order a half size down - sorry I did. I normally wear an 8 and ordered a 7.5, but I couldn't even get my feet into the shoe. Pretty shoe, and looks like it would be comfortable.

This shoe slides right off my heel no matter what I try (even trying different sizes and widths). Returning.

very comfortable for date night or work. cushioned footbed makes it very comfy on the toes. The structure of the shoe in the arch as a whole feels a bit less solid than other heels. fits true to size without toes being squashed in the footbed.

I ordered my usual size (8), despite reviews admonishing me to size down a half size...and I need to exchange for a half size up. I tried the shoes on in the morning (before standing all day and having swollen feet), and these were so tight in the medium width that I knew I couldn't keep this size. Also, the Ebano boa texture is fabulous, but note that the color is more of a dark brown background with the shiny black snakeprint overlay.

The pointed toe does not look attractive in person.

Wanted to love it but the foot bed on the wide was not wide enough for me. At first I thought "wow" -- this is actually a wide size pretty pump that is actually comfortable and wide enough for me, because the leather was so soft and it felt comfy going on. But when I stepped down in it, and put my weight on it, I realized the actually last of the shoe was narrow, even tho the leather softly did expand outward. However: It was like the edge of the surface of the footbed itself was digging into the ball of my foot -- it was that narrow on me (like it left an actual "dent" in the ball of my foot where the footbed ended laterally -- from me just wearing it for 5 minutes in my house!) ... so I returned it. It was already the "wide" size I tried on, so I can't imagine "sizing up" would make enough of a difference. My feedback is that the footbed across the front of the foot needs to be wider in the wide size, or it would be great to be able to order an "even further-wide" (WW) option for those with a truly wide forefoot -- (unless there was just something wrong with my pair that came to my house)? Otherwise, I loved it.

Shoe is beautiful and the padding is something Ive never seen before; its like sliding my foot into super soft material. They are sexy and I love the print. The only iasue I found is my outside toes are pinched pretty bad. But after ive had them on for a bit it does stretch out enough they are tolerable.

Very nice pump....I don't wear heels very often, but I love the look of a nice pointy heeled pump....hard to find in wide width (thank you Zappos!) This shoe is the most comfortable pointy toe, non platform pump I have tried...now, this IS A POINTY TOE PUMP, so to say it is comfortable might be a stretch, but, for me, I can wear it for a few hours, look fabulous, and not be in pain....so that is great.

These shoes are wonderful...comfortable and stylish. Can easily wear them all day. The sole cushioning is one of the best. Unfortunately after a few wearings found them to be too large after all (even after placing additional inserts to help tighten the feel). My fault for not evaluating the fit better before wearing. I'll donate them to a friend/daughter. Have placed an order for a smaller size because the shoe is one of the best I've found for comfort with a nice heal height and pointier toe. The black patent leather color is super attractive.

So comfortable when you first put them on. Maybe its just heels in general but my feet were killing me after about 3 hours of standing at a party. I don't wear high heels normally so perhaps this is normal for standing a few hours. If you are expecting a miracle heel shoe that doesn't hurt after a few hours this might not be it (or at least plan to bring your flip flops). But it was good for walking around a bit and maybe for about 1-2 hours.

Lovely shoes, just too big. I have an exchange in process for a 1/2 size smaller (which will be a full size smaller than my usual) and am hopeful all will work out. The color's pretty.

Beautiful, classic shoe. I agree that they run large. I'm usually a 9/9.5 but had to get an 8.5 for these. They're comfortable and the heel is high enough to be sexy without being impractical.

As other reviewers stated, this shoe is very cushiony for a heel and is overall pretty comfortable. The one thing I would note is that the sizing is a little weird-the shoe does run large, but not enough so that going down a size would fix it. My heel flips out occasionally, but my toes are as far down as possible without being squished. I'm hoping a simple heel pad can close the small gap and make the fit perfect. The only other complaint is that I originally ordered the black suede, and by the end of the day sitting in an office, the suede had rubbed off in visible streaks on the heel and back of the shoe. I contacted Zappos and they were great about and sent me a replacement pair in a more durable finish, but just be aware-the black suede is very pretty, but not very long lasting.

I'm really bummed to be between sizes in these shoes. They're very classy and the insoles are like sneakers. I'm typically a 6, sometimes a 5.5, and my feet are slightly narrow, but I usually wear medium width. The 5.5M was too big and too wide. The 5 was too small. Also, note that the warm taupe is patent. I wound up going with the Naturalizer Michelle in 5.5M, though the toe is more rounded than I prefer and the color is a little too gold for me. Very comfy though!

I have ordered several pairs of shoes from Zappos but I have never written a review until now. Just like most people here, I was looking for a comfortable but stylish shoe to replace my Clarks Dalhart Sorbet that are about to fall apart. I normally wear size 8 normal width but after reading the reviews about the toe box being small, I decided to order size 8 wide. The shoes was falling off my feet. I returned it for my regular size but the toe box on those was so small I could not even wear them for an hour. I gave up on this shoe after returning that pair. But my quest for comfortable stylish shoes brought me back to this shoe. This time I ordered size 8.5 normal width which are a perfect fit for me. The sizing on these shoes is way off but they are the most comfortable shoes once you find the right size. Don't give up, it is worth the hassle.

These shoes are super comfortable- I could see myself walking around the whole day with them on. I was hoping the dark vino patent would be more of a black cherry color, but it was more burgundy than pictured, so I ended up returning.

Totally gorgeous pumps that look good with so many outfits! I love the soft fabric interior for my weirdly sweaty feet. They're comfy for normal wear...like just about any other heel, they do not start to hurt if I stand around in them for awhile. I had hoped they'd be a little comfiest, but they are still one of my favorites.

I'm a pretty solid 10.5 but heel slipped on this pump. Went down to a 10 and it's much better but slightly tighter in the front...still a better option that the heel slipping. Heel grip in back did not work for me but you can always try. comfort and style are fantastic!
