Very comfortable with great support. Fits nicely around the ankle so pants don't get caught. I usually wear an 11 in dress shoes. 10.5 fit great with plenty of room for my toes. Great looking bootie.

Excellent purchase, stylish & well worth the price, Softwalk Rocklins are very true to size I'm an 8.5 but I have a neuroma on the left side, I still need one of my 'ball of the foot' inserts but extremely comfy with med thick socks, perfect width. The Zappos purchase process very easy and qualified for next day shipping. I recommend these shoes.

This is a great shoe! So comfortable that I wore it all day the first day I put it on. I just ordered my second pair.

This is a beautiful boot with quality and style. I have a wide-ish foot, but this was a little tight. I typically wear 8.5 or 9 medium, sometimes 8.5 wide. This was still tight on me, across the toes. I also tried a 9 wide. That was too big, so I should do fine with the 9 medium. It's very soft, and does not irritate against the front of the foot/ankle when walking like some short boots do.

These are the cutest boots! They run true to size. They look good with everything! Skirts, dresses, slim pants, leggings - just name it! I am always struggling with arch support, and these boots give the right support. They are very comfortable to walk with. I will definitively recommended them and will continue to buy from this brand.

These are very comfortable boot! Order half a size down. I am usually a 7½-8 and 7 fit perfectly.

This medium gray bootie was a default purchase for me. I was looking for a slate grey shoe and so was everyone else because my common size was not available in any slate grey bootie. That said, this shoe is very comfortable with lots of padding and arch support.

I ordered the black suede. I ordered these shoes along with a bunch other ones that look similar to them and these were my favorite for every day wear. They are very comfortable. Not too big a heal. The leather is pretty thick and seems durable. I would say to order your size or half a size larger.

I purchased these booties only after sending numerous pairs back (sorry Zappos, and thanks for all the great customer service)! I got the grey pair in wide. I've had two surgeries on my toe and have to have a wide toe box. These feel great even after teaching 22 kids all day! No paint on these at all. I get compliments all the time.

I wish that I could tell you how these fit. They are gorgeous! Well made, nice styling and finishing. But I couldn't even get my feet to slide into them, let alone zip them up and walk around. I have exceedingly wide and very flat feet and, since other SoftWalk shoes have run a touch wide, I ordered a D width, instead of my usual EE width, thinking that I might take the gamble. No way, no how. So sad!

Love these booties. The black leather is very nice. They have a nice contour and are very comfortable. I'm retired and am in the go. So happy I found these!

Just one of the reasons I love Zappos is the wide shoe selection. I ordered these cute booties in M because my foot is not terribly wide, I just like comfort. and they were too small. So I used the exchange option with Zappos and in an amazing 24 hours I had the Wide size - also too small. Not sure why neither of these work for me but wouldn't say a wide will even fit if you have a wide foot. Beautiful shoes though!

Love these! Were super comfortable to wear all day, straight from pulling them out of the box. The leather has quickly achieved a slightly worn-in patina. Soles were a little slippery (no traction) the first few days.

These are very nice quality, love the pebbled leather. Only problem, the heel is loose but I'm able to adjust it with inserts. Great insole and cushioning, feel good in the toe area as well. I have to take a star for comfort but, I love them!

Great short bootie - They were comfortable straight out of box and with excellent support. True to size. The sole is slightly slippery but I will likely add some taps to the bottom anyway.

I have worn these a few times now and I really love them! I have gotten several compliments, too. They are very comfortable and look great. I have wide feet, so I have a hard time finding shoes that fit well.

I have a bunion on my left foot. The W size plus the way that the leather stretches does help. It's just as cute as pictured. I found this very comfortable to wear all day.

I HAVE A HIGH ARCH WITH AN ANNOYING BONE THAT PROTRUDES ON TOP OF MY FOOT, SO MY HEIGHT OF FOOT DOESN'T WORK WITH BOOTS, CLOGS, SHOES WITH STRAPS AND YOU NAME IT. ON TOP OF THAT, I JUST GOT BIG WIDE FEET. AND I'M PICKY...THESE BOOTS OFFER A SIMPLE DESIGN THAT WILL COMPLIMENT FORMAL AND CASUAL DRESS WEAR. AND THE SUBTLE MATTE BLACK FINISH WITH A TWO TONE HEEL IS RIGHT ON IN KEEPING WITH THE FORMAL AND CASUAL STYLE. LOOKS GREAT WITH JEANS, LEGGINGS, TROUSERS. I WORE THEM OUT OF THE BOX, SO COMFY, NO SOCKS REQUIRED! ROCK ON!

I debated whether to order the 8.5 or 9 wide for my bunioned, very wide and overused athletic feet. Got the 9s, which were too big, but reordered 8.5w, and they're great! Good cushioning, no pressure in my over wide forefeet, and cute! Haven't worn them for distance walking yet, but have high hopes. If you're debating size, go smaller, and rest assured, the wide is wonderful wide.

SUCH A COMFORTABLE BOOTIE. The pair I ordered did not have any white powder on them. They are perfect - I could wear these shoes all day.

I absolutely love this Booties! I have a wide foot and high arches. My feet are always hurting and it is hard to find a cute shoe. These are so comfy! They are very soft and cushioned and fit perfect. I know some people complained about some white substance on the heel and leather. I didn't see any of that. It might be only if you order the suede? I ordered the black leather.

I wear a narrow show and have had problems with plantar fasciitis. These boots make me forget I am wearing shoes. They are amazing. I have black pair and a brown pair. I wish they had even more colors!
