I use my bag to carry my computer and other things depending where I'm going -- often, even on day trips, I bring a lunch and a book. When I'm traveling, my bag is so useful because it holds everything - lunch/dinner, snacks, books and notebooks, pencils. And it is so well-constructed and the fabrics are a beautiful color. This is the high school/college graduate ultimate gift. Perfect for travel, work and everyday bouncing around town. Love the look, the quality and the life time warranty. Really love that the bag could be customized. I have got to get one for myself some day!

Planning on using this messenger bags on a Japan trip in the fall, I think it will be easier groom and off the train, moving it from front to back versus a backpack, not as graceful less chances of smacking someone putting in the backpack.

Custom ordered a messenger bag in the colors and interior configuration I always wanted, and it was delivered fast and was perfect. Used it on my first day on vacation and it held up to the rain and had plenty of room for my items.

I checked here in Basel and there were not really any places left, to buy your bags. So I checked online. The bonus was, that I got to choose colours/materials/configuration. The price is okay, since it's going to last a looong while :)

This is now my 3rd Timbuk2 laptop bag. I've given the previous ones to my sons as they move into their adult worlds. I've given them away as gifts. I'm a big fan, and am happy to have my new one.

So far it's great, the perfect size for my daily needs. Cannot wait to see how well it handles the rain in the fall.

I had this exact bag 20 years ago, and it's held up great! It was time for a new bag, so I got this. It's made some big improvements, mostly it's less cavernous than the one I got long ago, and I did get dividers for my laptop and water bottles (which I use for glasses cases). Very comfortable, and I think this one will last another 20 for sure.

The shoulder pad is very well padded and comfortable, and feels very solidly made.

I bought my Timbuk2 bag to use as a diaper bag for my first kid. I liked the durability, water-resistant covering, multi-colored panels, space, and that my husband wouldn't mind carrying it around with all the normal baby accoutrements one tends to pack when leaving the house with a baby in tow. What a great frickin' purchase this turned out to be. My bag last for 15 years! In its early years, it mostly held diapers, baby clothing, bottles, and the like, but it easily transitioned into more of a "have everything you might need for a kid" bag. First aid kit? Wallet? DSLR camera and iPhone? Snacks? Water bottle? iPad Books Chapstick? Latest knitting project? Toys? When my son grew even older, my bag transitioned once again to an "it's all about me" bag. Everything I might need, which turned out surprisingly to be rather close to the needs of a toddler-five year old (see above), was included. It also was my go-to travel carry-on bag. In this role, my bag saw quite a bit of the world. Disneyland, Canada, Mexico. My bag was on the boat I was on with my kid and our friends when we had the extraordinary experience of swimming with a whale shark! Side note: this was a "baby" whale shark according to the captain of our boat and it was still nearly 15 feet long! My bag journeyed to Africa with me. I was wearing it when I fed giraffes little pellets of food at Giraffe Manor (a place I highly recommend visiting if you get the chance). I was hiking through Virunga National Park to see gorillas carrying this bag! The family and I and my bag traveled all over southern India, where our kid picked up a turtle out of the sea. The husband, kid, and this bag were at Mapfre Stadium when the Timbers won the MLS Cup (RCTID!) and the old man and I were at BC Place when Abby Wambach finally won the World Cup! This bag has served me well. I have purchased the smaller version of this bag. And I already love it. Here's to another 15 years.

Bought small and x-small love both sizes. Would recommend both.

I got my first bag about 10 years ago. And only recently did it start showing wear and tear. Decided another one was in order. If they didn't last as long I'd be a more frequent buyer. But I recommend their line to all I encounter

I am a Mtn bike coach for our high school, and this bag is perfect for race days when I need to have water, food, tools, radio, sunscreen, and more and be on the go. The bag is light and stays put. It's perfect.

I love Timbuk messenger bags. I bought my forst one when I moved to San Francisco in 1997 and I still have that bag, it's held up great. I have since bought three more. My second one was stolen :( in 2012, and the replacement for that one I just sent in to Timbuk2 for repairs. They did a great job of repairing it so now it's as good as new. I bought this one for my wife and she is stoked!

I love this bag. It's large, spacious, and holds my laptop and everything else I need for commuting. Love the colors and how water resistant it is. This is my second Timbuk2 bag. I purchased one in 2007 and it has lasted me over 15 years. I can't wait to take this bag on adventures in the coming decades. Incredible quality and honestly the only bags I will buy.
