THe style the fit and the comfort of this shoe is exceptional. I ordered a half size smaller as recommeded and it was in fact the perfect fit. These shoes are comfortable for a full day wear at work and a night out dancing. I never provide feedback or reviews but feel that this shoe is worth a critique for others looking for a fashionable, functional and comfortable shoe. I will buy several other colors in this shoe.

I ordered a 9&1/2 - too big Then I ordered a 9, and a 9wide. The 9 was perfect. I absolutely hate having to wear heels, nothing about wearing heels is comfortable! These shoes look great and I felt decent wearing them. I would recommend Rockport brand!

Let me preface this by saying that I like neither heels nor writing online reviews. These shoes are awesome. I wore them all through residency interview season (>20 interviews) and they still look and feel great. They never gave me blisters and were more comfortable than my "back up" flats I kept in my purse in case of snow/ice/long distance walking. The heel, while a little high for someone who doesn't really wear heels, gives height while looking professional. The cushioning inside is unlike any other heels I've worn...grandma shoe on the inside, perfectly presentable young professional shoe on the outside. I bought the grey suede and the color is as it appears on the website. Try them. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Hands down the most comfortable pumps I've ever owned. Padding is incredible and arch support moderate for my high arches. I had given up any hope of ever wearing a stylish high heeled pump again. Very happy to have found this shoe!

This is the most amazing pump you will purchase!!! I was on my feet at a exhibition (so a hard concrete floor basically) and my feet never ached!!!!

Great shoe for wide feet. So comfortable. now...about size..I normally wear a 5 1/2 wide (thank you Zappos). I ordered this size in this beautiful brown and also in taupe patent leather. The brown fit perfectly but the taupe patent leather was too big. Rockport should do better quality control to keep their sizes uniform. other than that -- the shoes are wonderful!

These shoes became my favorite pumps on the first day I wore them. I ordered another pair the next day and will order the bronze color as soon as it becomes available. I normally take a size 8 1/2 and ordered a size 8 based on the reviews. The padding ends discomfort, no burning, no sliding forward and the location of the heel stabilizes the shoe. Most comfortable pump I've ever worn!

I followed the advice of others and ordered a half size down. Wrong! Had to reorder in my usual size which was just right. The grey suede was very attractive and I liked the moderate heel and toe. Looks great!

This shoe is SO comfortable when you put it on! The cushioning is lovely. However, the vamp is cut really low, and as a result, my pinky toe on one foot rubbed up and down on the vamp. Would NOT have been comfortable in the long run. Such a shame!! I really wanted to love them.

I LOVE these shoes. I have bunions, and thought I could never wear a pointy toe pump again. But these feel almost as good as my sneakers. They are awesome! I am so happy I got them. The weight is distributed off of my problem spots. I am usually a 7, and that's what I ordered. They are a little long, but that is okay. Heel doesn't slip. Don't hesitate. Get these shoes!!!

I was just about to give up trying to wear heels, when I saw that black pumps were available in a wide width. OK, one more try. The Rockport Total Motion pumps have me back in style. I ordered my regular size 8 in wide. They are a pleasure with a soft supportive lining and plenty of room for my wide feet and bunion on my left foot. With the left shoe a great fit, the right shoe was a bit loose, which an insert easily resolved. I am so happy to have heels I can wear comfortably.

I had to get a 9 W in this size but it is the best shoe ever. I have as many colors as comes in a 9 w. I usually wear a 9.5 medium but they are a bit narrow

I normally wear a 8.5; I ordered several sizes and ended up with a size 9 due to the toe area feeling a little too snug on my normal size. I do a lot of walking when I travel and the cushion in these shoes really helps. It's early, but seems like it may be the best pump I've owned yet. ??

Shoes were true to size and were very comfortable. I don't ordinarily wear shoes that look pointy, but these didn't squish my toes.

I don't really wear heels even to formal occasions except one time. The shoes were so uncomfortable I left the wedding reception early. I bought these pumps to wear to another wedding and I was able to tolerate wearing them for around 8 hours. I did feel some aching in my feet but it was gone the next morning. Thank you Zappos and Rockport!

Just the color I was looking for. Great basic heel at just the right height. Very cushiony insole.

Truly, the most comfortable pumps I own. I have 2 other pairs, so I knew to ignore the recommendation and order my actual size. I have a very high arch, so its rare a shoe will provide perfect support. I rated arch support as moderate, but if you don't usually have issues, you may be impressed with this shoe.

Very comfortable shoe but runs a half size big. I usually wear a size 8 and had to return it but size 7.5 fits like a glove. The shoe is very soft and it has a padding at sole which is really a nice touch as it gives you more support. I usually don't wear hills but had to get a pair for a special occasion. I have tried tens of different shoes but this one is a winner! I wish it had more arch support but it is a hill after all so... Very soft and comfortable shoe for being such a high hill shoe. I was pleasantly surprised I could wear a hill again!
