Great product - warm and looks great. Sometimes the pockets can look weird with the stiff lamination around the zippers.

It's great for around town, hey Arc'teryx listen to the reviews either make the arm pocket bigger to fit a phone or glasses.
Or you can replace with chest pocket.

This is a nice jacket for around town. It isn't windproof, but fleece generally isn't, but with a shell over it, it can keep you pretty warm if needed. A little too heavy for backpacking. But great for everyday use in town and car camping.
Main nit is the little sleeve pocket seems an afterthought. Its too small to fit glasses in it or most phones and its not a good spot to carry anyways because of arm flexure and movement. Much better would be to dump it, and add a little chest pocket. These are great for glass wearers and the easiest place to keep them safe when not wearing. Since this coat doesn't seem great for backpacking because of weight, the additional weight of such a pocket would not be a big deal.

The quality of this jacket is excellent.
Given the price, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED to find out it is manufactured in China!

I purchased the grey version about a year ago. I'm 5'9, 160lbs and the small is form fitting, the sleeves are a bit long but I think that is by design.
It looks very good unzipped 1/4 of the way with a collared shirt underneath, like a sporty and less "fratty" 1/4 zip from that other brand.
Only gripe for me is that it isn't very warm. I wear it inside more than anything.

I wanted something to wear under my Kappa Hoody and this fits the bill.
Great for keeping the chill away about the house.

Comfortable fleece jacket. Not many features. Pretty straight forward. Expected a little more at this price point. Sleeves a little long. Could be warmer. Decent.

This product is produced in China. My last review was cencored because I stated it, even though it's NOT against the guidelines.

I own a 6 year old version of the pullover in black and I wear it almost everyday in the winter. I haven't used this as a technical piece, but as an everyday sweater for work and a warm mid layer it has served me very well. The fabric has pilled to a certain degree, but it isn't too bad. I didn't realize that the pullover had discontinued when I purchased a 2nd one this summer, also in black, but now I am glad that I did.

Owned one of these for about a year. Fit is a little generous, cut is great and looks good (as always). Unfortunately, mine has pilled up quite badly and needs de-babbling often. A little bulkier than my other mid layers making it just fit under some of my outer layers.

The men's covert cardigan in olive bought a couple years ago was nice and warm, but unfortunately the version I had the fabric pilled up over much of the jacket, and wasn't what I expected. My wife's women's version in black was much better quality and had no such problems. Not sure if they were manufactured at same time or place. Also, women's gender specific pattern looks so much nicer as it's very form fitting. My men's covert crew sweater in black also was perfect and has lasted several years (too bad it's been discontinued, and the closest thing is the covert zip).

I have several of these jackets that I have acquired over the years. They are a quality product, and feel nice to the touch, but the fit is nothing special.
I preferred the cut of these 2 iterations ago where the lines were less straight and more fitted and tapered. (Not the baggy gang-banger look).
This new slightly shorter straight cut is not flattering to women who have curves and are not straight up and down with no waist and who have narrow shoulders. It also is not as functional as the older ,trimmer fitting tapered cut. It puzzles me as to why arm the holes are so small when they have loosened the fit.
Even as a 5'2"slim, very small but muscular 104 lb woman, they are too small and do not match the looser cut of these cardigans. I much prefer my older ones that were tighter in the bust and waist but were ample enough in the arm cutouts for a real person to find comfortable and to wear to work in a medical facility where it is constantly cold.
I have taken these jackets camping and traveling and they have always been winners, but this cut limits the functionality for some.
Of course these pieces are warm, but they require maintenance to remove the pilling that occurs with time.
I think Arc'teryx needs to offer these jackets in a trim fit and a relaxed fit to better fit multiple body types... Just like they did with the Sentinel and other pieces in the last few years. Then, the customer would be able to dial the fit in better. I can wear either a small or an extra small normally in these., but even the medium has tiny arm holes, and they are all very tight in the shoulders for their size. Most athletic or sports oriented women do not have tiny shoulders and arms. Even my tiny grandmother would find the arm holes to be small.

I bought this jacket but still haven't removed the tags as I'm concerned over the sizing. I just received the wool long sleeve top that I planned on wearing under this. The problem, like many others mentioned is the tight sleeves. The arms stick to the wool sleeves of what would be my base layer. I have to pull and tug to get everything in the right place, it still feels like the arms and shoulders are tight and the body is boxy. I plan on returning.

The quality appears to be excellent --- and if it's anything like the men's, I know it is because my partner has had one of these for about 6 years, uses it all the time, and it's still in like-new condition. I've wanted one like his for ages, but the fit is so off. I'm 5'9", 155lbs, quite fit. I ordered the medium. The shoulder width is fine, the arm length is just about long enough, but the torso is not only too short, but way too wide. It looks like I'm wearing a cardboard box. The large will be way too wide, given that the medium is already wide. I'm so sad that I'll have to return it.

Love the overall design, material, and length, though sleeves are way too tight and restrict movement / cannot be rolled up. Sad to be returning this!

I've owned this cardigan about a month and have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, it is incredibly warm and the long sleeves are a definite plus. It's perfect for everyday wear and also great for hiking in cooler weather. Additionally, it's convenient to wear under a shell.
However, there are a few downsides. The cardigan is quite wide and short, which makes it less flattering. Moreover, the narrow sleeves make it difficult to layer anything underneath.
Overall, while it has its benefits, there are some design aspects that could be improved.

I should have read the reviews. I have this awesome sweater from about 5+ years ago, in graphite, size L. I thought getting another color would be a great idea since I love my first one so much. It was slightly large to fit over my uniform, but still shapely enough to be attractive. It was perfect.
Sadly, the fit has been revised. When I received my regear Covert, I was really disappointed. It's also non-returnable. So, don't do what I did. If you're reading this, believe the reviews. The fit is boxy/baggy now, and the arms are narrow. While I'm not as athletic as I used to be, and I like a larger fit, this is NOT flattering. There's zero shape. Take my naturally larger hausfrau arms into consideration, and the arms are just too snug to be comfortable. It's not good. Don't buy this one until it gets another retro-fit, or unless you're apple-shaped with spindly arms. I'll wear it, because it's still great quality,...but I am sad.
