I'm so sad to say it, but these shoes are unwearable. You know how some shoes feel like they are designed to give you blisters on your achilles? These suckers brutalized my foot. I thought that maybe they were just a little too small (even though I have another pair of Eccos in the same size that fit great), so I gave them to my sister who is a full size smaller than me. Within half a block her achilles was torn up and she was yelling at me. I love Zappos. I even love Ecco. But these shoes suck.

I love this flat! It was my “go to” shoe. Wish they would bring back the lighter Moon Rock color. Lost mine during Hurricane Harvey....have searched everywhere for that color.

Really disappointed lately with Ecco. Ecco used to be consistent with good workmanship and quality materials. Not any more. These looked cute, but honestly there was no sole, definitely not arch support unless you call a flimsy piece of rubber inserted as padding. Back they go.

I ordered the black. I typically really like Ecco and think they are well made. Black looks incredibly cheap, didn't even bother to try on.

Little wide and a little long

I bought these based on reviews. thought they might be comfortable. I wear size 10, bought the size 10. but they came at least a full size small. I couldn't walk in these. the front toe part was soo small, that my toe was squeezed from the top, as if I stuck it into something. My feet are comparatively narrow. I gave to a shoe shop for extension, but I don't know if it was the fabric, or the shoe parlor itself, or this shoe is incredibly small, but I was unable to wear these at all. gave it a big try to keep them. but ended up having another pair of shoes I can never wear. That's the sad part internet orders I guess..

These were SO small. I typically wear an 11 or size 42, but these I could hardly get on! They did not seem that well made either. Back they go.

I LOVED these shoes. They were just what I was looking for. HOWEVER, where the toes meet the foot across the top, the shoe dug into my foot so deeply that I would be remiss to call it anything but a wound. It has taken at least three weeks to heal and still looks red and raw. I couldn't wait to wear them so I foolishly wore them out the first time on a days outing. There was nothing I could do since we were not even near a town that had a shoe store. I would have posted a photo but I could not find the option to add one. Unfortunately I wore them out for a whole day so I can't even return them.

The shoes were horrible fit. At least one size smaller. The toe part was so small, would squeeze my fingers together, although I wear more on the narrower side. Back of the shoe is a bit too high, so it was digging into the flesh so hard, that after 5 min of trying to walk I was already bleeding. Gave it to the shoe repair, to have it stretched to one size up. but the toe box problem, and the back injuring problem still persisted, so I just gave up. better to buy this shoe from the store, after trying it on.

Feel sorry for my money. The toe box is very small, hurtsmy toes, the back is too high, so it rubs heavily on your back of feet, non stop blisters. Tried having it extended a size up, still no success, definately not made for my feet. Most uncomfortable ballerinas I have ever worn

Love the shoe, excellent reviews. Service was great (my first order with Zappo's). However, the shoe which was Euro sizing did not correspond to the stated US sizing in the product description. The shoes were torturously too small and I am returning pronto. Very disappointed as this was going to be my go-to walking shoe for an international trip, and I have no time to shop for a better fit.

I typically wear a size 11 but ordered an 11 and a 12 due to the other reviews. The size 12's felt a little short even. These run very small.

I really wanted these shoes to be comfortable. I wore them a full day on a busy day of errands and they rubbed my heels a bit. Then I wore them on a 20+ hour flight-they rubbed my heels again. Then I wore them walking around Hanoi, Vietnam - they rubbed huge blisters on the back of my heels! Huge. I bought them as comfortable walking shoes but they're really more like 2 hours max standing shoes. Really disappointed given the price and the 'comfort' ratings of others. I'm honestly not sure I'll ever wear them again - it's been 3 days and I still have huge red spots on the back of my feet.
