I really like this boot. I exchanged it for a 1/2 size largers.

This is a cute shoe. The one I received had a defect in the zipper pull so I am returning it.

Soft Walk hasn't failed me yet! I can always count on good fit,comfort, and nice arch support. This is pair number 4 from this brand and I have every reason to keep coming back!

Really great boots. Super comfortable and cute. Was afraid they might be tight since I have a little wider foot, but great fit. Had tried the similar looking Kork ease. But these are way more comfortable, & less expensive. Also, I didn't have the white powder issue others mentioned. Love the boots & love zappos.

Usually wear a size 12, this was a little too big. Will be ordering a size smaller.

love these boots! i ordered 5 pairs of boots, and these were the only ones that fit beautifully, felt great, look great. they were, unfortunately, the most costly... but clearly, you get what you pay for. these boots are stylish and fit really well. but mostly, they're so incredibly comfortable that after a whole evening of wear (the first time i'd worn them), they felt as if i had had them for years.

These booties are excellent; I walk around all day and these definitely do the trick. They do not compromise comfort for fashion. They felt a bit wide at the top of the boot, but that depends if you wear tights or thin socks. The heel level is just right, and they have great soles- not slippery like some designer brands. I want these in several colors, so far I just have the black suede. Some of the most comfortable shoes I own. Minimal if not no break-in time required.

The most comfortable boots I have purchased so far and believe me I am big time about comfort on a shoe. I wish there were more options on shoes from Softwalk, they feel really nice on your feet and look awesome! I get so many compliments when wearing them! Definitely a good purchase. I bought the narrow width and they look great!

There is nothing better than these boots! I hope they never discontinue or change them. I keep buying newer colors. So so comfy and cute. And I am princess and the pea when it comes to shoe comfort. They come in Narrow which is much appreciated. I wish more shoes did.

I love these booties. I am a 31 year old who loves fashion but has problem feet from being a nurse. So finding these cute boots that are also comfortable was very exciting! They are well padded and have good arch support. Mine had none of the mystery powdery substance on them that some other reviewers mentioned. I highly recommend them.

Ordered the wide. True to size wide width. Easy to put on and take off. Super happy about this purchase. Have received many compliments on them and they are extremely comfortable!

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable these boots are! The leather is soft and great looking. I was hesitant to spend this much but the comfort made it worth it.

I ordered these boots because of that incredibly cute spotted fur on the back. When I received them, I was disappointed because the top of the boot cut into my shin when I walked. But I didn't want to send them back because they are so cute. After a couple of months of them just sitting in my closet, I decided to give them a real try wearing them around the house. First I pressed down a lot on that top edge that was bothering me. And the first few times I wore them, I wore socks with a thick front to protect my shin. Now...no problem. It softened up. And I get so many compliments on these boots. And they are my go-to shoes now...so comfortable. I've had a long love affair with Softwalk and have bought many of their shoes / boots / sandals here on Zappos. The soles are so soft and supportive. And the main thing...most of them come in narrow, and I have very narrow feet. I still have to wear thick socks with these boots, but hey...I'm good with that.

I love these booties so much I'm about to buy two more in other colors! Only complaints are the the little suede piece on the zipper ripped off one shoe after only a few times wearing them. They are a smudge looser than I expected for a narrow fit but still feels good & comfortable! Style wise they look so cute with everything! Leggings, tights, jeans...everything. Love them!

I'm not sure why others had an experience with their boots being "spray painted" at the sole. I didn't find any imperfections with mine and they are not only comfortable beyond my expectations but I'm a huge leather fan and the leather is so soft. I work on my feet everyday and day one and two already I have them fitting the way I would want. Hardly any "break in" time needed. No complaints.

These shoes just arrived and I have worn them once. I am 5'11" and wear size 12/13, so I got these shoes in 12W. They are wider than size 12, but not too wide - my feet did rub against the sides of the shoes a bit. Overall, these shoes are really comfortable, and I would buy more!

These are amazing. They are beautiful and comfortable. I liked these so much that I went back to Zappos and bought a second pair in beige. I feel very stylish and I am a grandma.

True to size both width and length! I don't understand the reviews about this being a wide shoe. I ordered it in narrow and regular width, in two sizes and it felt true to size. I thought it was a little hard to get on, but wasn't sure why. But nice quality and I like the suede punchout.

I ordered several booties similar to these SoftWalk Rocklins to try and these were by far the most comfortable. I wanted something I could really walk around a city in and these have good arch support and feel great. And they are cute, not frumpy.
