Too tight, shoes runs small. I bought a 5.5 size, should have bought at least one size bigger

This is a beautiful shoe - but the fit is wanky. I am a 9.5...the 9.5 was too big (long), the 9 was too small (short), the 9W fit everywhere except your heel slips out with every step, the 8.5W was too small (short). These shoes are so nice so I tried really hard to find the cinderella size. So bummed.

I am really sad to only give these three stars. I am an avid Rockport shoe wearer - I have been buying this same pair of heels in numerous colors for work for the past 6 years and telling everyone how amazing they are. But I feel like the quality of the leather has decreased. These shoes used to be so soft and flexible, and now they are so rigid I can barely get my feet into them and they cut lines in the side of my foot. The sole is still the best sole you will find in a pump, hands down. I truly hope this is a fluke and not a cheapening of the brand. I'm 30 and wear size 8 always, have mutiple pairs of this heel and also several other rockport styles. My feet are fairly narrow. These feel extremely tight in the toes compared to my other rockport heels - to the point where I almost wonder if the size on them is mislabelled. I've worn them three times now (full days), and so far I'm not feeling them loosen up. Fingers crossed.

Returned, waiting on refund; too tight in my toes, made toes numb

I usually wear an 8, but bought 7.5. They are still too big. I'd like to return them for another style.

Just okay. They are comfortable and fit true to size. The cut of the shoe around the toes is weird. Also, it's not a rubber heel cap. If you've ever lost a heel cap and walked on the metal stud, this shoe sounds exactly like that, right out of the box. Disappointing.

They are too soft for me, and i returned them and bought another model, similar to this, but the heel looks different and i like the second one much morethese one are good enough for office work, but not for a luxurious party i think.

Not a consistent fit among colors. I wear a 7-7.5 and got the 7 based on my previous purchase. It was way too tight in the toe box and rubbed the skin off my great toe on first wear. Disappointing

I bought these shoes because I've always wanted a pair of snakeskin Rockport shoes, also the price was amazing. I'm a true 8.5, but these shoes slide right off my feet and hurt my feet within a few hours of wearing them.
