I wanted to own these shoes. I tried my normal size of 5.5. It was about half a size too big. I tried a 5 which fit in the heel but too tight in the toe box. I decided that I was not meant to own these shoes. They look wonderful, though.

Beautiful shoe. Professional, with a little sex appeal for after hours. Felt long but I definitely couldn't go smaller in the toe box. Sadly they're headed back.

These shoes are so beautiful. I loved the color and the cushion is great. I am returning these because the heel is too wide (my heel is a little narrow). I also recommend going down a full shoe size.

I wish the rating options on this site would allow me to convey the ridiculously inconsistent the sizing on these shoes. I wear either an 8½ or a 9 in shoes. I ordered an 8½ in the black patent. I knew that I wanted neutral colored shoes but I waited to see how the first pair fit since the reviews were all over the place about sizing. Some reviews said order a half or even whole size down and some saying that we should order up. I got the 8½. It was ever so slightly tight but loosened after a couple of wears. Note that if you typically have issues with that gap at the heel, these shoes tend to create that issue so I was willing to go a tad on the small side to minimize the heel gap. After I confirmed that the 8½ worked for me, I ordered the same size in the warm taupe. When it arrived, it was huge. I called Zappos and they advised that I should order the 8½ again in the warm taupe, although I am not sure why since there was a 50-50 chance that the they first pair was the non-standard fit. After the third pair of size 8½ arrived, it was still too large. What is happening with the quality control?! I need neutral shoes that are comfortable, but I am almost to annoyed with the process of buying and returning that I am feeling like giving up and just buying another brand with more reliable sizing.

The shoe is longer than it should be. I always wear a 5.5, had to order a 5, but that was EXACTLY the same as the 5.5. Returned.

Shoe was cute but very uncomfortable. This was bought for a trade show and my feet hurt within the first 3 hours. I ended up using another shoe with a Dr Scholls insert to help get me by for the rest of the trade show.

Felt narrower and larger than marked width and size.

OMG! I think these shoes are made for drag queens and not actual women. I wear a 9.5 to 10, depending on the brand. They didn't have a 9.5 in "wide" so I got the 10, thinking it would be a smidge bigger, and maybe I'd have to put the little cushions in at the heel to snug them up. When I took them out of the box, they were soooo long and narrow, I thought they made a mistake and sent a size bigger. Nope, 10 wide, just as I ordered. I tried them on, and sure enough, far too long--so much so they were falling off my heels. I am pretty desperate for a pair of black heels comfortable enough for work, so I thought I could save them by adding a pair of inserts to take up the extra room. Nope, still too big, and with the space between the back of my foot and the back of the shoe, I look like a little girl playing dress-up. Not only this, but when I looked at the shoes on my feet from a standing position, I noticed that the curve of the outside edge of the vamps don't match. Completely different shapes. So the left shoe has a bulkier toe-box than the right. Might as well be a shoe each from two different pairs. For the price, you would think this company would know what they're doing, and not slap the shoes together as if they're cheap Chinese knock-offs.

This shoe has a very short toe box and the fit was incredibly uncomfortable. The texture of the leather is very attractive

Very much liked the color and style, however, this is not a Wide Width. I found the shoe to be narrower than a Wide. Returning, do not want aches in my feet.

This may be the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. Nothing like advertised.

These shoes are SO comfortable but the material absorbs stink like nothing I've ever experienced! I have to thrown them out after only a few months because they smell so bad. Very disappointed because they really are comfortable.

So disappointed that these shoes are both too wide and too big!!
