I love these booties! They are cute and so so comfortable. I ordered my regular size (8 wide) and found them to be 1/2 size too big. I sized down 1/2 a size to a 7.5 W and they fit perfectly. They quality of the leather is great, and I did not have a problem with the "white powder" other reviewers mentioned - maybe it's specific to a particular color?

Love these shoes. Very comfortable, with a lightly padded base for all-day comfort. Felt perfectly sized. Loved them so much I bought them in another color.

I was looking for a neutral color boot for the fall and picked the grey suede. I have very small wide feet with very high arches. These boots fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I picked a half size larger and just the wide width. Arch support is as described. I would have liked the arch a bit higher, but it's high enough to be comfortable for my feet. These are beautiful boots.

I have these booties in the black with the natural sole and 2 years in, I still love them! They were so soft and yet so supportive from the moment I got them, and I wore them for 10+ hours on concrete floors in a convention hall the first day. I love that SoftWalk has such a great range of widths - I prefer a wide width when I can get it, but still want to look stylish. I wish SoftWalk made more shoes like this, and less with the 'comfort/orthopedic' shoe look. My only 2 criticisms:1- Needs some better material options. I also ordered waxy cognac leather, and it was stiff, the 2 shoes weren't well-matched in how the leather looked and honestly, it was an ugly material (looked like crinkled up paint marks). 2: I do feel like the support lessened a lot faster in 1 season than it should in a shoe at this price point (and I alternate these booties with cross-trainers, Born clogs, and Kork-ease boots to keep them lasting longer.)

This shoe is just as beautiful on as it is online. It's quite comfortable out of the box, though not perfect. My comfort issue was with the top edge of the front of the ankle. At every step this edge digs into my ankle. It's possible this will soften up over time, but maybe it won't. As for arch support, it feels like it has quite good arch support, but the bit supporting your arch is just a padded cushion and doesn't have any firmness to resist my weight. I suspect it feels like arch support but isn't actually as much as it seems. Width: I normally wear a 9.5 wide, but can fit into regular width shoes if that shoe is on the wider side. This boot falls into that category. I took the advice of some reviewers and sized up, meaning I ordered a 10W. This boot was both too long and way too wide! Turns out a 9.5 standard width was the right one for me. I ended up returning this boot and opting for the Olukai Malie boot instead for two reasons: 1- the discomfort of the ankle edge digging in, and the fact that the insole isn't removable. Otherwise, it was a close call. I really liked this boot.

A++ in Comfort: I am a teacher and I'm on my feet all day. These booties are so comfy. My feet don't hurt at all by the end of a long day at work. I'm also a double wide and the fit is perfect. I love that they are stylish too. Color: I ordered the cognac vintage waxy. My first pair came with a slight defect. Like the glue on the heel oozed out and parts of it peeled. Zappos replaced without any fuss. The new pair is perfect. I did notice that the color of the first pair was a slightly darker brown than my current pair. I preferred the first color but no one else will know but me. Each boot matches it's pair so not to worry. I like how the leather has a slightly worn in look and the color is not uniform.

Stylish boot for wide feet! I ordered wide width. I searched high and low for a good bootie, for my wide feet, both online and in stores. I kept eyeing this one, but the price was a little higher, so I kept putting it off. I finally ordered it and it is well worth the price. It is SO comfortable, with the built-in padded footbeds, which are just right--not too thick. I ordered wide, since I have quite wide feet, and struggle finding wide, stylish, comfortable shoes. I am very picky about style, too, which makes it really difficult to find a stylish and comfortable boot. A friend of mine mistook them for the popular Lucky Brand bootie, which I really love, but wasn't comfortable for me, even in the wide width. The wide in this bootie is so comfortable, that I imagine that the regular width boot might have even worked for me, although it would have probably been snug, which I'm used to. The quality of materials is outstanding--soft, supple leather and quality interior materials. I like the brown sole with the black leather, so they can be dressed up or down. These boots feel dreamy on my feet and look really cute--two things I never thought I'd say, in the same breath.

These are the most comfortable booties I've worn in a long time! The WW fits my large bunions easily. After wearing them for a while I could even wear thickish socks! I've worn them all day at work (teacher) and on walks - no discomfort. Just ordered more for next year - wish they came in more colors in my size! So far I haven't had the problems with the heels that others have, but I will say they are wearing fairly quickly in the heels already.

I wish these came in a chocolate brown just like the black...They are fabulous. You can walk and stand in these all day. Incredibly comfortable.

I have a huge bunion on my right foot. I bought these in 7.5 wide and they fit perfect. Very comfortable and I've tried many, many pairs of shoes this fall/winter.

Absolutely my favorite bootie I purchased this year. So comfortable. My only complaint is that they are a little slippery in the snow, but they are perfect otherwise.

These are great boots. Not only are they super comfortable right out of the box, but they're also super cute & versatile. I can wear them dressed-up with a skirt or dressed-down with jeans and a teeshirt.

Cute and comfortable! I've been looking for a low-heeled bootie, and this one ticks all the boxes. I have wide feet, but I felt I had plenty of room in these. Perhaps because of that, I think they are a bit too clunky to wear with tights and dresses. My 25 year old daughter disagrees. We agree they will look great with pants. Unfortunately, these shoes have an arch support built in that hits me at the wrong spot. I wore them inside for a couple of hours, was sure I would be keeping them. Suddenly, I got a shooting pain in my left arch, apparently from the arch support. Sadly, for me, they are going back. I think it's my weird foot, and not the shoe. Don't think most others will have this problem.

Shoe was comfortable and fit well, except the shade of gray was off just enough with the gray outfits I'd planned to wear them with that I couldn't justify keeping them at this price. The wood-grained look of the heel is also an odd contrast.

I ordered the grey. They are MUCH darker in person. Almost a black really. I have a wide foot and bunions, and the comfort is amazing so I am keeping them. Other than the color being off from what I was expecting, they are great!

Super cute little booties. I bought these to wear with tights and a dress. Love them! Very comfy and received many compliments on them.

Gorgeous boot. love the support and comfort of the foot bed and ankles. Unfortunately the inner left heel section of the right boot rubbed my heel with every step so back they went.

These are really really comfortable boots! Wore them out and had to do some quick dashing about and ended up running about 6 blocks in them...without them being broken in at all yet...and they were amazing! As comfortable as a new pair of running shoes.

Wonderful boot! I hated to send it back but my instep is too high and there was no give. Great quality and support.

Very comfortable. I wear a 10 narrow, and it's nearly impossible to get a boot that feels good, even with a low heel. This feels great and looks terrific. Rather pricey, but I plan on taking good care of them.

His is an amazing shoe!! So comfortable!! They can be dressed up or down and I always get compliments when I wear them. Wish I would have. Ought two pairs!

These booties are a dream. I wore them to work and walked over 10 city blocks with no pain, no discomfort. They are true to size, I wear an 11W and will be ordering several more pairs in different colors.
