I bought these for my mom. She is very happy and says it’s probably the most comfortable pump she’s ever had.

Very impressed with the cushy supports built into the shoe. Unfortunately they were too wide for my narrow foot. Rock Port did a great job of creating a comfortable high heel without compromising the classic look of a high heel.

I love these shoes. I can wear them all day at the office, running from meeting to meeting, and walk to/from work with out major issues. No other shoes compare in comfort while also looking professional and stylish.

I have a small bunion on my right foot so finding heels that are comfortable is really important. I ordered 5 different pairs of black heels and by far and away these heels are incredible! I first ordered my normal size 8 in a wide but those were too big so I ordered a 7.5 in a wide and they fit perfectly. I fly on an almost weekly basis and I'm totally comfortable wearing these to the airport, walking from the daily parking area all through the airport, getting to my office and being in them all day until getting to the hotel. It is hard to find heels you can be in all day but these are 5 stars all the way!

The best high heel shoes I've ever had, stylish, very comfortable and they look amazing!! I got so many compliments on them! I wish the still would still carry "smog patent" color which was a light grey and it looked very sharp and it worked really well with many of my clothing. Hopefully is going to come back soon, I absolutely loved it!

Loved these! On my feet for several hours at a formal gala and was in total comfort when others were digging flats out of their purses. I usually wear an 8 and an 8 here worked fine. I have a somewhat narrow heel and normal width was fine. No hose or footies. Will buy other colors. These were just great!

The padding in the heel and insoles is incredibly comfortable. The modest heel height also makes for a very comfortable wear. I also love that there is a little traction on the sole to make for greater functionality on slick surfaces.

I love these heels. I never thought of wearing heels because most hurt my feet but these are great. Very comfortable

This is the first pair of pointy heels AND the first stiletto's I've ever owned. Contrary to my expectations (and to every other stiletto shoe I've ever tried), such heels can be comfortable!! These are amazing - very well-cushioned, perfect width for me, and seem very durable.

Cute, comfortable & perfect for work! The insole is like a mini memory foam mattress. I wear a size 7 with a slightly wide foot & these fit like a glove! I bought the patent black & get tons of compliments every time I wear them! A little more money than I usually spend on work shoes, but these are totally worth it! Going to buy them in other colors now.

I usually wear 5.5 (M) for pumps and ordered both the 5.5 Wide and 5 Wide for these. I ended up keeping the 5.5 Wide as they fit more comfortably around the toe box - the size 5 were a bit snug. Excellent support and cushioning on ball of feet! I wore them to an event for work all day and did not get any blisters - now that's news to me! I was originally hesitant about the pump style. I love slip-on pump style shoes - they always look real chic, professional, and versatile. Unfortunately I haven't had much luck finding pumps that work well for me. They always slip off my heels, even when I order smaller sizes. These stayed on pretty well! I'm in love with my shoes and would definitely consider getting more Rockport shoes!

Love these Rockport heels, I have two pairs now the beige and black. Very comfortable for a high heel and look really good with dresses or jeans.

Omg! These shoes are every heel-wearers dream! I am on my feet constantly all day long and my feet don't hurt in these shoes! I have two pairs and plan to buy more in different colors. Please add more colors Rockport! I have recommended them to everyone. Don't hesitate. Buy!!!

I love the warm taupe patent color, the style of the heel and how comfortable they are! I usually wear a size 8, but it was slipping, so I went with a size 7.5 W. The footbed is very cushy and I love the non-slip sole. Perfect with one exception: I have wide toes, a narrow heel and high arches. These shoes are super wide in the middle leaving a huge gap on the inside of my feet in the area of my arches so that I could easily see the footbed when wearing them. In addition, the footbed has a bright red stripe which makes it even worse because I could see it while wearing these heels. I also ordered the same pair in black and they were a little wide in the middle but not nearly as bad. Not sure if it is just this particular pair or because it is a wide fit. I may give the medium a try.

It took me a couple tries to find the best size - I'm usually a 5.5-6 M-N and found that a 5 W fit best. The first time wearing them, I still had to take them off before the night was over, but they're a heck of a lot more comfortable than other heels - why don't they make ALL heels with sneakers insoles?! They look classy on the outside.

I never write reviews. But I am thrilled today. I have not worn heels for years. Between tendinitis, bunions, toe arthritis - all the attractive features of approaching a half century - I had pretty much given up on anything other than platform wedges for "big girl" shoes. But I needed these for a gala dress and just bit the bullet. They are really comfortable, well-made, elegant, and I just paraded around the office in them for half the day today, just because I could! A far cry from most heels that set my knees and bunions aching in 5 minutes. I don't know how they did it but I am a convert. It is true they run quite big.

I very seldom wear high heels so was dreading the experience. This shoe was a very pleasant surprise. Very comfortable and fun to wear. I am normally a 7 in tennis shoe and ended up with a size 6 in this shoe.

Wow, these are some comfy pumps. I am NOT a heel wearer. Like never. I bought these for a formal occasion and also because I'm an adult woman who should a staple like this in my wardrobe. These did not disappoint. They are SO comfortable. They do not require a "break in" period. My feet that are used to comfort flats can handle them straight out of the box. I will say I'm a reliable 8.5 in nearly all brands of shoes and this 8.5 is a touch big. I ordered an 8 as well based on other reviews and it is too tight. I kept the 8.5 and added gel heel cushion to fill the space and keep my heel from slipping and it is perfect. Thanks, Rockport for making a comfort heel that doesn't look like a typical comfort shoe!

These are great! I broke down and bought a pair of "comfort" pumps after going to a wedding recently and having to sit most of the time because my feet hurt so bad. As I sat there I told myself that I would get a pair of comfortable pumps, even if they weren't very stylish. These are comfortable AND stylish. They just look like a regular pair of pumps but on the inside they have quite a bit of squishy padding and a little arch support. It said they run large and to order 1/2 size down. I usually wear a 7.5 so I ordered a 7 & a 7.5 and the 7.5 fit better. I may put a small pad in the heel but the 7's were just too small. I'm so happy to have found these.
