Loved these pumps which I ordered in my regular size of 8 1/2 but in wide so they would be comfortable. However, they were too long so I returned for an 8 which were also too big. Now going to try a 7 1/2 W.

This product said that I should order a half size smaller and I did, but it was way too small.

By design these appeared to have a quality insole that should be supportive. I need to go up a half size but even standing could feel the edges of the insole on my foot, which I anticipate could be annoying over time. Overall, the quality felt about as expected for the price point but not exceptional.

These shoes are wonderful!! Especially for someone who isn't used to stilettos or just wants a little bit more comfort and stability, while still achieving the same look. The heel itself is just a tiny bit wider than most stilettos heels, which makes a world of difference. Great insoles also! They do definitely run large, which is why I knocked 1 star on my review.

I normally wear a 6.5 or 7 M, but the 6 W was comfortable.

Shoes look great. However, too big, didn’t feel like real leather.

I’m not sure where the issues with sizing came from, as I am one of the people who needs to size up. After standing in them for a while, my toes were too cramped and numb. Otherwise, love the style and comfort of the insole, as well as the leather. Hoping the next 1/2 size up fits better.

I was ready to love these and wear them all the time, but they were too small. I'm a 9 and ordered the 9. They felt like 8.5's. If I could get them in a 9.5 I would do it in a minute. They look lovely and I'm a fan of Rockport heels.

Based on previous reviews stating these shoes ran big, I ordered down a half size (10.5 from an 11.0). Unfortunately, these were too small, even for my left foot, which is a 10.0-10.5 typically. Too bad there are no 11.0's in stock as they are beautiful shoes and the perfect heel height.

Started with half size smaller than usual based on reviews, but still too big. Full size smaller is comfy and perfect!

The shoes are very cute and comfy. I have a wide foot and these fit great! The only problem was that my heels slipped out in the back when I walked. So I had to return them.

I have a size 8 or 8.5 foot. I also have trouble with a narrow heel that slips and blisters easily. I have plantar fasciitis with heel spurs so the quality of the arch support and heel cushioning is very important for my comfort. These shoes run slightly large in the heel for a size 8.5 but the size 8 was short in the toe box. I developed heel blisters within the first hour of wear but ultimately was able to wear the same pair for a 2 day business trip using gel heel inserts. Overall these are the most comfortable pumps I have ever owned ( minus the blister) and I ended up getting 2 more in other colors.

Very comfortable, wore them all day for the first time and didn’t have any blisters or foot pain at all. The leather is very soft though and scratches/tears easily so be gentle with them

Beautiful shoe, but not as comfortable as other reviewers thought. I wear heels everyday, but these rubbed my feet wrong in quite a few places. I hope they just need some breaking in.

I've purchased Rockport heels before, though not this particular style. Unfortunately, though I ordered the same size as I've ordered before, with this style they were way too small so back they go. Cute shoes though and they look as if they'd be as comfortable as my other ones, if they were large enough.

I’m optimistic that these are going to be the first heels I’ll be able to wear comfortably. They feel good - big enough in the toe box. I hope after a few hours in them I’ll feel the same!
