I bought these boots for our snow cabin and they do work well for occasional use. I am almost always a 9, occasionally an 8.5. I do not have wide feet at all, they are actually narrow but wide at the toes. These boots are quite roomy. I wore one pair of very thick winter socks with them and I could easily wear two pairs in these size 9 boots. I do think the 8.5 would have been too short for me, though. These are also fairly wide. My feet do side a bit inside these boots. Overall, they kept my socks and toes dry, so that’s a good thing! I think my feet were still a bit cold just because the boot is roomy. I am keeping these because I like the style and height of the boot, the laces are easy, and they are keeping my feet dry. Also, I just need them for occasional use. If I was in need of a pair to wear daily, I would not choose these ones because of the odd sizing.

These are great quality boots. Quality materials, lace up easily, are comfortable, and seem very warm (from what I can tell by wearing around the house). The footbed is very comfortable. The only reason I returned these is the width was a little narrow for me. I wear a 7.5 so ordered an 8 to allow for room in the width. Unfortunately they were a tad too long. The 7.5 fit perfectly but width was still a bit narrow. If you have an average width foot you should be very happy with them!

I LOVE this boot! I normally wear a size 9.5 shoe and ordered it in a 10. It fits like a glove. I have a narrow heel, and no slipping or rubbing! I can walk for miles in comfort. Keeps my tootsies warm in the Wisconsin winter and also dry during Spring melt. The lace up feature keeps the boot snugly in place, and a plus is that it is very attractive. Thanks, Columbia!

I really love these boots. I wanted something warm but not too bulky since I walk a lot in cold weather. These are both comfortable enough to walk around in and very warm. They also look great!

What a great pair of boots for a great price!!!

These boots are perfect for myself and my daughter. They fit well, are comfortable for walking all day, and keep feet warm. My daughter uses them daily during the winter months at college and I use them for travel which involves plenty of walking in cities. I just bought my daughter a second pair after wearing her first for almost 3 years. The original ones hold up great and look good, just a bit faded because she walks through mud, snow, and rain throughout the year.
