I bought at least 25 pairs of shoes while trying to find something comfortable and versatile to take on a trip to Italy where I would be doing a great deal of walking. I have plantar fasciitis so I needed something with support or that I could put an orthotic insert into. They also had to be somewhat stylish. These were the winners. I wore these every day on our 12 day trip. We averaged about six miles a day and my feet never hurt. I wore these with shorts, skirts, pants, and dresses. The moon rock color is like a neutral platinum that went with everything and the style was simple enough that they just worked. I will be buying other colors for sure! They did run a bit big. I typically wear a 7-7½ but needed the 37 in these.

These are the only pair of flats that I have ever found comfortable. Most either dig into my heel causing blisters or fit too narrow across my toes (I have bunions). I wore these shoes from day one. They traveled to and from Europe. They work as casual or moderately dressy shoes. In short, they are ideal.

This is my favorite shoe! My feet are on the narrow side of medium and these shoes are narrow enough. I wear a 10 1/2 and they are slightly too short at first, but work into being long enough. So many of the cute casual shoes are very wide and slip off my heel. Bless Zappos for letting me order so many and return most of them! If you are frustrated finding flats that run a little narrow, this is the shoe for you.

I love these shoes. Bought them for a city walking vacation, no break-in time, and they were perfect. The rose color is particularly nice. Yay Eccos.

I had been looking for a flat, light-weight shoe for a very long time. I'd purchased Sketchers galore, but while they were comfortable-ish, they were clunky and bulky and just looked big. Other ballerina-type flats offered absolutely no support and were impossible to walk more than a block in. These are perfect. A scunch too narrow (making a wide width would be smart), but they stretch out enough to be comfortable very quickly. Keep in mind, they only stretch a little bit, not a lot.) They don't look bulky and they are so light and comfortable you can walk forever in them. I plan to get a lighter color in the spring and keep wearing them.

I thought these would have more arch support based on others reviews, but not enough support for me. They are beautiful shoes and comfortable to the fit of the feet, but just needed more arch support. Because I live overseas, I didn't return them and have added an extra arch support, which makes them a bit tighter to wear.

I have a love hate relationship with this shoe. I will be honest and say I don't think it's as cute as others do, but that's just my taste. That said, I wear these several times a week for hours at a time, and wandered all over Europe in them last year. Comfortable. Comfortable. Comfortable. Needed a flat that my orthotics would fit in and these work well for that. I also love the thick sole. So, maybe not the sexiest shoe out there, but I'm back ordering a second pair in another color!

Will be going abroad, and walking a lot. These cute flats require no "breaking-in," just wear and walk. Love them.

Not as supportive as some other Ecco's and tight on the outside of the toe. Fit well for narrow heels, but not if you need wider toe. Cute shoes, but have to send them back.

I have many pairs of Ecco shoes. These are exactly what I expected. They are light weight, cool and comfortable. They’re perfect for running errands or at home. I would not wear these for a long walk or sightseeing. They do not have enough arch support or stability for my 62 year old feet. I ordered sizes 39 and 40. I am keeping the 40’s. I wear an 8 1/2 M in other brands of shoes. I think this shoe is just a little short so I went with the larger size.

This shoe is a unicorn! It is as comfortable as a tennis shoe but I can wear it to work with dress pants. I was literally running through the office today and my feet were happy. I have to go to a 6 day conference in Las Vegas and have been searching for a shoe that was comfortable, but not ugly. I wouldn't wear it with skirts, but it will be great with slim black ankle pants. I wear an 8 or 8.5, and the 8 fit perfectly. Take a chance on this shoe - you won't regret it!

Love, love, love these shoes. I did a lot of research before a trip to Venice, Florence and Rome as I needed a pair of stylish but super comfortable shoes that I wear walking around all day. My main priority was comfort but I did not want to look frumpy either. These shoes fit the bill. They feel like light sneakers on your feet. Super comfortable without socks and for all day wear. They transitioned from day to night easily and were perfect for my trip to Italy and my daily wear to the office.

Extremely comfortable and great looking. I've worn the Ecco Vibration ballerina for years and this year they stopped making them. Was looking for a summer ballerina to replace them and am so happy with this shoe. It is really more versatile, as it's a bit less casual. I have very bad feet, bunions, hammer toes and flat wide feet. Never expected these to work, but they're very comfortable. Another reviewer said they fit her narrow feet, so I can only think they adapt to your feet. I ordered an extra pair in case they stop making these.

Love this shoe as a slightly more elegant casual shoe. The liner comes out for easy washing, something I love as I like to wear them without socks.

I have these shoes in black and dark shadow (silver). I wear the black shoes multiple times a week - love love love them. I like the color of the dark shadow uppers, but am not a fan of the white soles. They look too much like sneakers to me - just a little too casual for some outfits at work. Too bad, because they are incredibly comfortable shoes, but I would definitely get more use out of them if the soles were a more neutral color.

I wear2 sizes 40 for sneakers and 39 for slip on flats. I have no idea why. I will say they (Ecco) shoes are my favorite brand.

A great shoe! Very comfortable, true to size, versatile style. The black can be dressier or casual. I haven't yet worn them for all day, but I think they will be quite comfortable.

I have been looking for a black, flat 'comfort' shoe for a while and finally found it. It's a 'comfort' shoe without looking totally like a 'comfort' shoe. Sizes are true to European sizes (I typically wear a 9.5, which usually translates to a 41 for me). I put in my own in-soles for support and this shoe has a removable one, so it was easy to swap out. The shoe looks nice (I wear it for work and for errands around town). It is comfy and is good for walking in.

This is my 5th pair of these shoes! Three of those have been the black color. They are very comfortable and, I think, pretty nice looking. I have trouble finding comfortable shoes at my age.

These shoes look like cute little ballet flats, but they have amazing arch support and padding. They feel substantial enough for extended walking. My feet are getting old—bunions etc.— but theses shoes have sufficient grip on the foot to fit the narrow parts, like the heels, and accommodate the wider parts comfortably. I plan to wear them with everything!

I really liked this shoe, because it would have been a good one to take on our European trip, as we are packing " light". It could be used for many occasions, with skirts and pants. I have a difficult foot and have trouble finding shoes I can wear for long periods of time. This flat was way to short for me, in a size that I usually wear. If I go a size larger, then my left foot will walk out of them! Big dilemma for me, but I really liked the style and the color is so neutral, it would go with anything.

These are really cute shoes! Unfortunately with the Euro sizing I fall in between, and they wouldn't work for me. My toes were crunched and I didn't think they would stretch in that spot.

This is a wonderful shoe, stylish and very comfortable. I have bunions and this is the most comfortable shoe I own and one that I can actually wear several days in a row. The white sole makes it a more casual look but I still wear mine to work.

I loved this shoe!! But, as is always the case for me, it does not fit my size 12.5 left foot. It is a size 12. If you need a 12.5, it will not comfortably fit, regardless of what the tag says. I am a 64 year old woman and am limited to solid black or white athletic shoes, or ugly orthopedic shoes, for pants, and open-toed sandals for dresses. Size 13 is way too big for my right foot, so I’m just out of luck for any cute shoes. It’s really frustrating; just wish there were more “me”s out there to let the shoe companies know they have buyers for products they choose not to make.
