I couldn't wear this shoe as it was at least a quarter inch to short for the size 9, my toes were up against the shoe, not a comfortable shoe to wear. The width may have been a bit narrow for me as I do need just a bit more width than many M width shoes offer. Otherwise I liked the looks of this shoe.

I was so excited when Zappos had this shoe back in stock These shoes are so cute and have a stylish look. They have pretty decent arch support and a nicely cushioned sole. However, to say these shoes aren't true to size is a major understatement. I ordered a size 43 (size 12) and these shoes feel at least one size smaller. Unfortunately, I will be returning them.

This shoe has a very comfortable sole, but was a little too big for me. Also, had it been a little more snug the heel support would have come up a little high, rubbing my achilles tendon. This is a recurring problem for me, so it might simply be a function of the shape of my foot & heel, so may not apply to you. Too bad for me.

I wanted to love these. The color is great. Tread is great. But the high rise in the back on my ankle is uncomfortable.

Very cute, but no way is it a 12-12.5. It is a good size smaller.

These were just what I wanted for two trips we have planned this spring. Lots of walking. Alas, they were too wide in the arch area, felt about a half size too big. I had to return them.

Just too big overall. UK shoes just seem too run bigger than USA sizes. I wear a 4.5-5 in USA shoes. these just don't.

Loved the way this shoe looks! I was looking for a sporty black ballerina flat made of fabric and leather, and these looked like they fit the bill. I ordered my usual size, and they were both boo long and too wide. I doubt that a half size down will fit in the width, so I'll have to send these back and keep looking for a pair to replace my wonderful Puma Zandy flats (which are no longer made).

I like Ecco but some styles are too narrow.

So disappointed! This is a nice looking shoe and has a more substantial sole than most ballerina-style flats, but the size 40 I ordered turned out to be way too small. I know my foot size hasn't changed, since I just bought new Dankso and Merrell clogs, the Dankso in size 40 and the Merrell in 39, and they fit perfectly. Putting on the size 40 in in this shoe made me feel like one of Cinderella's stepsisters trying to cram her foot into the glass slipper. Also there's no padding in the back of the heel, which is quite stiff, so even if the shoe had fit, there's a good chance I'd get a blister on the Achilles tendon area.

Having heard great things about the Ecco brand, I ordered these shoes for an upcoming trip to Europe, where I will be doing a lot of walking. Unfortunately, I'm returning them. As other reviewers have mentioned, the shoe is shorter and narrower than the size would suggest. I normally wear a 6 1/2 to 7, so I ordered the 7 -7 1/2 size 38, thinking they would be a good fit. They were too short - my toes touched the front of the shoe, and also found them to be too narrow in the toe box area. It's too bad because I could tell they would be very comfortable if they fit me correctly. Love Zappos, though!

I was hoping that these would be comfortable enough to walk in day 1. I normally wear an 11 - and had ordered Ecco's in that size before which didnt fit. I ordered the next size up and they were will too small. Disappointed because they are so comfortable. I would recommend ordering the larger size. Seems that Ecco's will not work for me - so will look for another alternative.

Nice looking shoe. Seems to be well made, but the 42 (11-11.5) is too small for me. I am also a little disappointed in the arch support. I thought there would be more - as I have had other Ecco shoes. Unfortunately they are out of stock for the next size up.

I really wanted to keep these shoes! They are very cute and very comfortable. But, 37 slipped off my heel and 36 squished my toes. The sizing seems off compared to other types this size. ECCO is a great product, but just couldn't wear these.

Normally wear Ecco 41. This was too short. Also - no arch support

Very cute shoes but of you have a wide foot these shoes do not stretch. The soles are really soft so it will make any walk tolerable

Looks cute enough, but the arch support was so-so. Too much money for a shoe that isn't comfortable and supportive.

The shoes were very cute, but the band around the edge was a little too tight for me. As soon as warm weather hits, I wouldn't be able to wear them (swelling).

I really really wanted to love these shoes...but no :( The back rises higher than is comfortable, although the main issue is with the sole. It's narrow and doesn't cover the entire bottom of the shoe, only about 2/3 of it, leaving the inner area sole-free, which causes my foot to rotate inward. I need a shoe with a full sole. These are going back.

This shoe is very cute but the heel area is too wide. I wore them a short time and the shoe rubbed the back of my foot giving me a terrible Blister. Had to return them

I just shopped in my home for black ballet flats - I tried 7 pairs under $100, and only one pair fit me. The design of this shoe was a bit more casual than what I was looking for, but if they had fit and felt good, I would most likely have kept them. Unfortunately, they were way too tight around the big toe knuckle. My feet may be wide in the toe area, but narrow at the heel, so a medium width might have worked, but just didn't in this case.

I ordered these in both size 39 and 40. The 39 was much too short and the 40 was too long. These shoes also were a big let-down for Ecco's, no arch support, and sole was cheap plastic. The quality just isn't there anymore!

These shoes are so good looking, but when they arrived and I put them on the fit was not good. Too narrow in the toe. I will be sending them back for a refund.
