Based on the recommendation, I ordered half a size smalller than normal. They ended up being way too small and I’m fairly sure even my normal size wouldn’t have fit comfortably. Sry disappointed because the look of the shoe was exactly what I wanted.

Very pretty color and pillowy soft comfort typical of Rockport. I have several pairs in different colors. However, on criticism that prevents 5 stars: Toe box feels very narrow and pinches. So although they are better than most shoes, still not great for long events or a lot of standing or walking.

I am a size 6. I ordered a size 6 and length was perfect but toes felt cramped. So I ordered a size 6W and it was 1/2 inch too long at the heel. Then I ordered a 5 1/2W and it was a 1/4 in too long at the heel. Lastly I ordered a 5W and length is correct and width is OK. I will keep these and see how they do. I can't really feel any arch support. But the entire foot bed of shoe is padded very nicely.

So... I wanted to love these. Lovely shoes, great material and comfortable. However, they were just too high for me. Yes, I know, ridiculous, but they were. So, back they go. I am going to try for a similar Rockport in a shorter heel hight. If you are fine with high heels- these are for you, because other than that, they are soooo nice.:)

The shoe is very pretty but am runs really big. I wear a 5.5. This looked like a 6.5. I'm sure they are great if you can figure out the right size.

Have these in navy and black. I’m an EU 38. Sometimes it’s a 7.5, sometimes it’s an 8. For these, it was somewhere in between. The suede fabric may stretch so I might have picked wrong but I’d rather add an insert later than deal with shoes that are too snug. Also, these are higher heels than I normally wear but they feel like they are shorter. Excellent support at a fantastic price.

Really comfortable, although it does seem to make my foot sweat more than other shoes (not sure if this is because of the padding). I'm usually a 6.5 or 7 and had to get a 6.5W. Not the most stylish shoes I've ever worn but the high heel helps make them feel dressier. Perfect for the office!

I LOVED the Nero Python finish - perfect black "neutral but with a twist". I was excited to find a pointed-toe pump in a "comfort" brand, but was really disappointed with the cushioning in this shoe - it was minimal at best. For reference, I think the Clarks Ariel Viola is amazingly cushioned, and the kind of footbed I was actually looking for in a shoe like this. I wear a 6M in Nine West pointed-toe pumps and found the 5.5 M to be the right size for me in this. If I weren't specifically looking for a comfort shoe, I would have kept these. Oh well!

I don't think these shoes run large. They fit a bit more snuggly than my other 7 1/2 shoes, I think due to the pointed toe and the padding. They are comfortable and look nice. I would recommend them.

Beautiful shoe, nice leather, not to high a heel. The pointed toe was uncomfortable, to narrow. This from a woman who never wear pumps. 81/2 size was normal.

My initial reaction was that these shoes are AMAZING, but after spending a day in the pair I bought in taupe, I realized there's a seam that rubs on the side of my achilies and there's no real arch support, so my feet were aching and my heel was raw by the end of the day. If these were cheap shoes that didn't pretend to be comfortable, I would get whatever inserts I needed, but for the price and the hype, they fell short. It's a bummer because the ball of foot cushion is really nice and the whole footbed lining is comfortable to the touch and didn't make my feet sweat. So close, Rockport!

The shoes are super comfortable! I’ve worn them for three days to work and they fit like a glove. I’ve worn them to work three days now and no complaints on fit. My only concern is that after the second day the leather on the tip of the shoe has already worn off.

The footbed feels amazing and comfortable to walk all day, as well as the height of the heel. The 8M was too narrow, as it made my foot hurt after about 3-4 hours. Also, they do seem a little large, even though I normally wear an 8. I wear pantyhose with these and my feet swell, so the 7 1/2 is not an option. I returned them and exchanged for an 8W. They feel pretty good so far, but I will know better after extended wear of 3 hours or more. Thanks!

Love the look and height of this shoe. The 8M felt too narrow, so I returned it and exchanged it for a 8W. I’m hoping for a better fit, as I loved the comfortable footbed of the shoe!

Fit very comfortably with a soft sole and non-skid toe. Only complaint was that it was about a half-size too big, and my foot kept slipping out.

The shoe is lovely. I tried four different pumps (Cole Haan, Lifestride). This Rockport came in at number 2. The sole insert is highly cushioned in all the right places. The outer sole has extra grippy material. The shoe is feminine and the leather is matte. The length was spot on. However, my toes felt crammed and squeezed in the toe box, which is the problem I have with pointy heeled pumps. Also, in comparison with the Cole Haan 75mm pumps, these Rockports were wobbly. I want to love wearing heels because I like the look, but I don't seem to find shoes that I can walk in our hilly mountain city. I'm thinking of parking in a parking garage and then having to trek a few blocks here or there to business engagements or the theatre for example. It may be more about the height than the shoe itself. I plan to try some lower heeled shoes. I wear a 7.5 M, have a bunion on the right foot, slender heels and ankles, 5'6, 127 lbs. I'm seeking a shoe to wear with pencil skirts or work dresses.

I wore these around the house for days before wearing them outside and they were fine. However, my first day wearing them out and about I was in pain. The toe box is too tight! Unfortunately now I can’t return them so I’m hoping a shoe stretcher will help, luckily they are real leather. The style is awesome though. The heel height is perfect and I love the pointed toe look with skirts and dresses. I really had high hopes for these ... fingers crossed that stretching the toe area helps.

Loved these shoes but since I've worn them for two days, I've discovered they are are a tad small for my size 9 feet (all my other shoes that are 9's fit great). So, I'll be ordering another pair because, while the tops of my feet were calloused the bottoms were heavenly. Let me tell you that I walk around 4 miles a day (mostly on brick or tile)in heels, so that's saying something.
