Most comfortable dress show ever! I work in a theme park and am on my feet on hard surfaces and uneven terrain for hours each day. My poor feet usually take a beating! From the first moment I slipped these on, until the end of my day, my feet felt amazing!

What a fantastic shoe! Comfortable enough to hike through the airport on business, but still stylish. Great shoe for the money, I am going to order every color.

I have found a new favorite brand!! This pump is incredible. The pictures don't do justice to how nice the padding on the insole is. There is so much support and comfort, I think I could run a marathon in these. Also, for a pointy-toe pump, there's plenty of toe room. It runs true to width and size.

THIS SHOE IS A GAME CHANGER!!!! I havent been able to wear heels for YEARS due to discomfort, instability, feeling like I was going to slip...not anymore. This is an orthopedic comfort cushion sneaker on the inside and a good-looking classic pump design on the outside. The bottom is shock-absorbing non-slip -- I feel like I could walk on an icy sidewalk in these. Incredible. I am shocked, happily. I am excited to try more styles!!!

This is my second pair of these pumps because I don’t want to mess around finding another pair as comfortable when I wear the first out! Incredibly comfortable and the perfect classic pump with just the right heel.

These were great and I *almost* kept them, but next to the Nine West, they just weren't *quite* as cute. In the comfort department they were fantastic. Very padded inside, felt like walking on a cloud.

This shoe was comfortable right out of the box. I’ve had three knee surgeries and try to avoid heels since it bothers my knee. Not these. I definitely recommend.

I read reviews that said to consider ordering down a 1/2 or whole size. Since the only one instock was a full size down, I ordered it. I normally wear a 6W and ordered a 5W. I could get the shoe on, but it was obviously too tight. I ordered the same shoe in a 6W in a different color and it was too big. Apparently the allusive 5 1/2 W would have been right. The padding in the shoe was wonderful, but the toe box a little tight for my wide foot. Beautiful shoe.

These shoes are gorgeous and made with extra cushion and soft leather. They pinched the first day a little bit across the toes but they stretched out every day after that and now, on the third day, they seem to fit well. I had a problem at the end of the first day and second day with the heels slipping. I put an extra heel buffer in them and they are fine now. Overall, I love these shoes!

This are the most comfortable heels I’ve owned. I bought them for a trade show in which I had to be on my feet for an entire week more than 5hrs a day, and they worked perfectly. I love the material also looks very nice, classy and easy to pair with just about everything.

You would never believe a pump this comfortable!

I was so happy with this shoe - it is very comfortable and attractive enough (I don't think a shoe this low can ever be beautiful, but it is pointy enough and the heel is more than a kitten heel). I then bought it in the suede (which is even better) and the patent which is for some reason smaller and therefore not comfortable - but I wore it all day before I realized the patent sizing must be different and now I can't return. Moral: get the suede, it is great. If you get the patent, it runs smaller so try on for while before you throw away the box.

I have 2 pairs. One is 7.5 and one is an 8. I'm a true 8 but have a narrow heel (not narrow toe bed). I got my first pair in 7.5 because the heel slipped in the 8. But my toes feel crunched after wearing for awhile, so I got my next pair in an 8. I'll just deal with heel pads or ball of foot pads for the heel slip. Because in spite of that, these were the most comfortable of 12 pairs of pumps I tried. Yes, a 3.5-4" heel looks classier, but these 3" are a sure a more comfortable height. How I wish Rockport would make these in a N heel. I noticed several other reviewers complained of the heel slipping also. I wonder if Zappos says this runs 1/2 size large just because of the wide heel?

I was skeptical of all the great reviews, but what an amazing shoe. The cushioned insole makes this easily the most comfortable pair of heels I’ve ever owned. I ordered a 9W, which is what I would typically wear with brands like Cole Haan. I think the medium width would’ve been okay, as these seem to run a bit large and were looser than I’d prefer. However, with a heel cushion, they’re fine. If you tend to run between sizes or widths, I’d say order down.

After reading the reviews, I ordered my normal 6.5W. They are so tight I am returning them. It was very discouraging. I have Rockport loafers in 6.5W and they fit perfectly. I will order them a half size up - hopefully those will fit. I'm still giving these shoes a 5 star rating. They are just gorgeous.

Love this shoe the color is between a black & a bronze and really looks great with the little .black dress. This Rockport shoe has good arch support & the heel was was not so high that this 66 yr old grandma could feel good wearing heels again like she did 25yrs ago:-)

These were almost comfortable. The toe area was great and they are beautiful shoes - but one of the shoes dug into the top of my foot. I really wanted to love them... They are true to size - I am a 8.5 and the 8.5 fit very well.

I wear a size 8 in most shoes. I ordered down a size because of other reviews that said it runs larger. This shoe does NOT RUN LARGE! It would have fit if I'd ordered my size.
