Shoe looks beautiful and I could get my foot into it. It claimed to be 10-10.5...both of which I normally wear. But after wearing it the first time for about 2 hours the toenail from my right large to started to dig in painfully. I was wanting to use this as an all day walking shoe on an overseas trip but this would not do. Need to return. Too small...also rubs on rt heel. Think 11-11.5 might work.

Need to offer in wide widths. I wear a 9 1/2 medium usually, and the 40 was too small and narrow.

I have bought 5 pairs of these shoes in different colors over the last 2 years and was so thrilled to find something comfortable for my wide toes and narrow heels. I could use more arch support but it is sufficient. But on my most recent purchase of 2 pairs - blue and black, I am finding these navy ones to be tight and short (but bearable so I'm keeping them in hopes that they will stretch a bit) and the black ones are being returned. They are totally uncomfortably tight and short. I don't know if specifications have been changed in the last 6 months or if I just got a lemon, but I have to recommend these current models with a warning that you may find them tight and small.

I really wanted to like this shoe. It is very attractive and in many ways could have been a comfort shoe for work. However, it was too short -- I run a true 10, and my toe was right to the edge, and the toebox was too narrow. In addition, the insole seemed odd, as though someone had taken it out and bent it. It didn't lay flat in either shoe. Alas, back they go.

I was so disappointed when I got these! From the looks of them, I was expecting a supportive, comfortable flat. Unfortunately, they are SO small and narrow!! And Zappos does not carry in a larger size. Too bad. :(

I normally wear an 8 or 8.5 (9 in running shoes). I ordered the 8-8.5. I found these to fit more like a 9. While they were wide enough for my wide foot, they were too wide in the arch area. Overall, not what I was expecting from a pair of shoes at this price.

I am returning this pair of shoes because it is not comfortable for me in the least. My high arch is always an issue when looking for flats. I ordered it after reading some reviews from people that said it does offer good arch support. Not the case for those of us with really high arches. It's a cute shoe, just not for some of us "special" people. If it weren't for my special needs, I probably would have rated the shoe higher overall.

I was sooo looking forward to owning these shoes! I have plantar fasciitis and have already had one foot operated on. The other foot has been bothering me and I have heard such good things about ecco shoes. I was looking for a basic ballet-type shoe that I could wear to work all day but I couldn't even get my feet into these?! I tried on a different style (beige with a strap) at Zappos and they were great so I'm not sure what happened to these. Maybe I will try a different style and hope they work for me..before there is snow on the ground!

Great looking shoe. Runs a little narrow in which I needed, However I wear an 11 and I bought these in 11/11 1/2 and they are to short. Love the shoe but I have to send them back.

Ran very small for my foot. I'd say order a full size larger. Might really like it if it fit.

I like these shoes. They are fairly comfortable out of the box, I will need the heel cushion things and I needed a size up from my normal size.

These shoes are fairly comfortable but toe box is narrow and presses my toes together uncomfortably. The back also comes up quite high on the heel and was irritating for the short time I tried it.

I never saw this in any of the reviews, but for some reason, the leather's inwards extension at the top front of the shoe felt too tight and uncomfortable. The insoles were so comfortable that returning this shoe back makes me want to reach out to Ecco and suggest changing that leather portion with the fiber material that is on the sides. By the way, I do not have high arches, and never had a similar problem with any other shoe, so this is a curious case to me.

These shoes are cute but WOW are do they run big. I know they are european sized, but I wear a size 7 and my feet tend to be wide. Normally in that situation I'd never choose 6/6.5 sizing. Yet I put this shoe on and it literally fell right off...before I tried to do anything like walk a few steps. Very loose. I could tell when I took them out of the box that they were larger than they need to be. Otherwise, as I said, they are cute and probably comfortable if you can find a size that works.

Very small: I could barely get these on in my size. Ecco's sizing varies but these were unusually small for the size. The blue color was pretty but the white soles were too much of a contrast which made them look to casual for my needs. Also the white soles will get dirty fast. The soles were also thin compared to similar shoes I have bought in prior years. A few years ago I bought Ecco Vibrations II in 3 colors. They were great. I could wear them with pants or dresses. They are great for walking and travel. Even if these fit the soles are too thin for much walking. I wear a size 12 and I don't have many choices. It is always frustrating when shoes run small because I cannot size up.

As cute as these shoes were on screen, I was disappointed in real life. My feet looked extremely huge and long in them. And the toe box was too narrow. Neither issue is something that I normally have a problem with.

Not nearly as nice looking in the flesh, so to speak. Too sporty for what I wanted. Also the fit was too large.

Ecco, while I like them, tend to run too narrow on me. This shoe was no exception, unfortunately. They also don't have arch support. I got the Woodrose and really wanted them to work, but they were just too uncomfortable. The color was paler than the picture, although that didn't detract. I'm not sure the white sole was quite right, maybe a grey would have worked better. Still, I wish they had been more comfortable and had arch support.

Ordered this shoe in red. It is beautiful, but regretfully, had to return, too small in size 11. Next size 12 was sold out.

I have several pairs of Eccos and love their shoes. This pair is wide and gaps when I walk. It's very comfortable otherwise. I'm returning it.

This felt a full size smaller & narrower. Hit right on bunion. Couldn't tell you if it was supportive as I couldn't get it off fast enough. Mesh panel along top of upper.

Returning as they are way too small. Missed the mark here, guys!

So painful. Even took the insoles out to try and loosen them up. I got the worst blisters of my life for shoes that aren’t even cute. I was looking for black flats to wear for work but ended up limping around. Don’t buy these.

I went by some of the reviews that this ran big, but it did not. I should have ordered my regular size. Also some reviewers noted that this was a good shoe for plantar fasciitis. There is no support whatsoever in this shoe. Even with my own orthotic, it would be like walking barefoot. Not good for plantar fasciitis. Also, I don't understand the white soles. Its makes an otherwise cute shoe unacceptable for the office, sorry, going back.

I have worn Eccos, size 40, for countless years, but something is wrong with the structure of this shoe and another Ecco flat I ordered (Biom). It's the toe part. There was always a gentle bump between the front opening of the shoe and the toes, which gave toes a "lift" that made them oh, so comfortable.
