Simple pump style, but the "Diamond Snake" texture makes it different, much more interesting. The sole lining is padded, super comfortable. Most comfortable heeled shoes I've bought in a long time. Got 2 pairs in Diamond Snake shades. Will get Patent shades as well.

I agree with the 5-star reviews, these are great heels! I love a good heel but can't bear to beat up my poor feet in 4in heels anymore. These are a good compromise - slender heel and nice cut, and the padding is amazing! Good choice for a great black heel.

Possibly the most comfortable pump I've owned yet, they felt comfortable and "broken in" right out of the box, fit great, and look ready for tough NYC sidewalks.

Very comfortable. Just wore to a summer wedding with a red dress. I got tons of compliments and the best part, I danced all night in them.

I am always a size 6, so was surprised when I had to exchange for the 6.5. I wore for six or more hours, with walking and a lot of standing, during a convention for work. It was also day 3 of said convention when I gave these a try. I was impressed at how well I held up with already fatigued feet. I'm very happy with this purchase and will definitely look to Rockport moving forward! My job entails many events, whether attending or executing, and comfortable but classy shoes are necessary.

I had been looking for this type of shoe in various locations and finally found it at Zappos. It fits perfectly and is extremely comfortable.

Classic and comfortable - I am a professional in Manhattan and need performance heels. These shoes look great, very classic style, nice high heel, yet they are incredibly comfortable even after a day of walking up and down subway stairs, from one office building to another on uneven sidewalks and pot-holed streets. No pinching. No numb toes. No blisters. I have paid much more for designer shoes that looked exactly like these and were not nearly as "user-friendly". So over that!

These are my new standard heels, they are great! I have 3 pairs. Comfortable for a heel but not dowdy. The pointed toe does wonders for shorter legs like mine. The heel height is perfect; enough of a lift to look good but not so much that you teeter around like a newborn foal. The insole is really the best part for me: it's a nice cushioned foam with fabric on top. This keeps things from getting, uh, too moist and prevents slipping into the instep. I love this about them. Word of caution: these are cut generously but the patent leather versions are not. I have two pairs of 6.5Ws in leather that fit like a glove, but the same size in the patent leather was way too tight. I exchanged them and am awaiting the 7W. Will update.

Stylish and truly comfortable, these are my new go-to's! I got them in black patent and smog patent. Brilliant that they put the "adiprene" by Adidas insole directly into the shoe. It's like wearing a slipper!

I have wide feet. In Europe you do not find wide shoes, so I normally buy 10½M. For this model, 10½W was not available. I ordered 10½M and 10W, planning to return one of them. The surprise was to discover that 10W and 10½M are identical in length! So: - 10½M feels good in length, but a bit narrow. - 10W feels perfect in width, but they are feel slightly long. My conclusion is that they run half size bigger. - I think 10½M fit in length because my feet do not have space to move inside the shoe. - The way the wide shoes feel made me realize that I am wrongly believing that I am a 10½. They do not sell wide sizes in Europe. So my real size is 10W. - Because 10W is big, the shoes must run half size bigger. Unfortunately I am flying back to Europe. I do not have time to order 9½W to verify if my assumption is correct. My suggestion is to choose the exact width that you know you have: wide, or normal. Then order half a size smaller than your regular size. If you have narrow feet, I have no idea what would fit. The shoes are incredibly comfortable. Try different sizes until you get yours correct.

I order 98% of my shoes from Zappos and usually stay under the $200 mark on price. I have never written a review. This shoe is so adorable and comfortable, I couldn't possibly recommend it enough. I was skeptical to go for the print out of fear of not being able to wear it often. As soon as I opened the box I fell in love with them and my co-workers went out of their minds! They really make a statement. I need a wide with and usually wear a size 9. The 9W was a tad too big so I went down to an 8.5W. I don't think I've ever owned a more comfortable pair of shoes. I will most likely eventually have these in every color.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable! The marvelous padded lining (which doesn't seem to add any bulk) feels like a slipper all day long. I took the advice to order a half size smaller and am glad that I did. They fit like a glove. I know that I'll buy these again in other colors. Absolutely the best!

These are amazing shoes. When I host training events, I'm on my feet for three solid days. I also have joint ache in my ankles and feet so these shoes are great! I never find cute heels that are amazingly comfortable. I'm ordering this in a few other colors!

I was looking for more of a nude shade, these are like a weird grayish tan, definitely neutral. Very comfortable, but returning them.

The most perfect color ever. Really--a gray neutral is amazing. But I could see my toes. So the went back. They felt slightly big even .5 size down. And yes, I tried them on later in the day (when all feet swell).

I've been looking forever for a good pair of classic black pumps for work and these are the best that I've found. I walk up to 3 miles a day (the rest of the time I'm at a desk, not standing) and these shoes are extremely comfortable. They do run large -- I'm usually an 8 or 8 1/2 and I'm wearing the 7 1/2 in these.

This is the most comfortable heel that I have ever worn! It is more comfortable than most of my flats. I cannot believe that heels can be this comfortable - it makes me mad at other shoe manufacturers. All shoes should be made like this.

Very comfortable and pretty shoes. I bought these for residency interview season, and even on hospital tours where you are going up and down stairs, I always felt comfortable. The rubber sole makes a huge difference, as does the cushioning on the inside. Your feet still get sore at the end of the day (I feel like this is inevitable with any high heel given the pressure on the balls of your feet), but it is MUCH better than any other heels I've worn. I'm currently contemplating buying a second pair I like these so much.

Super comfortable and stylish shoe. I totally recommend this shoe for anyone who wants to wear heels but actually hates wearing them.

This is my first pair or Rockport pumps and I'm amazed at how comfortable they are right out of the box. I will definitely consider purchasing this brand and style again

Nice looking and really comfortable - for high heels. I haven't been able to wear such shoes due to a bad foot, but I should be able to wear these. So far, just trying out inside. The grip on the bottom helps plus cushion at ball of foot.

These are probably the most comfortable 3" heels I have purchased in my entire life. I wore them Saturday night from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. AND never took them off even while dancing for three hours! Order a half size down, they run big.
