The shoe bed is fantastic, and feels like it would be great. It just didn't fit me, however. I am between sizes (usually an 8 1/2).

The sizing was so overly large, there was no way to try out the shoes. They were both way too long and way too wide--even for a wide width. I was swimming in them. I'm thinking they may be two sizes too large but I give up on even trying to figure it out.

Very ugly heel and they hurt around the big toe area.

I tried the 6.5 wide because the 6.5 was too tight. The wide, for some strange reason, now did not fit in the length.

Did not fit same as previous pair I bought. These are going back. Too tight.

So I ordered a 1/2 size up and my foot moves to the front and squishes my toes.. not comfortable

Looked good but felt awful on my feet...stiff and didn't confirm at all to my foot. Back they went. Surprising for this brand, which I expected to be comfortable.

I was excited about finally having some solid go-to office heels. Unfortunately, these were not it. I was weary yet willing to pay $$$ for a good pair and decided to go for these despite some reviews on the sizing. I am usually a 5.5 (and never less) and went with a 5 to be sure as some had mentioned they ran big. These were still slipping off the back of my heals so I ordered for ($13 nonetheless) some non-slip things on Amazon and thought that would be it. Nope. Still slipped off and very strangely the inner arch area was crazy exposed along with the top of my toes. Like toe cleaveage to the max. Not cute. It looked so weird and made me walk funny. No, no and no. Back they went.

I really liked the look of the patent leather. Initially they feel so comfortable on my feet. They have soft cushion inside which makes it look like a shoe but feel like a sneaker. However, after wearing for a while, my big toes on each foot go numb. I guess the shoe hits me at the wrong spot and I have to keep taking them off throughout the day to regain my circulation. It kind of defeats the purpose of spending extra for a Rockport shoe. Ironically, they don’t feel too small. I usually wear an 8 and have narrow feet. I got these shoes in an 8 and if I got them any bigger or wider, they would slip off my foot. I have long toes so maybe that’s the issue. Either way I would still recommend them because I think they are a good shoe. I think this cut/style doesn’t work for my foot and I wasted money.

This shoe was not as comfortable as the black leather pump. It felt very hard and pressed against my bunions causing significant pain. Back they go. However, the black leather pump shoes are amazingly soft and comfortable. Also, has great support. Would highly recommend those.

I ordered this shoe in my normal size, wide width. The length of the shoe was a full size larger than it should have been. Returned.

I really wanted to love these shoes! They are really good looking and nice leather. However, after trying several pairs they were still not right in the heel balance, fit, padding areas, and comfort, and I had to return them. The balance in the heels was off, making it difficult to walk in them when trying them on.

Heal slips out. Not very comfortable. Back to searching for the perfect nude shoes.

There is something bizarre going on with the sizing in the larger sizes. I originally ordered a 10.5 (I usually wear a 10 or 10.5 depending on the shoe, and figured I would size up for comfort). As one of the other reviews mentioned, the 10.5 was SMALL. Her review stated it was smaller than the 10, and I believe it- it definitely seemed more like a 9.5 or even a 9. So I sent it back to try the 11 and it was huge. I probably should try the 10, but I don't know if I want to go through the hassle of a third order. Too bad, because these look great- lots of cushioning and support with classic styling.

Beautiful shoe... exactly what I was looking for in terms of style and color. However, too big. They slide off the back of my heel pretty easily and I generally wear size 11. For this shoe, I ordered a 10.5. I'm going to return this pair and keep looking.

Bad Long Term Value. After trying on 10 different black pumps from Zappos, I settled on this one due to style and comfort. Sadly, after only about 4-6 wears, the pointed toe started to wear off and the heel is peeling.

Style is not the issue with these shoes, as they are super chic. My toes were completely scrunched, and I have narrow feet. I wish I could return them, but I already wore them. Rockport are usually super comfy, not sure what is going on with these.

Rockport really has to work on consistency in sizing. I have this exact pair of shoes in brown and they fit perfectly. These black ones were too big. disappointing because they are soooo comfy

Does not flatter wide feet. Padding very comfortable.
