I would buy this shoe for the rest of my life if I could. Got it in three colors to last. The height is practical the inner lining around the shoe is slightly padded so it won't give you blisters or rub on your foot and the extra cushion at the base of the shoe is very cushioned. I don't feel I have to give anything up or make a sacrifice when wearing this shoe. I've NEVER been able to say that about another pair of heels. Happy shopping all!

Rockport Total Motion are the most comfortable heels I've ever worn! These were the second style that I bought of the same line because they're so great. The Adidas technology makes for incredibly cushioned insoles! I have really bad problems with my feet and ankles and these are the only shoes that I've found I can wear at work all day. That being said, while they are comfortable they're not orthopedic looking in the least -- a rare find!

This was the color and style of shoe I was looking for except in a 2 1/2 inch heel. 3 in heel feels very high for me. But after reading the reviews, which I always do, I decided to take a chance. I ordered my regular 10w although most reviewers had to down size. Well its unbelievable that I had to go down 1 full size, both the 9 1/2 and 10 slip off my heel badly. I have never needed heel liners and was not sure if they would be comfortable. So I went down to a 9, no more heel slipping, they are snug but not painful they are very comfortable to walk in although they still feel like 3 inches. I love how pretty they are. And Zappos is the way to go for shoes, they make shoe shopping so easy, even my husband was impressed.

Finally! A comfortable heel. These shoes feel like you a slipping on a soft, comfy sneaker rather than a stylish, professional high heel. The padding and cushioning on the inside are like nothing I have felt before in a pump. I have tried just about every brand of pumps, from expensive to cheap, and have always ended up in pain. It's also hard to find a wide width, which I need. These fit the bill on all counts and they are a beautiful shoe to boot. I could wear them all day and that never happens with heels - I always end up with blisters, severe ball of foot pain, etc. Highly recommend!

I normally wear a 6 1/2 but ordered a 6 based on many reviews stating the shoe ran large. While it may stretch out after several wears, it did seem to me the shoe does not run large initially. I returned the size 6 but did re-order the 6 in a wide width, which actually worked well for me. I wore this shoe for the first time today and it did not hurt my feet. For a dress pump, I think it would be hard to beat on comfort. The appearance is sharp as well. I ordered the taupe, although it was definitely a patent leather. Overall, I like this shoe.

If there were an award for shoe of the year, this would be the winner. First, it is unbelievably comfortable. I wore it all day the first day I had it, with no blisters. There is no break-in period at all. Second, it is classically beautiful. Third, the price. I have paid hundreds for shoes not as comfortable or attractive as this one. I love these shoes. Comfortable and true to size. I normally need to get Rockport pumps a half size smaller but not in this style. I wear a 6W and these shoes fit perfectly. Some pumps slip off your heel while walking but not these. But when I like a pump that slips off, I use foot petals strappy strips. They are made for sandals but I use them for pumps.

Purchased these in the black leather. Beautiful quality and finish. The insole is all-day comfortable, a real plus for a high heel. It took two wearings for the shoe to break in. I want a second pair in that incredible blue suede.

I'm returning for a larger size. After reading reviews that the shoe runs larger, I downsized my my normal 9.5 dress shoe size to a 9 in the nude color. That was a mistake! I even checked the inside of the shoe to make sure they didn't have 8.5 shoes in a size 9 box! I was also a little surprised at how shiny the shoes are. They'll still work for my purpose, but adding "patent leather" to the shoe description would be good for customers. I just hope ordering the next 1/2 size will be enough!

Wow. What a great shoe. Although this heel is higher than I would normally wear for work, you can't feel it. It is amazing and comfortable. The metal studs also add an edge to what could be viewed as a typical black heel. Even without the studs, I likely will buy another pair in another color. Highly recommend!!

I have been searching for a patent nude pump for some time. I ordered several pairs including a Cole Haan from Zappos, I kept the Rockport. While the Cole Haan pump was more expensive it was not as comfortable as the Rockport. The padding in the foot-bed makes this shoe so incredibly comfortable and flexible.
