I love the bag! Quality build and very functional, except for the bottle pockets. I can barely slide a standard-sized 20oz metal bottle into either. Everything else is fantastic!!

General carry all bag, in a position I prefer, and when weather in proves I will use it mostly on a bicycle. I have nothing negative to report. It's simply an outstanding piece of gear.

I've tried many different "carry on" bags but never found "the one" until this messenger bag came along. It's perfect for shorter trips where I don't need to take a lot of extras. It comfortably fits my Macbook Air and my iPad with plenty of room to spare for sunglasses, snacks, and light jacket, etc. Time to throw out a few others because this outshines them all. I especially love that I was able to customize it with colors and various options. Excellent quality and a purchase well worth every cent.

I am using this bag to carry my laptop to and from work. This is my third Timbuk2 bag and I love it just as much as my others. I designed this one and it looks amazing. The quality is impeccable!

I customized my bag to match my brand and I love it. The large is pretty large but it's great and fits all my stuff.

Beautiful custom small commuter bag in forest green with army green edging. Love the greens. This is my new field art, nature journal bag. Holds my stabl easel, sketch books, watercolor kit, water bottles with room for more. The only change I'd like to see is a full length outside slip pocket on the rear of the bag and for the water bottle sleeves to be a tad bigger. Really have to wrestle my bottles in.

The bag is roomy and well constructed.

Everything customized from material to color was good. There was enough storage space, and above all, I liked the space where I could safely put my MacBook.

You guys are awesome. I bought a custom Messenger and loved the options I could add to it. The only problem I had was the strap length. I am a big guy and it wasn't long enough. I emailed the company and they said no problem, send it for a repair and we'll get it fixed. I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for everything!!!

My bag is exactly as ordered. The colors and materials are wonderful. The size is perfect for my quick bike trips into town. I love my bag!

Bought this Messenger Bag to replaced a 5 Year old Backpack. I've always had a soft spot for Messenger Bags, but I could never find one with the space and configuration that suits my needs. I work on the Construction Admin side, which means I carry my equipment wherever I go - BIM Laptop Machine, Binders, Paperwork, PPE, some tools, Chargers, Phone - anything and everything - from the job site to the office. Bought the Custom Messenger Bag in Large and it handles the day in and day out activities. I do wish I bought the Strap Pad for comfort- but other than that, I am happy with this purchase which will see plenty of job sites and projects for a very long time.

I travel for work and wanted to get rid of my bulky roller work bag. The only change i would make is a bit more structure to the base so it would keep its shape better.

I absolutely love this bag- Plenty of room for all my accessories.

I was looking for a bag that I could comfortably wear no matter where the road takes me. A friend of mine who was one of the first testers for Timbuk 2 sold me on a custom bag. He was right. I pulled it out of the box and immediately put it through its paces on my bike and then through my school schedule. It is built like a tank, but wears like nothing at all. It is easy to access everything, has enough room for all my stuff, and could still comfortably house a family of four. My hat is off to the designers and makers. Your bag will accompany me on all of adventures and probably will be the most coveted part of my estate many decades from now. I can see it now the argument will go something like, " Forget the Italian beach house, I want Dad's bag!" A great bag makes its own friends.

This is my second messenger bag by TIMBUK2. I had the other one for 12 years and I still use it. I loved the custom option! It was fun, but hard as there are so many color choices and fabrics. These bags are rugged yet stylish and very comfortable over the shoulder. The padded handle is a bonus. Thanks TIMBUK2!

There is so much to love about this bag. Study and roomy, with a ton of great features that make being on-the-go so much easier (like velcro flaps, grab handle, and the extra strap to help keep your main strap in place if you are more rigorously on the move). Oh, and the ability to customize colors and materials-- a fabulous bag!

Absolutely great bag. Maybe a little too big. I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 8 and there is room for two of them in the laptop sleeve if I stick them in vertically. I love the material and colors. Internal water bottle slots are perfect. An option to add some foam for structure would be amazing.

The company makes a great product. This is my second bag and it's even better than my first one. Tough, durable and easy to load/unload.
