This is an extremely comfortable shoe. However, while I loved it in the moon rock color, I thought the black was too boring. It needs a contrasting sole to add interest.

I just received this shoe & released that your on line picture of the shoe color is too WHITE. I wanted a white shoe, but this shoe is Gray. A new picture needs to be taken to get the color correct.

I have two different sized feet because of a long toe on my left foot. I struggle to find a shoe that fits both feet. This was a comfortable shoe for this 62 year old with neuropathy, however, the left shoe was not long enough for my larger foot. I have to move up 1 size.

These are super comfortable and look good! I originally ordered the gray color. I didn't like how the shiny patent looked on gray, so returned them and got the black. They look much better and the fit is awesome. If there were other colors without the shiny border, I'd order in a heartbeat. I wanted a more casual look in gray. The black ones are great for work.

This was so comfortable from the moment I put it on my foot! (And with bare feet.) I wore it around the house all day, no troubles. It gives just a bit more support than a very flat shoe, and has nice cushioning in it. Am planning on it being my primary shoe for a trip to Europe this summer, walking (but not hiking) and traveling by air/car/train. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars overall is because I've not wore it enough to know. I have other Ecco shoes though, and they have been awesome for years. My foot (heel moistly) tends to be a bit on the narrow side. These are perfect in medium width, most other brands, I need to order narrows.

Cute shoe - purchased it because most size 13 shoes are too large, and I hoped it would fit. Sadly, it does not. It is nice looking, and looks like it would be very comfortable, if only it fit. Rated it high because I like it so much, even though I have to send it back.

These are sort of cute, but still a little frumpy for my tastes. Size fits fine - I'm an 8 normally and ordered the 39. They're just a tad big so they would probably fit my orthotic fine, but alas they're just not keepers for me. Maybe in a different color but black was just too basic and boring. What I did like was the high back-end. I'm intrigued by shoes with like that but then worry that it'll cut into my heel when walking. Again, not a bad shoe, just not my style.

These shoes appear to be very comfortable, however I decided they aren't versatile enough for everyday for me. I was hoping for something I could dress up/down and these are rather casual. I found them to be just slightly too big for me. I'm an 8.5 and I ordered the 39 and they were too big for me.

These stretched the first day of wearing them, so they are not as comfortable as when I first put them on. Hopefully they won't stretch more or I won't be able to wear them. Would also have like a slightly more substantial sole.

I wish this ballerina slipper fit me better. I am usually a size 12 womens, but the recommended size didn't fit me. I had to return.

This style was not comfortable for me. Ran small, less support than anticipated. I bought the Viknic ballet flat which was much more comfortable.

Thought I’d found my dream travel shoe - lightweight, stylish yet with good support, and available in size 12! So sad to discover (as others have said but I didn’t want to believe) the size 12/43 runs really small. I am a solid 12 and have another pair of Eccos sz 43 that fit perfectly, but the Bluma is at least a half size too small. I doubt that Ecco (or Zappos) care about one size of one shoe style, but they just broke my size-12 heart ??

Returned for a smaller size and love it. I would order a half or full size smaller than you normally wear.

The back of the shoe rubbed against my achilles tendon, main reason I returned it. YMMV.

I definitely wear a size 12 medium all of the time. Unfortunately, these were too small/short despite being a 12-12.5. I'm so sad because they had good support, were super comfortable, and were a good choice for all-day running around shoes as a teacher on a large high school campus. They would have been great for my heel spur but sadly for me, the size 12 is the largest they come.

Loved the look of the shoe but is cut low on the top and didn't hug the foot. I didn't feel it had a sufficient support. Not enough support for major walking.

This style of ballerina sneaker seems to run at least half a size smaller than marked. I also found the upward bending toe to be uncomfortable, but I think they would become more comfortable with wearing. Thanks Zappos for making returns so easy!

I thought these shoes were cute but the heel was very wide; I really couldn't walk without my foot coming out. My heel is a little narrow so that might not be a problem for some but I had to return them.

I liked the style but unfortunately the heel is way too wide for me so I'll have to return them.

I expected the construction of this shoe to be more substantial.

The toe box was too narrow. While the rest of the shoe seemed to fit well, it cramped my toes, and I had to return them. I'm looking for an easy slip-on with some reasonable arch support, and haven't really found it yet.

It is difficult to tell from online pictures what the actual color of these shoes (Moon Rock) is. I was looking to replace a pair I bought a couple of years ago, but the ones I already own - and love and find very versatile - is a more champagne-y color, and the leather is sort of iridescent. 'Moon Rock' is definitely gray, and the leather has a flat finish. I'm disappointed and I am returning them. I own several pairs of these shoes in other colors, and wear all of them often. They are comfortable and flattering. (Ecco, if you are listening, bring back the burgundy color!)

Cute style, but I bought this shoe to be able to put my custom orthodics in, as it has a removable one for thT purpose. Howercer, the shoe did not accommodate that, so had to return it. Was disappointed be cause I liked the style and color for summer.

Stiff and small

I ordered the moonrock and really liked the color. The shoe was very comfortable and seemed to fit true to size, but I wasn't really in love with the style. It seemed scream "I need to wear comfortable shoes" I little too loudly for my liking. The search continues.
